For our entrees we got the black pepper chicken and the mongolian trio with white rice and lo mein noodles. We really couldn't pick which one was better than the other because they were both so good. For our drinks we got the espresso martini, vodka martini, and the Japanese old fashioned. Our drinks were tasty and strong. The ambiance is really nice and very clean. It was my fault, I saw the happy hour menu. Unfortunately, it's only if you sit at the bar and the way my weight is set up, the bar stools are a no no. This food is literally an overpriced Panda Express. The ambience is beautiful but the food does not match the atmosphere. We had lettuce wraps, ribs, Mongolian beef, and spicy chicken. All of it, besides the lettuce wraps, were terrible. The flavors were over sweet or thick coated in what may be cornstarch. I won't mention the cocktails...also awful. Over iced and under poured. The add 2 rolls were tasty but the sushi that came with the boat, the shrimp tempura was not good. The California roll was as expected. The edamame was good. Also free refills on refreshers was nice. We arrived after lunch at 145 p and even though we were estimated a 20/30 min wait and we didn't get sat until 230p. There is barely any lobby/ seating for wait. I haven't been to one of these in a few years. I had to see a movie in IMAX 70mm so I made reservations for dinner here. I liked they had a big menu, a lot of choices as well. My wife and I did some kind of combination meal where you share an app, each choose an entree. We did lettuce wraps as the app. They were pretty close to what I remember except they didn't use butter lettuce and baby romaine instead. The flavor seemed a little lacking but presented well. I chose the Mongolian trio and my wife the honey chicken. Again, there was just something missing. Everything looked good but it was bland. Same for the fried rice. I feel this is a good generic place for Chinese food and hope they step up their game in the kitchen as I would go more often. read more

Was seated as soon as I came in and our server is very friendly and nice her name is, Courtney. She's very knowledgeable and friendly and makes excellent suggestions. The ambience is nice as airing open and medium noise level. I haven't been to P.F. Chang's in years and it's still good. I got them chicken, broccoli, lettuce, wraps, Northern style pork ribs, and the most delicious kung pow, brussels sprouts! Everything was delicious. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business. I stopped going years ago because of the poor service. After recently receiving great service at the Scottsdale location, I decided to give this one another try but it quickly reminded me why I stopped going in the first place. When we arrived, no one was at the check-in desk. Eventually, someone came by, took our name and party size, and then walked away without explaining what was happening. She was gone for several minutes, leaving everyone in the lobby confused. That should have been the first red flag. Once we were seated, our waitress was extremely rude, literally tossing drink napkins onto the table. I understand the kitchen was backed up, but that's not the customer's fault. Several tables ended up leaving before their food arrived after waiting far too long. We were never asked if we were finished, yet the bill was dropped on the table without any follow-up or check-in. To make matters worse, one of our dishes never arrived. When we asked for it to be removed from the bill, her response was simply, "OK," with no apology whatsoever. At this point, I've given up on this place entirely. read more

I really like PF Changs and was happy to have the chance to introduce some business associates to it. When we went in, no hostess was at the desk. Five of the forty or so tables were occupied. After about five minutes, the hostess came in, led us to a table, and left without giving us menus. The waiters ignored us. The bartender ignored us. Another guy came in afterward for a takeout order and waited a very long time. The hostess who had seated us but gave us no menus never reappeared to help that poor guy or us. Did she go back into the back and quit? We got no menus, no water, no notice at all. And the place wasn't crowded: most of the tables were empty, and I can see why now. One waiter glanced toward us briefly and I tried to catch his eye, but he looked away and was very good at avoiding looking at us after that. After about fifteen minutes, we left. This was extremely disappointing. I still really like PF Changs, but this Nashville one is forever crossed off my list. read more

We should've taken it as a red flag when the restaurant was half empty on an early Sunday evening. The hostess tried to seat our party of four at a small two-top -- not a great start. Our waitress was pleasant but unfortunately couldn't remember any of our drink orders. My wife eventually had to get up and go to the bar herself to pick up my drink. Throughout the evening, the entire wait staff seemed to vanish into the kitchen for long stretches, leaving the dining floor completely unattended. Our starters didn't arrive until we asked about them -- and then it took another 10 minutes (nearly 50 minutes after being seated). The manager did come out and apologize, which we appreciated, but at that point it was too little, too late. To top it off, when we went next door to The Cheesecake Factory afterward, their staff mentioned they've been hearing similar stories -- PF Chang's customers walking out and coming to them instead. It's unfortunate because we've enjoyed PF Chang's in the past, but this location clearly has serious management and service issues that need attention. read more

Chang's is one of my favorite chain restaurants, and it's an easy and consistent option on UberEats for nights when there's no chance we'll be cooking. We ordered several items for delivery on the Friday before Christmas, and not only was our order delivered quickly, but it was also packaged with care and packed full of the Asian fusion flavors we know and love. If you're not ordering the Chef's Feast for two ... this is your sign to start. You get SO much food for just $25 per person. We actually ended up splitting this among four people (along with another appetizer) and still had leftovers. The Chef's Feast includes two cups of egg drop soup, your choice of an appetizer, and two full-sized entrees. We chose the Chicken Lettuce Wraps (my personal favorite), the Shrimp Fried Rice, and the Chicken Lo Mein. We also tacked on an order of the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts. I've had P.F. Chang's egg drop soup many times before, but it was extra tasty in this order. Maybe it was because it was a cold winter's night, but something about this egg drop soup just stood out! Everything else was delicious as well - and still warm, despite a 20 minute travel time with our UberEats driver. This place is a great addition to Opry Mills. I have come twice since, and my review covers both visits. On my first visit, I came here to celebrate my birthday with friends. We were a party of 4. Because we'd made reservations, we were seated exactly when our reservation was for. Our server took their time to explain the new menu choices and answered my entire party's multiple questions. The second time I came, I didn't have a reservation. We walked in and there was no waiting time. Food that we ordered was delicious. Signature dish called lettuce chicken wraps are a must to try. The edamame doesn't stay too far behind, as it was just as delicious. The food portions are large enough that there were plenty of leftovers, so to me, the prices fit the amount being served. Because it seemed a bit busy we opted to sit at the bar for drinks and dinner. It took quite some time for anyone to acknowledge us and even longer for a drink. I ordered a martini special and it was so sweet I couldn't drink it. I asked if they could add something to fix it and another bartender added more vodka and that helped but a martini is supposed to be mostly liquor and a bit of another flavor not a mini sweet mixed drink. We were never really waited on. We had to ask either bartender for what we wanted. Never felt taken care of. It was presented as complete chaos behind the bar. Check was even wrong, had to have them take off an app that was free. Just totally unprofessional. I mean you felt sorry for them but that's their job. Number one rule of a bartender is take care of your people not washing dishes not bitching about others or the work, not making drinks for the house. Went here with my friend and she has a mushroom allergy. The treatment that we received was very poor. Jenn the manager came out and let her know that basically everything they serve is cooked in mushrooms and that she could only order from a very limited menu, even though she's eaten from here before. All that we ask was that her Mongolian beef be cooked without mushrooms. Because of this my food was cold when it was brought out. The other person in my party was on a walker due to recent back surgeries and this was a treat-out for her. Upon arriving in the front of the restaurant a lady in take-out came outside to assist. Upon leaving, while getting the car, possibly the same lady, assisted again. THANK YOU - this lady was from Minneapolis (?) here to assist with getting this location up and running. We were disappointed to know that the crispy strips that we add to our soup is no longer free and has been the practice of the chain for sometime. The tiny "cup" they put them in is not worth the cost. (That was ridiculous!) The food was fine. The Signature Lo Mein was dry according to the other person in my party. She asked for two servings of the sweet and sour sauce. She also said the chicken was dry. Regarding the Veggie Spring Rolls - who got three on the feast for our party of two. Hmmmm - why make us choose or make us split? I would suggest a slower pace between the soup/appetizer and the main entree. The hostess and server were very polite but the service itself was horrible. I took one of my friends, which had never been to a PF Chang's, to lunch last week. We ordered lettuce wraps when we ordered our drinks. My friend had asked if there was dairy in the wraps so they brought her a special dairy free menu and the waitress asked if we still wanted them...we both said yes. We never got them. When we finally asked about them, when our meal was delivered, she said she thought we didn't want them....we both told her yes we did. My friend ordered a beef dish and with her first bite, she realized it was chicken. When we pointed it out to our waitress, she told us that she ordered chicken. We both insisted no, it was beef. She finally said she would go get the dish that was ordered but never apologized. She must have been having a bad day because others were getting up and leaving. They haven't been open long so I hope they are able to turn this around. Otherwise, they won't survive. Our server was at the table right away and introduced herself and took our drink order. We decided to order the Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap as our appetizer. My daughter-in-law was ordering from there for the family dinner. I had never eaten there, so I had her add an Asian salad for me with salmon added. I was eagerly awaiting to get it even though it was expensive. To my disgust, what I received was simply some cut up lettuce with a few fried (strips)? My Salmon was about a 2 by 2 inch square. None of it had ANY flavor, let alone anything REMOTELY tasting Asian or any other flavor. In all my 72 years on this earth have I ordered anything so disappointing and expensive at the same time.
