I NEVER leave reviews but feel like they don't deserve the low scoring Yelp reviews so I'm adding…read moremy two cents :) Took my 13 month old and 4 year old today and both had an absolute blast! The place was very large, clean, lots of activities for both boy kids. The food was actually amazing, was not expecting that. Lol. TONS of drink and food options. Very, very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms with kiddo accommodations. If you compare it to somewhere like Happy Baby Play, there isn't as much in terms of activities and multiple rooms. But for $18 for both my kids, I think it's an amazing addition to the indoor play places we have in the Portland metro area. My 4 year old can't wait to go back! The only negative for me were some the board games in the "library" area had very, very tiny pieces. Which I immediately spotted and put out of reach for my little one. But honestly, they are cleaning and picking up frequently and I was told they were super busy earlier to us arriving so I'm sure it would have been picked up if I hadn't!

They are still in their soft opening but it was rather busy with other young families. And the food was pretty darn good for both adults and kiddos. We spent about $60 on lunch but that's nothing new for the six of us. I thought the food was moderately priced and the selection was better than most play spots in Oregon. The play areas were great for young minds with quiet areas and active areas. The kids enjoyed them all. Socks are required so don't forget them - even for adults.

Xplore Beaverton: Come for the samples. Stay because you're still waiting for them…read more The event advertised food-truck samples. We saw exactly zero, even after buying food, and about one-third of the trucks were closed. We brought children with ASD based on the posted schedule saying the DJ ended at 3 and different music started at 5. Instead, we got loud karaoke featuring drunk adults at a supposedly family-focused event. Then the 5 p.m. music disappeared due to "unforeseen circumstances." I messaged the organizers asking where the samples were. No response, although they somehow had time to keep posting live updates. No samples. No scheduled music. No accountability. Plenty of karaoke.

It was a big open space with two different play structures including a small area for littles. It looked like they do a lot of birthday parties here and they also offer pizza inside. They also do have a food truck park outside with plenty of choices that you can bring inside to eat. Overall the kids had a great time climbing and sliding and jumping around. However I wonder about general cleanliness of the place as I found a good amount of trash when looking up at different spots and some of the power cords were not covered. This was a great indoor play place for big kids and little kids to get that energy out! Next time we come back we will be sure to try out the food carts.

A solid 4. Man alive is it EXPENSIVE to bowl now a days. Oh lord - do I sound OLD AF saying that!!!…read moreHa! My daughter and I went to bowl as part of celebrating her birthday. She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. This trip was just bowling. No arcade! Still 4 stars.

It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!

So much potential and a GREAT addition to the street, was just a miss for us. We live quite close, and while not pickleball people now, sounded like some fun and when I found out they had partnered with another local pizza spot (very famous) I was in! Bar, lovely human, was wonderful, but drinks were just okay, well-priced though and fast, love it! We ordered a pie to-go, and after an hour or so and many drinks waiting (our choice), and no buzz on the alert button they hand out, my partner went up to the to-go counter and asked. Thought they were just slammed. Nope! It had been sitting there for so long it was cold, soaking through the bottom, and when he asked, was told, we didn't hear it and it's our fault....Okay, that's one way to go. It didn't buzz, we heard many others and they make themselves known ;) I would have appreciated just a "oh, it's been ready, here you go." I don't expect service to be perfect or without personally or an apology. But blaming was not necessary when we were not complaining. We will hopefully be welcome again after this review, as it's meant to help improve not hurt. Just a disappointing time that I hope can change. Clearly popular, maybe just one experience for one couple :)
