This place is amazing. The staff was really nice and everything seemed clean. I was informed of how everything worked and what to expect. has a great time at jump Florida.

I was paired up with Leon for my first tandem jump. He was great making sure I am position properly. All the staff were kind and helpful. Nice relaxed setting.

Second time skydiving, but first time at Jump Florida. I was able to snag a Groupon price around $105 for me and my boyfriend. Once I made the reservation, they were very efficient at texting me with any changes. My reservation got canceled due to rain and we had to change dates. Moreover, they texted me when I had to go to the different location because of the a flooded runway. They will try to sell you the higher altitude falls. It's a longer free-fall, but I didn't think it was worth it. We also didn't get the picture package for $75, but i did buy the professional photos that were taken before and after landing (some attached below!) for $25. I think what sets this place apart from me is the jumpers you tandem with. You could tell these guys love their job, and STILL appreciate every jump even after 10+ years of jumping. I had Carlos, who was really nice. My boyfriend had Lucas. He was SO high energy and my boyfriend loved him.

What a magnificent day for my and my daughter! Brian thank you again!

My daughter Courtney has had this on her list for a while... well after a most difficult year she finally was able to come visit her dad for my birthday and my wish was to take her to fulfill a promise made during that tough year. Brian thank you so much she couldn't have jumped with a more perfect partner!!

I thought my first sky diving experience would be magical but it was far from it. I wasn't even called back until 4 hours AFTER my reservation. The staff did not communicate at all. Due to lack of communication my landing was far from perfect landing me in urgent care shortly after to get X-rays. I understand risks are made when you sky dive but if the staff communicated all of this could have been avoided.

I took my dad for his birthday and we were not disappointed!! The jumpers are absolutely amazing, they are hilarious and make you feel comfortable. They joke around and really try to make it an amazing experience. You HAVE to purchase the photo/video package. It's so worth it! It's a long video and you even get to pick songs to play in the video. The pictures and videos are so high quality. The one thing that was really annoying was having to wait 2 hours past our scheduled time. The building you wait in has no AC, only fans and it's extremely hot. It was slightly frustrating but I think the experience makes up for it! If you're thinking about doing it, do it!!!!

If you can, ask for Carlos! He made it so much fun! Wasn't even nervous!

Skydiving has always been on my bucket list, so for my birthday I decided to treat myself to the Groupon with the VIP 18,000 ft. jump with t-shirt package. Made the reservation to jump at 9am this past Sunday, however due to the weather, I did receive a text message at 5:30am that morning asking me to confirm the change in location from Plant City (their main spot) to Lake Wales. It is more of a drive since I am coming from the Tampa area, but I wasn't going to let that stop me! Got to the location, checked-in, purchased the $75 video/photo package (WORTH IT!) and there was a wait, which I didn't mind since I got to see two groups go ahead of me. Everyone looked to be having a great time! Finally it was my turn, and I was really hoping to get paired up with Carlos based on the Youtube videos I've seen... and struck gold! Carlos is amazing and funny! You can tell he loves doing what he does. As soon as one group finished their skydiving, they are back getting ready for the next group. All the other tandem jumpers booked the 11,000 ft jump, so I got to watch all of them leave the plane. I was the only tandem jumper for the 18,000 ft level. There were two solo jumpers also exiting at 18,000, so they went first... we were the last ones out of the plane. Carlos makes you feel relaxed and the next thing you know, out you go! The skydive itself was breathtaking. Seriously, if you've ever been considering it, just do it. Like I mentioned before, the video/photo package is worth it. You have a list of songs to choose from for your intro, the freefall itself and once your parachute deploys. It was put together nicely and quickly. There are a couple of "meh" moments... for one, the hangar where you are waiting in is WARM and can be slightly unbearable during the humid times of the year. They do have some industrial fans blowing, which helps a little, but I actually found it cooler outside. The other "meh" was because we got relocated to the Lake Wales location for the day, when I went to get my t-shirt, they didn't have them there. The girl behind the counter said to text her my shirt size and address and they would ship it to me. I'll see if I get it this week, but if not, I will be following up! All that being said, I totally recommend Jump Florida (and Carlos)! I see a few other Yelpers mention tipping, which I didn't know was customary. I would have tipped had I known... but I am already wanting to book another skydive!

Amazing day skydiving for the first time with friends! We really chose the best place to do it. The instructors were funny and made us (me*) feel less stressed about it. It was a once in a lifetime experience, that went so smoothly thanks to them!! I went with Pascale and he was awesome :) Don't be scared and go for it!

I did not dive... I took my daughter for her 18th birthday and she took the plunge. I have to say, I was not impressed when I rolled up. There is barely a permanent building here. It's not an airport -- it is a grass runway in the middle of nowhere. Then you read the "disclaimers" on the sign on the wall -- no medical services, no hospital nearby, no insurance, etc. Honestly, I almost bailed out... However, the people were great. They clearly live to skydive and can't believe they get paid to do this. There seemed to be a good emphasis on safety and all the jump masters were very personable and reassuring. The whole thing went very well and everyone who jumped that day loved it. They also take a video of the whole experience (at extra cost), which is very cool. My daughter loved it, and is ready to go back!

Are you kidding. We were booked for a 10:30 jump and did not go up until 1:45......what a joke. The cashier was rude and not helpful. This place will be closed soon. Don't waste your Saturday for a 90 second jump.

    After the dive!

I had an AMAZING time skydiving for my 22nd birthday! I jumped tandem with Carlos and my boyfriend jumped tandem with Luke - they were both so funny and absolutely amazing instructors. I wanted to get back in the plane and go a second time!

Went through AFF with this company. Great people, very knowledgeable. Equipment is relatively new. Caravan to jump out of which makes exits more comfortable. Overall I would suggest this company for newbies just wanting to tandem and for others that want to go through AFF and jump on their own!

    About to go wheels up!

By far my best experience jumping! Appointment was for 1130 and we were feet up by 1230. Not a bad wait time for one plane and hundreds of jumpers every day. Jumping at the Lake Wales location, the hangar where you check in is a bit on the warm side, I suggest signing your waivers, checking in then waiting outside. Dave was super friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole jump. Allowed me to steer on the way down and even gave me tips and pointers to get certified to jump on my own. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to jump. I will defintely be back the next time im in Florida!

We told them we needed to be out by a certain time and they made sure we were in and out in record time. There was a whole separate indoors area for spectators which was perfect for a cold day in Florida. And once the bride to be was up in the plane and about to jump we were able to move outdoors to exactly where she would land and took some great pictures. Ben gave some good instructions on how much time it would take between when they took off to landing so we followed that and it was pretty accurate. Ben was the bride to be's instructor/co flyer and he was great! Funny, knew his stuff, clear, and cool. The ladies in the front registration area were also nice and on top of everything. The pictures they took were so good and $40 which was reasonable, the video was more expensive so we just got the pictures. We would certainly come again and this time join her in sky diving!

The rolls in the sky were so much fun. The landing was exciting as well. Caleb told me to lift my legs and feet just as we landed on our asses and skidding for about 10 feet. They kept us apprised of their thought process regarding weather and safety. We met up with some other balloonists before take off. The entire process was fascinating and it was amazing because they involved us in every step. We felt safe and taken care of the entire duration. I loved hearing about the history of hot air balloons and the tradition of the champagne toast. The views in the balloon were spectacular- it is so peaceful above the trees. We loved seeing the different bird species below and even a couple of gators. We waved to pedestrians and people in their homes along the way, as well. Our landing was way smoother than expected. We also really enjoyed the Bob Evan's brunch afterward. They have a max capacity of 5 on the balloon. We lucked out with no other passengers for a more private ride. You have the option to book it privately if you want to ensure a private ride. The price was $550 which I found to be incredibly affordable considering the bucket list item it is. This included the ride, champagne toast, and Bob Evan's breakfast. You essentially also get a history lesson and a beginners guide to hot air balloon operation if you pay attention and listen closely! I can definitely see how someone could get hooked. The feeling is almost indescribable when you are in the air! What a wonderful experience right here in Tampa!

Gatorland was started in 1949 by Owen Goodwin as a 1/2 day Family Attraction. It has since grown and now the Park has over 100+ Gators including a few albino's. Since I last visited the Park in 2018, Gatorland has added a Zipline with 5 lines which zip over Gators. This was an absolute MUST DO! The 2nd favorite thing I LOVE doing, is feeding the parakeets aka budgies You can purchase a bundle of popsicle sticks with peanut butter at one end rolled in bird seed. The Birds will flock to You and start eating. You can actually feel their "tootsies" on your skin and they are very warm. You MUST shuffle you feet to avoid stepping on the little ones who are pecking away at the dropped birdseed on the floor. My 3rd favorite thing is feeding the Gators. You can purchase Turkey hotdogs, break them into pieces and toss them to the Gators! They come swimming up to you to be fed. How COOL! My next favorite is the Gator Show which involves completely harmless Gator: wrestling. Basically the Trainer gently straddles the Gator and tips his chin under his. Be sure to come hungry as they have a cafe which serves, you guessed it: Gator bites/nuggets. They are SO yummy!Okay by now, you have figured it out: I LOVE the entire Park and highly recommend that if you visit Orlando, add Gatorland with Ziplining to your Vacay Adventure, you won't regret it!
