DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will risk having a party with NO water slide or jumper show up! Don't let this happen to you!!!!! Read my story! I placed my order in late March over the internet for a June birthday party for my 6 year old. I confirmed the day before and the operators acted as if everything was fine. The next morning they were supposed to be at my house between 8:30-10:30AM (The party was at 12:00) I called every hour to confirm, the operators kept hanging up on me after I gave them my order number. I just had a terrible feeling in my gut that things were not ok. Finally at 10:30, I texted and called a "manager" named Gibson a few times before he picked up. His exact words to me were "It's not gonna happen." I started to cry and get emotional on the phone and he told me he would GPS my address and "see" what he could do. He mentioned that he had a "Jaws" waterslide (This is NOT the water slide that I ordered) in his truck and "might" be able to drop that off. This was at 10:45AM, my party was at 12:00 and he was in Los Angeles, I live in Corona!!! We managed to contact another company who came through for us. Thank God! Worst experience and feeling ever when you have a party in 1 hour with 40 6-year-olds coming over and you are told "it's not gonna happen." I know their website is great, your child gets to pick out the waterslide/jumper that he or she wants and everything is just so easy and convenient. The pictures look great........however you better be ok with no one showing up!!! ****I want to add that Gibson showed up around 12:00, he showed up because I called repeatedly and became emotional. Had I not called and texted and tried to confirm repeatedly, NO ONE WAS GOING TO LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE GETTING MY WATERSLIDE! I paid $20 to hold my order in March, I called and now waiting to see if I will be receiving that deposit back. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered a slide two months ago for a party in June. They sent us a confirmation the Saturday before the party saying they would deliver the slide as promised. Three days before the party they called and canceled. The party is on a Thursday. They said they could reschedule for Saturday! WHAT? The party is on Thursday not Saturday. Horrible customer service Be smart and don't order from here as they are unreliable read more

I wish I could give no stars! This place sucks! Horrible customer service. They do have a wide variety of jumpers, but nothing else. When they dropped off the jumper it was very dirty. I had to sweep and mop it myself. Also, it was a windy day and had been windy the previous day's, yet they came unprepared with no anchors. It was 7am when he dropped off and he said he would be back a Couple of hours later. He didn't return till 330PM!! I had been calling him all morning/afternoon and he just turned off his phone. I called the main office to complain and ask them to get their delivery guy hurry. The manager told he couldn't do anything and " it is what it is, he'll get there when he gets there." I wish I could have canceled, but it was my daughter birthday and couldn't do that to her. read more

I ordered a party package from Jump For Fun for my daughter's 8th birthday party. They arrived on time and was very pleasant, but when I went to take a look at how the jumper was coming along, I noticed that it was EXTREMELY dirty (it was also faded and looked nothing like the picture they showed me when I went in to rent it). They (a man and woman) noticed the unpleasant look on my face and immediately said that they were going to clean it. They went to their truck and came back with a few washcloths and a bottle of Awesome. No water was used, so all they really did with smear the dirt around. After they were done "cleaning" the jumper, my best friend and I decided that we would just try cleaning it ourselves. We failed. The jumper was so dirty that a simple wipe would not suffice. I wish I would have taken pictures so that I could show just how dirty this jumper was. It clearly needed a professional cleaning. The only thing I could think to do at that point was request a refund. I decided against it because it would have devastated my daughter to not have a jumper at her party. I cleaned it as well as I could and hoped for the best. Every kid that went into the jumper with light clothing came out extremely dirty. I felt awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR CHILD CRY OUT OF DISAPPOINTMENT ON THIER BIRTHDAY BECAUSE THE JUMPER NEVER SHOWED UP (even when it was PAID in FULL)!!!!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a jumper at least 5 days in advance for my son's birthday this past Saturday. I received an e-mail stating it would be deliverers between 7am-12pm (his party stared at 1pm). I called in the morning to see if I could get a better time frame so I could go to the store, but the girl said they don't typically do that so I said okay I'll just wait. 12:20 comes around and there's still no jumper at my house so I call the company again. This time they are VERY rude and said they would call the driver. After sitting on hold a male voice came on the phone and told me that they usually have two drivers but today they only have one and they can't even get in touch with him so they don't know where the jumper is or when it's going to be here. He even told me, "Well, your party Doesn't even start until 1pm so we still have time". No, I paid to have it delivered at 12, Sir. His tone of voice was very dismissive and nonchalant. He truly did not care. I called back multiple times between 1-2:30 and received the same type of response. They never once apologized or took responsibility for ruining my son's party. The jumper was the one thing my 3 year old wanted. At 3pm I finally started making calls to other companies in the area and found an angel named Tony who owns All Events Party Jumpers in Fontana and he saved the day by delivering a jumper at 3pm on a Saturday within 30 minutes!! Worst experience EVER! I ordered and obstacle jumper several days in advance. The jumper arrived early, however it was completely disgusting. The jumper clearly was not opened, cleaned, or dried out since the last party it was used for. It was filthy, smelled like mildew with nasty water coming up through the seams and caked on dirt inside and out from previously being used with water and still had trash from the previous party in it. When we called to let the manager know the condition of the jumper, he was unapologetic and almost insisted as if we were lying. The driver said he had never seen one arrive so disgusting. We informed the manager we needed a replacment obstacle jumper and we didn't need care what kind it was as long as it was for a bot. They promised the replacement would be there within an hour and a half. We had to call several times and then when it finally arrived 10 minutes before the start of the party it was not an obstacle jumper as we were promised. They have terrible business ethics and zero customer service skills. I will never order from them EVER again, and recommend you don't either unless you and your chikd want to be disappointed. This company is completely unreliable. They seem professional at first glance, but when it really matters they leave you hanging. Ordered a slide for a party well in advance, was reassured many times that all was well, then received a call three days before party that they could no longer deliver. They gave excuses as to why, but it changed depending on who you talked to. My child was left very disappointed and I was very frustrated. Never again! read more

This is by far the worst place to get your party rentals from and I think that yelp should let people write reviews with zero stars cause This place does not even deserve half a star I rented a jumper for our 4th of july weekend party and ended up being a disaster first they were 3 hours late and to top it all off I was stuck with the wrong jumper ....on the Phone it was super Hard to get a hold of anyone after hours of being on hold they would answer and the operators were not rude they were extremelyyy rudee!! What a difference from when I was making my order everyone was nice I am pretty sure those good reviews on yelp are fake because they even look like a freaken commercial never using this place again lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I placed my order 5 days in advance and confirmed the drop off for between 7AM and 10AM that Sunday. 10:30AM came around so I called the 1-800 number that was supposed to be open 7 days a week and the office was CLOSED! I had no way to contact the company, and I was freaking out because my daughters party was at 1PM and the bounce house was the main event. I finally got a hold of the 1-800 number after the party had started and the guy seemed a little concerned, and asked me 3 times if anyone called or showed up. NO THEY DIDN'T! He said he would talk to the manager and call me back. The manager called me back and said they delivered the bounce house at 10:30AM. I said they most certainly did not - I was here. The guy said the driver stated they delivered to my backyard, and I said no, and he said YOU MUST BE MISTAKEN!!!! WTF seriously? So he said he would call the driver and ask him to take a picture of the jumper in my backyard - I said GO AHEAD!! I called back two hours later and asked for the picture, and the manager made some excuses about the order being lost and that he was away rescuing a dog etc. I don't care WTF you were doing, you ALMOST RUINED my kids birthday party she had been looking forward to for weeks. Thank god I was able to call another local company that delivered RIGHT ON TIME and in time for the party, otherwise I would have driven out to this companies main office and let them friggin have it. They have promised me a refund so I will keep an eye out for it, but it just doesn't seem like enough for my stress, and it would certainly not make up for it if we were not able to get another company to deliver. read more
