I've used Jump N Bounce for a few events, most recently for an obstacle course and dry slide on 4th of July. They're wonderful to work with, inflatables were clean, generator worked great. The guy that dropped them off let me take a video of the turn on process so I knew how to inflate them when we were ready, and even offered his cell phone number in case we had an issues. It's funny how Mary Text me telling that she was sorry for the late delivery and how the 2 guys were late and she will talk to them. But then your saying something. Else. I have screen shots of her text messages letting me know that this will not happen again. She also text me that they had to do 2 trips because their truck is small. My experience with any other company is that jumpers come looking disgusting/filthy! We had to book with Jump N Bounce, as they're the only preferred vendor that the City of Irvine allows for set-up at their parks in order to be issued a permit. While they weren't the cheapest company to book with, they were very professional and we were happy to give them our business. We booked online easily, received email confirmation and we received a follow up text message from Mary a week before our party to confirm the details. On the day of the party, we received a courtesy phone call 30mins prior to set-up time to let us know they would be there at the prior agreed upon time. They showed up on time, set everything up within 5 minutes, and they were very courteous and friendly. They returned at the exact time to disassemble the bounce house and went on their way. hi there, the 5 in 1 jumper was perfect for the group of kids we had at the Knott's picnic area. but there is an inside basketball hoop but no ball was brought with jumper and i had no clue i needed to bring my own ball in order to use that portion of the jumper. that would have been nice to know, other then that the gentleman sent to man the jumper was very nice, he was helpful and polite, i was very impressed by his customer service. i would rent from JumpNBounce again. read more

The stuff are very professional and helpful, they also have attended shifts which is great when your having a bigger party.
