So much fun. The kids loved it. Super cool. It's almost like art and play combine.

Took my niece and nephews here the day after Christmas. There was a steady flow of kids coming and…read moregoing but it didn't feel busy. There's lots of room to run around and not feel crowded which is a plus, especially the day after Christmas. I liked that the lines were short waits to help kids maximize the fun. They require everyone participating to get Urban Air socks (they're like thinner hospital socks with grip at the bottom) as no shoes are allowed for play. The socks were helpful in reducing slips but the two times it was annoying was when you needed to go to the bathroom and when riding the slide the grip on the socks made sliding down hard. Staff was relatively friendly and handled kids and adults well when strapping on harnesses. I purchased the group play pass which included 3 kids and 2 adults + socks, 1 large 1 topping pizza, 3 small icees and 2 sodas for about $130 after tax. It was fun for kids and participating adults. If you're purchasing tickets and socks individually it gets expensive fast so consider the group play pass. For the cost of one adult and two kids, socks, pizza and drinks it was only about $30 difference so it's definitely more bang for your buck. When buying tickets online it makes you choose a date and time but I had called and confirmed you aren't stuck with that time and the tickets are valid for 90 days or 1 year (the staff I spoke with couldn't recall). If you're worried about weight or height restrictions there's a minimum height for certain activities but there isn't a listed max so just keep in mind that these are designed for kids so even at my short stature (5'2") I had to crouch a bit for some things. For weight capacity for trampolines they said it's 250lbs and for harness activities it's 230lbs. With that said I think there needs more supervision both from parents and staff. There were lots of little ones running around unsupervised and staff are really only located at harness activities. One younger boy had wiped out in the ball pit against the edge for entry/exit. It is padded but a hard and fast fall will hurt. I asked if he was okay and he said yes but he looked again he was bleeding from the mouth. I had to locate both the adult he came with and then a worker since some of the balls had blood on it. The worker had notified someone on a walkie talkie but I don't think anything was done about the bloodied balls.

We came to Urban Air for my nephews 6th birthday party. We rented the "rooftop" party room with…read morehost and the party upgrade for the kids wristbands which meant they had access to the entire space with no restrictions. We arrived 12:40pm with our decorations and cake on the day of the party. Immediately I could sense there was a problem. After standing around for about 10 minutes I finally asked if the room was ready and where was the host? A young kid finally appeared and said I'm here for Cameron's party. He led us upstairs but said nothing. No introduction, no run down of what to expect. Finally I asked him his name. He passed out socks to 5-7 year olds and gave them wristbands but that's it. The kids began to run around. Again now it's 10 after 1 and I asked him what is the plan? He said what do you mean? I'm asked him do you make an announcement? Do they just go what's happening when do you begin to host? He said they are free to go (epic fail). The space was quite large it was a closed off room and then another larger space with three couches, 2 high top tables, no side tables and it was upstairs away from everything so the fact that there was no formal directions, or announcement made by the party host was very confusing. We told the kids they could go and off they went. Everything with the kids was fine for about 20 minutes then some of the adults and kids came back saying they were being turned away from some of the activities. My sister was handling the food order so we didn't get it addressed right away. Fast forward we were supposed to eat at 2:30. Only half of the pizza came out (the other half came out after we did cake), we had no water other than the warm bottles that was set out when we got there, when I asked the kitchen/ordering area for water because we could not find our host (a trend for most of the party) I was told "oh no we don't do all that". I ordered French fries and was given a tray of old cold, French fries. The wristbands the kids were given were wrong and they were not corrected until after we ate which was at 3:15 (the party ended at 4). We could not find the host to get the things we needed, I had him paged many times and he didn't come ... overall this was terrible service. For the amount of money my sister paid for this party nothing was given. We did all the work. I do not recommend this location of urban air. I'm also leaving out the details related to the dirty furniture, the unkept restrooms and the rude staff at the cafe.

I had an amazing experience at SkyZone! The place was clean, energetic, and so much fun, but what…read morereally made the visit stand out were the employees Abby, Sean, Isaiah, and Nimo. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and had a great time. Abby was super friendly and helpful, Sean kept everything organized and running smoothly, Isaiah had the best attitude and made the environment fun, and Nimo was incredibly patient and kind. Their customer service was seriously top-tier. SkyZone is lucky to have such an awesome team. I'll definitely be coming back!

Truth be told, it's a ZERO for me as a mom. The place is run by teens, which having my own, I totally support. However, there doesn't seem to be any oversight. Not a single employee during our visit had any care in the world to make this a "wonderful visit". We were greeted by a young woman that didn't really "greet" us at all. She just stared at us until I said I wanted to pay for 2 "jumpers". We got the standard "have you been here" and "filled out a waiver" questions. Me, "No". She pointed to the sign with a code to scan to get the waiver. I asked since I had to scan with my phone, is that the only way to do the waiver by phone? I didn't have glasses. Hate completing forms on my phone, but nope, she said that was the only way in the most monotone uncaring voice... ok.. That was done. Then the anticipated question about socks. Knew we would have to buy some. If I'd never been to a place like this I would probably not have understood her. She mumbles so quiet. I was like, oh yes, socks, we need those. How much are they. She literally turned her back on us to walk to the socks behind her and even my boys with supersonic hearing were like, "no f'n clue what she said" when I asked them what her answer was to how much they cost. We didn't get a receipt for the two entry fees at $22.99 + socks around $59. So, whatever.. we just won't ever know. Please train your employees to look at the customer when they answer instead of walk away talking quietly.. she didn't seem to like her job much honestly. My kids got in and I just wanted a quick bite before running a couple errands. I ordered waffle fries with cheese on the side and waited 15 min. Looks like there was a shift change right after. I finally asked the blond guy at the counter if my food would come out front here or if I should go somewhere else.. I mean, I was literally the only customer sitting there waiting and staring at the counter as he stared out into space.. He said they must not have started it and he would go do it. So, another 10 min, in the end it was 30 min before I got my nasty soggy greasy waffle fries with the canned cheesy sauce all over the top. One of my kiddos won't eat cheesy anything. I just said thank you, ate half of them on my own, tossed the rest as my kids won't eat and left. I came to pick them up about 30 min later with the worst stomach pains ever.. ack, I knew the soggy greasy food would get me.. I felt wretched for 2 hours more. I'm writing this in the wee hours still unwell. DO NOT order the waffle fries and nasty cheese. Probably do not order anything.. this place is just not clean nor are there any protocols, so far as I can tell, for the staff to sanitize or clean anything, much less their own hands. The place had many employees that were available, but nobody cleaned anything or really did anything but walk around. The tables were gross when we got there and I sat and waited while 3 employees just stood there and did nothing.. no customers, nothing.. yuck! Your place is gross and nobody cares. The bathrooms needed attention as well.. both men and women. I would not return here. It was dirty and the food made me sick. It was end of day so maybe that's why dodge ball was closed, but that's what my boys wanted the most. Expensive, nasty, dirty, lacks customer service and management.
