This is one of the truly hidden gems in Baltimore. I used to always see people posting these good looking food online from here & finally I made it there. The food definitely didn't disappoint at all but easily the best part was the great hospitality by the owner. He makes you walk away from there feeling that your business is valued & greatly appreciated. But now to the food sadly my pictures don't do the food any justice. I happened to be playing the lottery across the street from this business. It caught my eye because it was pretty busy. My boyfriend and I decided to get something. I chose the lemon pepper shrimp which was pretty tasty. The fries were just ok. My boyfriend had the lemon pepper wings which he stated were delicious. The cheese steak egg rolls were complimentary due to us having to wait a little longer for our food because of a small mishap. I thought that was very nice of the business to do. We had not complained about the wait which made it even better for the business to acknowledge it. The customer service was awesome. I ordered from here on delivery months back after hearing it was good. My food was horrible. I didn't want to review it because I hate to give negative reviews on one trip. So I gave them another chance. Delivery #1 I had the platter with crab balls and shrimp and honey old bay. It really was just honey all over my food. Not too tasty....Also had honey old bay wings. Ordered the chicken Rico platter and the salmon cake egg breakfast sandwich on wheat toast Paid and went on my way. Came back to pick up. Chicken Rico sold out. No worries. I get a refund for that but now I am waiting for the salmon egg breakfast sandwich. It was salmon cake on a potato roll. Management said I could come back and try a Rico platter next weekend (I think they only have breakfast on the weekend) Trip#3 Next weekend I went back and got a chicken Rico and it was really good. So good that I had it again the next weekend. It's chopped chicken w onions and peppers. Scrambled eggs and fried potatoes or grits. I read the reviews on here for this spot and decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. I love crab cakes and I like to try them from different establishments. I was not disappointed. It was fried a little harder than I'd like. I may try the broiled next time but it was overall still good. A good mix of filling and lump crab. The flavor was just how I like it and I really enjoyed it. As we know everyone's Mac and cheese is not the same. For me it was just okay. I absolutely still ate it because it was still flavorful but just not what I prefer. I think I like my Mac a little looser. The yams were good and not too sweet. The service was great as well. I found myself looking for a great sub after being out all day. I did a door dash order for pick up for a chopped fish sub with frys and iced tea. Once I got home I realized I had the wrong sub. I called back to the store in a tizzy. I had to apologize to the gentleman that answered the phone as he thought I was angry. That was not my intention. Turns out I did have the wrong sub. Although they had closed they remade my sub and delivered it. I am super appreciative of the GREAT customer service. The sub was well seasoned and tasty. I will be back again. read more

I wish I could have tried this popular spot out . But unfortunately the hours are not consistent and when we walked in they told us that on a Saturday morning, that they don't open until 12 . On Yelp, the hours are listed as 11am and on their IG page the hours are listed at opening at 10 am . It's not much to the inside , menu on the wall and cashier counter . This place is on point. Per Yelp reviews i choose to give this place a try for some good eats, and it did not disappoint. I got the honey ole bay wings and shrimp combo which comes with fries and a drink. The chicken had great flavor and was well balanced, the shrimp were nicely seasoned and were a decent size, the cocktail sauce had a kick but was good as well. The half and half reminded me of that DC half/half, it's sweet but so good. I wanted to try the banana pudding based on a pic that was posted to Yelp a year ago, I was kinda disappointed because the pic shows the "southern" way of making banana pudding...... vanilla pudding, vanilla wafers and bananas..... they have changed they way it's made with banana flavored pudding and chessman's cookies which I think is a BMORE thing, because this is the second place that I have encountered making it that way. I'm so glad I asked once I saw the cookie on top. Other than that I definitely would be going back, they have lots of different food options. Breakfast menu looks great as well as the fried lobster tails, those were just some of the items that stood out to me on the menu, oh they have different varieties of rice bowls as well. DoorDash doesn't give the option to customize your sandwich in any way other than to add cheese, which was $1 extra. The food definitely needed seasoning. There was no seasoning on the food.
