    Crabby Biscuit

I was searching for more small businesses to try and I'm glad I came across England Eatery! The menu has various options for your taste buds and they offer unique weekly specials. I had never heard of a Crabby Biscuit before but it was a tasty combo of sweet and very savory; it's crab dip in the middle of the biscuit and sauce on top that tasted like honey and Old Bay. As an entree I ordered the Salmon Bites Platter that comes with rice and two sides. The Salmon Bites were crispy and cooked well, the Mac n Cheese and Greens were delicious. I'm glad I checked the platter because they forgot the rice but I was given some on the side. I would return to try more of the menu items.

This is probably some of the best food I have ever had! We did pick up for lunch. My coworker said the food was done when she got there and she said they have a place you can sit down too. Can't wait to go back

As the saying goes, "the stomach wants what it wants." Or something like that. I've seen their food on IG several times but never had the chance to try it. Then one day the universe shined its light on me and showed me their ad while I was trying to decide what to grab to eat before work. The location is a temporary one until they open their storefront. I placed my order online and it was ready earlier than the time originally given to me. I got the stuffed salmon with yams and collard greens. Now if you know me then you know that yams are one of my favorite foods. I prefer mine a little sweeter but still these weren't bad. The collard greens, I felt lacked a bit of seasoning. Cooked well but just needed more seasoning. However, the star of the dish did not disappoint. The salmon was MOIST! I have no complaints about it and it would be pretty hard for me to NOT order it next time. I'll definitely be back. There's a few more items I want to try.

OMG! Where do I start, the food is so amazing here it's very addicting and yummy. This small black owned business is so worth it. The people are so nice, if you have any questions or concerns they fix it right away with no hesitation. We order from here very frequently and when I frequently I mean it lol. When we order online we get it delivered to us and when I say the food still be hot as if it just got out the oil, chileee don't need to be warmer or nothing. Same for when we pick it up and by time we get home STILL HOT! We enjoy taco Tuesday! Fish tacos BOMB with the slaw and homemade sauce is my fav and goto! Fish and shrimp bomb, chili shrimp so freaking yummy! Birria tacos and sauce on the side is to die for... crab dip taco is also yummy! Salmon bites so are delicious plain - we also get them flavored which is honey lemon pepper and the bites be so meaty and juicy it's insane. Crabby biscuit is my bf favorite a little sweet&savory. I almost forgot to mention the crab egg rolls, my lord... two words: ORDER IT! ( when they are available) you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu honestly! You can't go wrong here and I mean it. If your hesitate, try this place . The chef and her family is so good at what they do.

Ordered the honey old bay salmon bites, Mac and cheese and greens. Salmon bites didn't have honey or old bay on them but a different sauce. Mac and cheese had a weird taste, not edible, my daughter wont even eat it and she loves Mac $cheese. Greens were good. Also ordered the whiting platter with shrimp, potatoe salad and yams. Yams were very very sweet but and potato salad was creamy. Fish was seasoned well. Please note it's hard to get assistance they don't answer the phone. If you order use a company like Grubhub or DoorDash so you have customer service if needed.

I love this spot. If you love delicious comfort food this is the vibe. Make sure to get their crabby honey old bay cheddar biscuit! It is so delicious! The fried salmon bites, lamb chops and blacked honey old bay salmon platter are all must tries. The spot inside is relatively small so it's a great carry out spot if you want to eat at home. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Dee- licious!! We ordered the Crabby Egg Rolls that they're known for - and with good reason! Crunchy on the outside, filled with crab on the inside and just the right amount of heat. The greens are unlike any I have had and so good - soft but not mushy, not too salty - I could make a meal of just their greens. Oh, and the yams! Again, not mushy and not overly sweet - just perfect! The chef does a great job - everything we had was well-balanced and delicious! A new favorite to order from in the neighborhood.

    Smothered Turkey Chop Platter

I've been here on two separate occasions and the food hits every time. The first time i went i got the stuffed salmon, I'm not a fan of anything stuffed (except Oreos) but it was seasoned to perfection. The greens were good and the Mac i wasn't exactly used to but it was very cheesy. The second time i went, i got the smothered turkey chop platter. You can't see it but there's TWO chops in there ! The mashed potatoes were velvety and i love their greens so that was that. The gravy was standard by itself but with that chop, it took it to a whole mother level. What i really like about England, aside from the food and southern-like hospitality, is that when paying/ordering online the take CashApp. So no hassle with your card because you can just connect with the app. All in all this place is a great stop, enjoy! Oh and i checked them out pre-tik tok exposure, so take what you will

We requested outdoor seating, request granted. The upstairs patio is spacious and comfortable; fans helping to cool the summer afternoon. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel easy and relaxed. We ordered the Salmon BLT and the deviled eggs topped with lump crabmeat, along with (1) coffee, (2) mimosas and (1) white sangria- which was my favorite. Everything was delicious, and the patio was a great place to unwind after our hike. The music --a high-energy playlist from the night before (i assumed) still on an active loop. Although we were there on a Monday at lunchtime, the dining area quickly became busy and loud. We ordered some crab dip, which they were able to provide some gluten-free bread for. I really liked the crab dip! It was creamy and flavorful. After placing some salad orders, the food came out, but we were not brought utensils to eat. The meat was not cooked how we asked for it to be, and one of the plates had to be sent back to be cooked more. After around 20 minutes, we were finally given forks to start eating. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad and despite my fish being a bit underdone, it was pretty good. I wish there was more dressing on the salad though because it was a bit bland and dry. It also seemed like our waiter was super stressed as he was genuinely running through the restaurant at times.

My friend and I both got a cup of the crab chowder, which was tasty, if a bit weird-looking when the oil separated in it. I got a crab cake, and it didn't seem special compared to other crab cakes I've had, perhaps a bit dry too, but it was definitely fresh. I also went rogue and got a watermelon drink that was good enough where multiple would be dangerous! Everyone seemed to like their food, and my husband even tried clam strips and enjoyed them! Since it was New Year's eve, there were few patrons or maybe this is the usual scene? Don't know. But there are some comfy couches by the front in which a young couple with a baby was nursing. Another couple was just finishing up dinner and started to head out. We were the only two diners for about 20 minutes before another couple came in for dinner. There were also about two or three people at the bar. So basically a very quiet place. No one at the hostess stand, only a woman at the bar. She eventually sat us and took our order. Things were slow but not so slow that I would complain. I would surmise that most of the staff was off that evening. Food was also slow in coming so there might have been a small crew in the kitchen as well. We ordered the mezze appetizer. Nothing to rave about. It was just a plate with vegetables and hummus. We both got the wagyu burger and fries. The whole meal was quite decent. The meat was cooked to the correct temperature and the fries were crispy. It was quite filling for me.
