Very cleaned establishment. They have something for everyone of all ages! From jumping to the kids and toddler playgrounds. They have a mini arcade and even bowling! They have a wide selection of food and drinks as well. Fernando was very helpful and definitely went far and beyond in customer service. It definitely wasn't busy during the weekday so we had the whole place kinda to ourselves. They had other stuff I didn't really check out but our family had fun for the most part. Awesome place lots to do and not too pricey! Really enjoyed the trampolines. The amount of games and activities to do so is amazing could really enjoy a little more time frame wise and socks to be included with the purchase. I definitely think there should be more security towards the doors to avoid issue with children missing. Definitely enjoy the obstacle courses and all the arcade games it has. I had a blast at JW entertainment with my friends. The place is clean, spacious and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the best part was the trampolines! They have a huge area with different types of trampolines, from regular ones to bouncy ones to foam pits. We had so much fun jumping, flipping and bouncing around. Easy check in! M-Th is 19.99 for all day jumping and there's a variety of activities! My kids wanted to do the roller coaster, trampolines and arcade. But there is bowling and pool tables too!! The only odd thing was the leaving a review before we actually got started so we could get free socks lol The axe throwing is only for 18+ just fyi Looking forward to trying the bar while we wait for the kids. I heard about this place opening up and was so excited to see a place like this open back up on the west side. Walked in and was amazing with what they had done with the place since it was the old fiesta lanes. The manager Fernando and his staff was super helpful. We had a blast and can't wait to go back!!! The staff appears disconnected because they don't greet much and walk around avoiding contact. The management is always working. I'm not a fan of mixing alcohol with family fun. The pizza sauce is tomato sauce, I don't like it. The kids manage to have fun and don't seem to mind the pizza. Other than that it's pretty well managed and clean. read more

me and my family were f 5 came we did bowling and played the arcade. the food is delicious we got a cheese pizza and the sample platter. it was really good. my kids really enjoyed. the staff are helpful and friendly. clean spacious and considering for a birthday party. definitely will come back! read more
