I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this location. The workers are rude. They have a poor attitude and toss the balls and bricks into the structures carelessly. Very unprofessional. The staff treat the customers poorly, including children, which is unacceptable. They speak rudely to parents and to children. They even announce on the loud speaker about a woman who did not have socks that they reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone especially rude customers. Which I understand, but is very passive-aggressive and does not need to be announced over the speaker. Additionally, they closed five minutes early and loudly complained about customers not leaving on time. They then stood by and stared until everyone had left. It felt as though they were only waiting to leave themselves and had no interest in offering any kind of customer service. It seems like they're unhappy with their jobs, and the way they treat customers reflects that. I won't be returning because this wasn't our first bad experience. If someone doesn't enjoy their job, they shouldn't take it out on the customers--it just drives business away. I've also witnessed them being rude to people of different ethnicities, especially when they don't understand the sock policy. While I get that it's a rule, there's no need to be demeaning about it. I think this place could really benefit from new management or at least some customer service training for their employees. This place is ran by teenagers. Poor communication from start to finish. I tried to buy water bottle and they wouldn't accept cash due to claiming they already counted the registers, mind you this is 30 minutes before closing. I've worked in the service industry my whole life. It's just lazy service to deny a customer payment in the form they want because the worker is unable to do simple math. They quoted $2.50 for the water bottle and then charged me $3.24. I asked about the extra charge and they claimed it was tax. That means tax is 30% I asked for a receipt and the receipt stated they charged me an extra $.50. I asked why they said because the item was under $5.00. Seems super scammy and just a poor business practice to earn a little extra money. I have no problem spending money. I just don't like being tricked in the process. read more

The place itself is nice. Nicer than Kidtopia in Fremont but smaller. It's clean and well kept. However, there are no bathrooms accessible to the public. This is an indoor play place for kids, it's unreasonable not to have bathrooms. Also, the staff are rude. There's a young girl working there and she's nice and friendly but the older lady, probably the manager or owner, is just rude. My 13 year old had to wait outside because she'd have to pay admission even though she wouldn't be playing. She has a congenital dislocated elbow and a hip impingement. She would've just sat on her phone and watched her brother play but instead she had to sit outside by herself. Sorry, but to me, I don't think it's fair to charge full price for a teen that won't play or use any equipment. read more

I like the concept; it is a good alternative for kids when it is too cold / rainy to play outside. BUT, this location has now installed a pay per use area within the facility. SO, paying the entrance fee is no longer enough. Seems like a big money grab; kids will inevitably want to also use the new area and some will have trouble understanding that this is an EXTRA COST and if off limits unless you want to PAY.PAY.PAY. The owners could have instead expanded the play area, added a bathroom (there is not one inside) or maybe a seating area for parents. NOPE. They opted to milk the parents out of more money instead :) Huge dissapointment. read more

This place is a joke. The manager has no clue to run and manage a business at all. I read the reviews and was prepared to go early (20mins before opening). There was a short line (6-8 people in front of me) outside at the door already. I have my two kids with me while we were waiting my cousins to join. When we waited in the line, the manager came over and ask us to sign the waiver form online in advance. I asked her about the admission and the waiver form as we have 3 adults and 2 kids. She requested us to go in at the same time as "it's easier for them". It's ok, not a big deal and I can understand. My cousins arrived 5 minutes before opening so we could just go in at the same time. They checked in the first party for 10 minutes then a staff came out and told us that they have internet issue and thus the cashier and computer system didn't work. Everyone was waiting patiently. Another 20mins passed by, they were still checking in the second party. Some guests waiting in line asked if they can go in since they already purchased the ticket and signed online waiver in advance. The manager said no. The manager also asked us to purchase ticket online and select whatever time that is available (the first two opening hours were already sold out). When we tried to purchase the ticket, there is no option to purchase a single "adult only" ticket. I asked the manager then she told me the 3rd adult can't go in because their computer system is down. I offered to pay cash and she was shocked (she didn't expect that option) for 2 seconds then she said they were busy that day so they can't let single adult to go in (they also had a birthday party that day). I was so mad because we waited in line for 50 minutes and we talked to her 3 TIMES regarding the extra adult admission. She knew about it but she just suddenly changed mind when she saw the line was getting longer. There was a party in front of us which was a pair of grandparents with their grandson. They also pre-purchased the kid ticket online and wanted to pay the additional adult ticket at the door. The manager also refused to let both grandparents going in and told them to have one grandparent waiting outside. We were all so shocked about this "last minute decision" while waiting in line for 50minutes. If they have capacity concern, they should just do the head count and cutting off the line. There were a few young staff just standing there the whole time when the system was down. My cousins drove all the way from alameda to concord on a Sunday morning which they planned to have some fun with my kids. I couldn't ask one of them just waiting outside for an hour. We decided to go elsewhere and we will not visit this playground again. Very unprofessional business manner. They also said the play time is limited to one hour only while the online says it's good for two hours play. I don't know if they really enforce the one hour play time as I didn't go in. But I wonder is that legit as it'll be false advertisement. *edit: they now changed the policy to have the extra adult paying the "full kid fare" to get in. The adult fare was $10 before. I won't mind paying more in order for the entire party to get in as long as the policy is clear and enforced as what it was written. Great place for the little ones. It's new, has plenty of very nice games and structures and my kids love it.

The space was the perfect size where parents don't feel overwhelmed keeping up the kiddos. They had a variety of play stations to choose from. The place is secured at the front entrance, it was even hard for me to work the gate to exit. The best part was that they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the play area and play equipment. read more

We went today for the soft opening (Thursday). No public restroom in a kids play area. No sibling discount. They charged us weekend pricing ($40 for 2 kids for 2 hours) and didn't even offer us the $16 unlimited play. Staff was not very friendly and couldn't find the waivers I had signed the night before, tried to ask us to leave after 30 mins because they couldn't tell the difference between the red and orange wrist bands they provided. It was clean and clearly new, but the slides were so slick that kiddos of all ages were flying off them and the pads at the bottom were incorrectly placed so my daughter sustained a friction burn on her finger. This location is a disaster - I won't bring my kids back but hope they work out the kinks for future visitors! read more

Came with my 4 year old and 11 month old. Was charged full price for both and had to buy socks for my 11 month old. The 11 month doesn't walk, and has only been crawling for a month. Front desk informed me my 11 month old was participating by going inside and they charge starting 10 months and up, keep in mind the place doesn't have designated infant areas where older children can't go. The moment I placed my 11 month old he started crying and needed to be held the entire time, which is what I had planned on doing except without paying for them. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My 2 year old loves it. We come a few times a month when it's rainy or too hot to play outside. It's very clean and frequently sanitized. There are many different activities for the kids to do and my daughter can play easily for 2 hours before losing interest. It's also a safe place for younger babies, as we frequently came when she was under 1 year old. There are 2 different play areas for bigger and smaller kids so we always felt safe. Our family were invited to the Fairfield one for a birthday party and kids loved it so much! A friend told me they opened one in Concord, which is a lot closer to us. We went during their soft opening, kids had so much fun and time went by too fast! A good spot for kids to have a play date and all kinds of parties. came today and it was a lot of fun for the kids. My children play at various indoor kids activity centers and this one has a lot of interactive play stuff I have not seen elsewhere. There is are two ball pit type areas - one has one where the balls actaully drop on all the kids, once they feed it into various vacuum transport tubes. The play structure also has a few slides, different obstacles and a pretty neat ball shooting area against an animated display. A few inconveniences like no restroom but since there is a two hour limit, your kids can simply pee first, play, leave and have a snack. read more

The kids had a blast. Very well organized and clean. The staff for working on there, I will not lie could've acted a bit more enthusiastic for working in a kid zone area. Fun Fun Fun!!! We just happened to walk by and decided to go in to let the kids have some fun before their winter break is over. Everything is very clean and new, and there's plenty of space for them to run around. Check-in process was easy and the front desk lady was super helpful in explaining everything. Kids are exhausted after 2 hours of running, jumping, sliding etc... energy is all out at the end and it's a fun way to end the weekend! read more

The kids enjoyed the play time. The location is TOO small, the front is crowded due to check in process and small entry way. I had a party here and i wish i would have seen the party room beforehand because it was too small for my guest to move around comfortably. You can't bring drinks but they charge $2 for ONE capri sun. they don't have a wagon or anything for party guests so we have to walk with our food and decor through the mall and the location is like in the middle, so i'm carrying a backdrop through sears. awkward... NO bathroom, this is a KIDS play place, that should have been an immediate N O for the owners when selecting a play place for toddlers. to have to stop your kid, walk through the crowd, put their shoes on then walk to a mall bathroom not only is annoying but takes away from their play time. also most kids wait until it's almost too late to inform their parent when having fun so accident waiting to happen. employees were polite which i appreciate because the day was busy and i know they were worn out all the children and parents and not enough room to move around. read more

They don't give a sibling discount. They are very picky with toys staying in certain areas, they don't let the kids climb on much, they won't let you use their bathroom and they kick you out at the half hour mark. So even though we paid for 2 hours (weekend price at that!! 2 kids for $40!!!) and got there at 1020 they still made us leave at 12. read more
