I've visited this location multiple times to dry clean my button up shirts since it's conveniently located next to my building, and I've never had any issues before. However, today my white shirt was returned with ink like dots on the chest, stains that were not present when I dropped the shirt off. When I dropped off the shirt, I clearly mentioned that there was an orange juice stain on the front and politely asked if they could remove it.When I pointed out the ink dots upon pickup, both owners became aggressive and raised their voices. They claimed they had already made a note about the stains and insisted that the dots were already on the shirt when I brought it in. They even told me to go file a police report if I was not satisfied, which was an extremely unprofessional response.This is completely untrue. The note they referenced was specifically for the orange juice stain, not the ink dots. Pls stay away from this cleaner if you don't want your clothes returned damaged. read more

Fair pricing, and she's even repaired some of my clothes before (buttons falling off, tears, etc) without me asking / without any sort of price increase. I typically only dry clean luxury items here because it costs so much to dry clean things there. I took a few dresses to get steamed and tailored for a wedding I have. I got a brand new dress (tags still on) back with a stain. There was a black line that wasn't there before. When I called, there was no accountability, just denial. The other dress, was very poorly tailored. And she charged me $76 for 2 steamed dresses and a minor tailoring. read more

Since 2015 I have been a customer, but after recent interactions with the owners I will gladly drive to have my clothes cleaned. The week before last I dropped off two dresses and a knit top. I also requested a button be replaced. When I returned to collect my clothes, I was a bit shocked by the amount owed. I asked, "How much are dresses?" Rather than state the amount, the woman owner responded, "Look at receipt! Think! Do math!" I was shocked. I then asked, "So $15 each?" I asked for a price list and she snapped, "No! No price list! Everything is more expensive!" She then snatched my credit card and only charged it $3.69 rather than $36.90. I pointed out the error and rather her thank me for being honest, she SNATCHED my card again and charged the difference. Days later, I noticed that the dress that was cleaned the button was NOT replaced but that I was still charged $5. I called the cleaners and the woman owner, whom I've interacted with over 7 years, acted as if she couldn't understand my question about the button! This was problematic because I had given them the spare button AND I been charged. I decided to visit the storefront to discuss the matter. When I arrived, the man owner was at the counter and literally GROWLED, GRUNTED and shrugged his shoulders. I explained that was inappropriate, that I would appreciate him to SPEAK to me. The woman emerged and yelled that they didn't have the button. I told her she still charged me and she argued me down that she hadn't. But I had the receipt. I then collected two blouses that I had and noticed a stain wasn't even addressed. I tossed her $20, told her to keep the change and will NEVER return. I literally paid these people THOUSANDS over the years. They will never get a DIME from me. EVER. read more

This place is awesome, especially for alterations. I needed a pair of jeans altered and had pinned the pant leg to my desired length (3 inches shorter) before coming here. Upon entry I was greeted with a big "hello!". They are so friendly here! I asked the lady if she could alter my pants 3 inches shorter. She said it was no problem and confirmed my desired length with a ruler. I liked that she did that. The quoted completion time was one day! I was amazed they were able to do the alteration that quickly! Cost was $15. They accept credit cards here but requires a $15 minimum. So happy this place is in my neighborhood! read more

Great Service highly recommend. We lived just down the street from June 1250 and it quickly become our go-to dry cleaners for work clothes, tough stains, and damages. Every time I would go in I would be greeted very politely by the lovely couple that runs (and I believe owns) the place and would always have a pleasant conversation with them. Their prices are definitely reasonable (it's ~$2 for every one of my shirts) and the tailor is wonderful, she's been able to repair even the strangest damages to our clothes, beautifully hem my girlfriend's pants, and has even been able to rush clean a large order when I needed it for a funeral. I had a poor customer service experience here, and thus, I would not recommended leaving dresses here nor anything that requires a quick turnaround as they are not forthcoming about expectations - they will charge you full price regardless if they did the full process or not. We left a dress at the dry cleaners here and asked whether they could take out the stain within a specific amount of time - 2 days to be exact. They gave us no information and said sure. When the dress was picked up, the stain was still there - the lady who worked here said she couldn't get the stain out because they couldn't do the full process for the dress as they needed more time. If you knew we were picking up the dress in 2 days and you knew you couldn't do it because the full process couldn't be done, why wouldn't you say that in the beginning? She then preceded to say that there was no guarantee that the stain could be taken out. Of course - especially if the process is not complete. They had charged the full $24.50 for a dress stain for an incomplete process that they knew they couldn't complete in the reported timeframe. Good customer service always requires good communication about expectations. We would not recommend this place to others, as we definitely have had better customer experience elsewhere (e.g. Wabash Cleaners). read more

Unlike others, June actually follows my special instructions for starch level, creasing, and hanging vs. folded. On top of that, she does it with a smile and a song. I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time and went to June's cleaners for about 10 years. June could not be nicer, as well as her (mostly silent) husband ....UNTIL you question any overcharge, point out an issue with the work or merely ask for clarification for charges that she did not alert you to. I put up with it with for years for different reasons, ranging from an initial assumption that there was a language barrier, to wanting to look the other way given their apparent niceness and mostly because when I saw her be infuriated at customers or myself when asked for any explanation, I tended to fall back to a non confrontational mode. But know this: Sooner or later you will be charged for costs that are not warranted, be billed for clothes that you asked to be laundered and were instead treated differently without notice (dry cleaned, billed for "hand ironing" etc.) and be prepared to see a transformation in June into an aggressive, hostile person if you dare ask politely for an explanation. Incidents of this nature happened a number of times and the last one was so irrationally explosive from her part that I simply understood that there was no going back. One more thing: Her tailoring services are so lacking in basic quality that in at least one occasion there was TAPE on one of the pant legs that she was supposed to hem. All in all I'm sad to see that over the years we spent thousands of dollars at her cleaners, really wanted to support her by overlooking frequent overcharges and substandard tailoring work and were left with a very sour taste. It's clear that something is seriously off with her and the ferocity at which she will attack any customer when questioned is hard to reconcile with her over-the -top-saccharine greetings. Not to mention that you will feel ripped off from time to time...There are enough difficult people in the world to have to worry about craziness and small time skimming at your local cleaners. read more
