Do your due diligence and go with a different florist! DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU ALSO!! It makes me so sad to share this. But June flowers made my wedding day and wedding experience a negative one. It's so sad to think that someone would take advantage of you on what should be a beautiful occasion. I tried multiple times to rectify my issues with jimmy directly, in a civil way, to no avail. So here I am, in hopes that No one else will be scammed by him or his company. What many others have said, was 100% true, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO OR SIGN ANYTHING! They will scam you. They are so unbelievable disorganized , unless that's a front for the fact that they are planning to scam you. They write "contracts" without dates that are completely ineligible. Give us a fake receipts with altered amounts. Like many others have said, we agreed on a price, and then come to find out he charges thousands of dollars extra that was not authorized or warranted . He told us the week of the wedding he would need a $2900 cash payment. Meanwhile he charges our credit card the same amount . And when the credit card company questioned him, he tells the credit card company that we agreed on an amount, and falsifies documents to support his lies. On the day of the wedding, the people delivering and setting up the flowers did not know what they were supposed to do. They didn't do multiple things that we had agreed on. They built a pipe and drape wall with hanging florals in the WRONG place and then told my coordinators that they could not move it. The entire look of my ceremony was ruined because of this. Although these things could have been very unfortunate accidents, there are certain things that happened that are undeniably wrong!! When we disputed the charge with our credit card company, june florist provided a falsified receipt with a FORGED signature as proof that we authorized it. Then they told the credit card company that we agreed on a price that was thousands higher than we actually did but because of their sheer disorganization and our overly trusting nature we couldn't prove the truth to the credit card company's satisfaction. And when i contacted jimmy personally, he told me over and over again, he would fix this, give us a check, blamed it on his bookkeepers, told me his bank was in the city, would give us a date to come pick up the check, no check was ever there. My father went to the shop multiple times in person and waited for hours , and NOTHING!!. I went to him personally and called him multiple times and was given false promises. We were lied to multiple times and told "the check was in the mail" and nothing . He ignores your calls once he knows it's you. I used June Florist for my wedding and it was a horrible mistake. While his prices are good, it's definitely not worth it in the end. Some of the flowers that Jimmy delivered on my wedding day were DEAD!! We paid for orchids--he put FAKE ones into our centerpieces!!! Other things were completely omitted (there were supposed to be dozens of lanterns and hundreds of candles--there was nothing!) The list could go on of what he didn't provide that we paid for! The entire time, Jimmy was very terrible to work with- he never provided accurate contact information, swore that his number was a phone number that is not in service, didn't show up (or even call) when we had appointments and ultimately just didn't deliver what we paid for. Purchased a bouqet here recently. I told them I wanted to spend a specific amount. I asked them if the price was the same cash or card, they told me it was the same. I didn't check the receipt until the next day. They charged me 20% on top of the price I asked for. I called the guy to question the charge. He didn't really give me a straight answer, mentioned sales tax which is about 9% and 3%-4% service fee which he wasn't sure of, but altogether at most that adds up to 13% and he charged me 20%. We tried to have a smaller wedding, they were able to work in our price range and gave us everything you would expect in a large wedding..
