I actively drive out of my way just to come to Jungle boys. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. My fav dispensary in SD.

This is what I was sold yesterday by a guy with braids I asked what live resin 1g they bace he said they had one called "cherry sherbet" get to the car notice it says blackberry pie look it up figure strain should be cool pull out of parking lot look again at it when I'm at the red light notice it's opened already and fully used I go back no refund of replacement basically accuse me of swapping cartridges. Very unprofessional didn't check the cameras or anything you can see boy with the braids daps up the two customers he helps beforehand but not me and when picking the stiiizy grabs one three back from the front like he knew what he was as doing the plays stupid when I go back inside like you literally just seen me and you sold me a completely different strain than what you said they don't even have blackberry pie listed on weedmaps and stiiizy doesnt make a cherry sherbet live resin pod bro needs to make sure hes sober before clocking in. read more

I can't give them 5 stars. Wish I could. Went in as a first time patient, and literally was not happy. Ok yes they give 40% discount, but not on their own brand. Which is weird, and false advertising. They offer only 10%. And the 10 g bag is only one per customer. I'm guessing it's because of all the wasted marketing money spent on their brand. I went here because they partner with Wellgreens. But 2 totally different experiences. The vibe here was not good. The security guard was not hospitable. Spent lots of money here when they first opened to get as many raffle tickets in their grand opening raffle. Raffle never happened and they just kept saying we can't afford to do it...well losing customers sure won't help you afford it. Prices went up, greed kicked in, and STILL no raffle..almost a year has gone by. Was a scam if you ask me..they are making plenty of money. I use to love this dispensary until I realized I was being constantly overcharged. Last week was the final straw when I charged $9 in "taxes". I called to report the problem and was told it was the fees for using the debit card machine. My order total was 10.98 when, when I was checked out the total on the card reader was $15, yet when I checked my account I was charged $18 and and additional $1 for atm fees. Extremely disappointing, especially because when I called I couldn't get a direct answer and the staff seemed confused about it. read more

I have been going to the San Diego jungle boys since they opened. I called the other day and was faced with a person who was irreparably rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager and they handed the phone to some guy who hung up on me after saying he was the manager. I tried calling back and they wouldn't pick up the call. I called on caller id and they answered, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that he wasn't working that day and that that they would call the police because I was harassing them, by asking for the managers number. The reason I called was to ask if the credit card machine was working... and then I was told to rudely fuck off, and that I couldnt speak to the manager.. and that I was harassing them for asking.. so they blocked my number. I will never shop at this place establishment again read more

I find it frustrating how the business lacks consistency, and the front desk staff's attitude is consistently unpleasant if you need anything more than your id scanned. Once almost got shunned away because their machine was not scanning...... use your eyeballs my ID will show you I'm over 21. I would love this store if they actually kept their weed in stock, they will go a whole week without any of their own kind of weed in the store if you buy other companies than their own it is extremely expensive in their store but lately they have barely had their own kind of weed. If they do sometimes it's only sativa. Sometimes you're stuck with what it's literally one kind of weed I don't know who's running this place but if I was selling weed that fast, I sure would make sure I was stopped up and ordering enough to supply the customers need they have literally been out of weed so much lately that I have to call before taking a 25 minute drive and wasting my time getting over there to find out that they don't even have any weed in their store. If i could give them zero Stars I would. They falsely advertised outsourced products discount and lied about prices they had labeled. My first time went ok but I went for my birthday present very excited and ready to spend 200 on something I've been wanting for a couple of years now. I had just been there a week and a half earlier when I was told the price and the discount I would receive. When I showed up to make my purchase I was told first off that the product was $250 instead of $200 and that my discount wouldn't apply even though a week and a half earlier a manager there told me it would. Of course I was disappointed but when I asked them to take my name off of any mailing lists or spam lists they told me that they couldn't do that and that I would just have to get there advertisements. Terrible customer service and rude bud tenders. Maybe it was cuz im female and they were catering to their male clients more attentively? Not sure but I am sure I won't be going back.
