The collard greens were tender and flavorful without being overly salty, really seasoned perfectly and the cornbread had a great texture -- moist and warm but not overly sweet. And then some bonus surprise hush puppies that were so so good! Crunchy on the outside, soft and savory inside -- it really rounded out the meal and left me smiling. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size (my plate was $21), and the service vibe was friendly and welcoming. Their menu's stacked with everything from Big South Wings to ribs and jambalaya, and I'm already thinking about what to try next. Ordered the 3 churros for $5. I just got plain cinnamon and sugar. Waited probably 5-8 min for them. They looked delicious when i picked them up from the window. My husband immediately took a bite and said WOW. I must say these are probably the best churros I have had. ( and I love Disneyland churros) They were crunchy from the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered two cachete (cheek) tacos, and loaded them with lots of pico de Gallo, jalapeños, limes, cabbage and carrot slices. The cheek meat was a good replacement for the cabeza meat I usually get. It was so good that I returned for another taco, trying the barbacoa for my third taco. The meat had a bit of a smoky flavor and had a great taste. It made for a great quick lunch. I'll definitely support this new addition to Bountiful's culinary wasteland.

The burrito was mostly bright orange rice, not the usual light red rice an abuela makes, filled with half melted cheese, and what appears to be canned beans with a sprinkle of that ghastly meat. Not sure what the hype is about but this place is substandard at best. If you're hungry with no options it's better than nothing but really not worth your money at $5 a taco.
