I told him I wanted to refill my len cleaning bottle and he told me it would take like 5 minutes. So I was looking at their Oakley sunglasses collection which they didn't have much. The guy who I gave my bottle to was busy helping another customer so the lady working the cashier refill my bottle for me. She filled it almost all the way up and also cleaned any over spill. I was very happy with the customer service here and will come back again if I'm in the area.

The employees remained seated and told him that demos could only be done through appointments, which is completely understandable. However, neither of them made any effort to properly explain this or assist him further, even though it was obvious he didn't fully understand why he couldn't receive a demo. Considering the store was completely empty aside from us, the lack of effort to help was frustrating to witness. Overall, I think these employees seriously need to improve their attitudes and customer service skills. This review isn't even close to showing how awful this experience felt, even considering majority of it wasn't even directed to me; it was enough to make me want to write a review.
