excellent service. dinner was average, pork chop, steak, ravioli, and some pasta dish. I don't remember. They were fine, but nothing exceptional or even really really good.

30th Birthday celebration

DC saved me with a last minute reservation as my mind slipped and did not make one?! We walked in and was sat right away where Scoie welcomed us with a smile :) Food was tasty and the place was cozy. The night went well and we left super happy!

Scallop plate was bland. Old fashions need to come with big cubes. Toffee cake was a nice topper though. Service was great though

We went for dinner during our trip to Beaver Creek. It was on a weekday and this place was busy,…read moretables filled up pretty quick! I love the rustic cabin decor in the dinning room, very warm and cozy vibe. Our server Brett is great, informative and very patience with us. Soup of the Day was Beef & Vegetable and it was pretty good. On the entrees, we went with the grilled wild game meats. Hubby got the Elk Combo (Elk Chop, Grilled Quail, Jackalope sausage). The chop cooked just right, tasty sausage and the quail was delicious. I had the Elk Tenderloin, it was flavorful but I should have ordered medium rare instead of medium as it was overdone to my liking :P

First off, I cannot believe this place only has three stars, we got the five star treatment and our…read morefood to complement that rating. My friend and I went here after a sweet birthday camping trip. We ate outside on the patio which has that secluded garden feeling. Our first order was an appetizer of Rocky Mountain oysters. I had never had them before but always wanted to try. They were excellent by the way!... thinly sliced, with a taste and texture similar to veal. I ordered the Wagyu or Kobe beef burger, I don't recall what it was exactly but it was super tender and delicious, cooked perfectly to my request. With all the accessories, my burger was about 4 1/2 inches tall! The truffle fries were fragrant, delicious and perfectly cooked. Michael was incredible! Sincerely the best service I think I've ever had. It was my friends 35th birthday and, at the end of our meal, Michael brought her out a sweet little chocolate cake of some kind and sang happy birthday to her in Swedish. It was the kind of experience that everyone who dines out hopes to get. I know it's super rare to get that level of quality when dining out, and so I highly recommend going during the off hours. I am definitely going back there to sample more of their exotic game menu... perhaps the elk tenderloin next! Cheers! And thank you Michael for a memorable experience!

Great service. Chase was really attentive and great to talk to. We loved the heirloom beet salad,…read morehowever, it was split for 2. We weren't asked if we wanted it split - this made it $25, which was not worth it. I opted for the table side cacio e pepe which was super cheesey and also had delicious pork belly blended in. My husband had the burger which was 2 larger patties combined - we only wished it could've been cooked more medium rare because the flavor of the meat had so much potential! We weren't hungry for dessert but the table next to us got a unique mason jar dessert that looked like it was packed with chocolatey goodness. This restaurant is inside the Westin, and you can park in the garage and get your ticket validated.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations. We started off with the bread and fondue. The fondue was a big hit with our table, and the cheese was so tasty. The bread was also good, and had a nice unique taste. For mains I tried some of the following: -steak frites: delicious and cooked perfectly, and a huge portion of delicious fries -mussels: definitely a miss, and tasted a bit too salty and the sizes were pretty inconsistent -filet: amazing -mushroom ravioli: absolutely horrible, literally the worst ravioli I've ever had -cacio e pepe: sooo tasty, but tastes was more like carbonara vs a traditional cacio e pepe. I liked the presentation and really loved the pork too. I would definitely recommend sticking with the meats here, as the pasta and seafood were major misses (except the cacio e Pepe was amazing) Overall a solid option for a nicer meal, but not the greatest place ever.

I started with the pickled deviled eggs - little vinegar taste with a slightly sweet filling is a perfect combination. 10/10 The Steak Tartare is unlike any tartare I've ever had before. It comes on this homemade tater-tot that's shaped kind of like a piece of bread or a cracker. I wasn't expecting it, but it made the dish. There is some sort of sauce drizzled, which tastes like an egg yolk base. I scraped it with my fork so I could eat all of it! So delicious! Finished with the Pierogies. Handmade, thin wrappers with perfect, delicious filling. It comes in a bowl with an amazing sauce I couldn't get enough of. I literally used a spoon to drink it! If you're in town, get a reservation - they are very busy!!! It's worth it!
