It was one of the worst experiences I had with a junk removal company. The guy came and gave us an estimate of around 698$ which was way above our expectation, we still agreed to the price since we're tired of the junk in our garage. He also told us that the final price could be lower or higher based on how much space the junk would eventually consume in the truck. A couple of minutes later when I came back, the guy told me your " wife added this box to the junk and he cannot deal with that!". The box was not actually that big, and also since he said the final price could be higher we thought it could be OK to add to the junk if we forget something. He then just left! It was really unprofessional, I did not expect from a company that has so much good ranking on Yelp. read more

Chad and his partner showed up on time and gave me an estimate that was lower than I had expected. They moved all my junk out quickly without any damages. We hired Junk King to help remove a lot of debris from a construction project at the Irvine Spectrum Center. There were many challenges at this facility and the team from Junk King helped us get past these hurdles. The team, led by Joseph, was friendly, worked hard and were respectful of the cleanliness standards we had to follow. I contacted Junk King to pick up a 9×12 area rug and glider rocker. Meghan reached out very quickly, and was very responsive with any questions I had. They were able to schedule a pick up the very next day! My husband and I are in the process of preparing our little girl's nursery and had several extra large boxes and packing foam. The guys were so kind and took those also for no extra charge. We would have needed several weeks to get rid of all the cardboard boxes if they hadn't taken them for me. That was a nice touch to their already great service. They were also very respectful and got the job done very quickly. OMG ! So this morning at 8:45 I called Junk King, I spoke with Lee whom put me in touch with Steve, who called minutes later. Steve said his guys were in my area and took all my information and said that they would give me a call 20 minutes or so prior to showing up for an estimate. At 10:50 I got a call from David saying he'd be by for an estimate and pick up if wanted. David and Super Tony showed up at 11:00 walked my property as I pointed out all the junk I wanted removed, gave me a great estimate and went forward with removal. They were both very professional, polite , and very thorough. Tony walked the property with me before leaving to make sure they got it all. These guys are awesome!!! The price is very reasonable, and I loved how they donate a lot of the furniture that was still good but was too much for my little home. They loaded a full truck in less than an hour! Cleaned out our whole garage and side yard of junk and they were super polite! Nicholas and Richard were awesome and hard working and we're so so nice!!
