Great company. I text them yesterday and sent pics of the couch I needed removed from my third floor apartment. They gave me a quote and scheduled pickup for today right away. They gave me a pickup of between 9am-12pm. They let me know when they were on their way and were here at 930 am in the freezing cold. I was having them come to my old apartment to throw out some old furniture, but I accidentally had the movers move my bed box spring, which I had wanted to junk. The workers came on time and contacted us about 15 mins before arrival to let us know they were on their way. Our home had 10 steps to the exit. We had Junk Relief come and remove our old back deck, and when it turned out the job had some complications, Michael the manager called me and explained what was going on and how they were going to solve the problem. Turns out the deck had very deep concrete posts underneath that would require specialized equipment to remove without damaging our sidewalk and garage. They came back less than a week later with a new team and equipment to finish the job and it looks great.
