I called this company based on the reviews. The individual that I spoke to confirmed that they service the south east side of Chicago, and based on the junk that I requested hauled away, he stated that it would start at $50.00. When the movers arrived, they were in a truck that looked smaller than a 10ft U Haul. The junk that I needed hauled away was in plastic bags and only covered the floor of a 1/2 car garage. Before I allowed the movers to begin, I asked them how much would I have to pay. These young men had the audacity to say $425.00. I told them that the truck didn't look big enough to haul all of the junk away and if they could reduce the price. The young man informed me that the office set this price and it couldn't be changed. The truck wasn't big enough to load all of my junk and I guess they thought I was going to pay $825.00 to complete the job. I called Gino's junk removal services and he quoted me a price of $250. They arrived 2 hours later with a large truck and hauled all of my junk away for the $250.00. I would never recommend the junk removal 911 company to no one never ever. They were always responsive on text and email. They can give you a rough estimate as well, but I didn't know how much stuff was in the storage unit and only had a few days. Junk Removal 911 was able to accommodate my pickup date change and also pickup everything without me being at the storage unit! I highly recommend using this company. They took a lot of stress off of my family and I. Saved us time and our backs. Max (the owner) answered his phone on a Sunday and arranged for my pick-up the next day. His team, JimBo and Kenny were great to work with and even with this extreme heat, were in constant motion getting the furniture removed and the placed clean out. My Dad was turning 100, we needed to get his place ready for big celebration. They did a nice job! They arrived with a truck that was too small. They immediately fixed this and brought a larger truck. They hauled away old chests, bookshelves, old bikes, huge sofa, and construction material. The junk filled an entire truck and cost $300. It took about 2 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of when I called. They were on time (a little early and called to make sure that was ok) and were very careful when removing the bench from my home. It was very large and difficult to maneuver around corners/hallway and they clearly know what they're doing. Both men were very nice, wore masks and very professional and efficient.
