Super cute patio but underwhelming food - the best thing we ordered were the al pastor tacos but def not the best tacos you can find in the city. Otherwise, everything else fell flat. The nachos were bland and the steak topping was super salty. I had high hopes for the chicken milanese torta because it had all the makings of a great sandwich, but it was dry and wasn't all that flavorful - even the fries it came with were some of the lamest bar fries i've ever experienced. They did have reasonable prices and a $25 pitcher of marg which is unheard of. So if anything, it's a nice place to start the night and get a drink, but would get food elsewhere. read more

If there was an option to use zero stars I would. First we were sat right under the tree that produced falling stubs whenever the wind blew. Another weird thing to mention- I had ordered the soup, which was meh, and had gotten a spoon so tiny, it would've taken me 30 minutes of straight eating in order to finish this soup if I wanted to finish it. It was very strange, almost made for a baby size. The pollo tacos were relatively flavorless. I came on a night where I was extremely hungry, so I scarfed them down, but wouldn't come here again. Came here for a friend's birthday brunch, and it was overall a pretty great experience. We had a reservation for Saturday late afternoon, just in time for the unlimited tacos and nachos. The taco options were chicken, carne asada, egg, and veggie. The nachos were basic cheese with some onions and cilantro. They tasted okay, not amazing but not bad. For $20 pp, I'd say it's a good deal! Only downside was that the tacos took a while to come out, but the waitress was very nice about it and updated us often. We also ordered a few pitchers of margs, but I'd say $28 for the favored ones wasn't that great of a deal given how dilute they were. The ambiance is adorable and great for a summery brunch. The Huevos Rancheros was a decent size. I really liked how there was a good amount of chorizo on the plate. Also the use of pickled onions made this dish. Juno is an outdoor gem in this area! It's vibrant, colorful, decorated with string lights, and there's a huge tree in the middle. It really feels like you're dining outside. I mostly come for happy hour as everything on the menu is $5. Each taco order comes with 3 and they are happy hour sized. There's a choice between chicken and carnitas; I would say I prefer the carnitas for a lighter taste! Nachos are plenty to share and come with a lot of toppings. We drove by one night and thought this place looked really nicely lit up. While looking for a place to eat the next day, we didn't realize until we got here that this was the same place we saw the night before. While it was a cute little spot, I thought it looked different inside. The service was ok. We eventually received just chip, no salsa awhile after being seated. The chips were hard, almost as if they were a day old. Our server finally came over and took our drink orders. The margaritas were just ok. Nothing spectacular. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Juno was frustrating enough that I felt compelled. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited just to get a server's attention, and once we did, they seemed annoyed we were even there. We had to ask about a special they posted on insta and chris seemed upset we asked. We explained we couldn't hear No apology, no explanation. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, like they didn't want to be there. It wasn't even that busy, which made the poor service even more baffling. The vibe could have been decent, but the lack of hospitality ruined it. There are too many good spots in the city to waste time or money here. Juno is a hard pass. Additionally,rather than the staff choosing to improve their service based on my review the same manager decided to comment lies under this post about intoxication. We had recently landed from a flight and did not have an ounce of alcohol. The staff refused service after we informed him we couldn't hear him and he saw our out of state license. The bottomless brunch was not worth it. The nachos were really sad. The beans were watery and bland and the toppings were haphazardly thrown on. They were also cold. We only had one plate because they were gross, quite honestly. The carnitas tacos were fine - good but not great. I did like the amount of meat in the tacos. The best thing we had was actually the tres leches french toast. This isn't a part of the bottomless brunch, but our sweet waitress brought it over since our tacos went to the wrong table by mistake, so our wait for them was quite long. The spicy margarita was delightful as well. The service was really great! The ambiance is okay. It's nice being outside, but it was like a hot box since it was packed and covered. We were sweating. It was also extremely loud. I could barely hear our conversation. Since it was closed off, the noise really echoed. Also, our table was stuck at a slant and one of our drinks and plates just slid right off of it. We were catching things from rolling off the table the entire meal. The worst part though is all the fees they tacked on. I'm fine with an automatic gratuity, but they also charged a brunch tax and another tax for their staff. I finally made it to this local spot in our neighborhood! We came on a day there was brunch, so I opted for the $20 all-you-can eat tacos and nachos and $20 pitcher of passion fruit margarita (extra $8 for puree). The server was so sweet and kind. The tacos were small and quaint, so I was happy I could have three orders with my eating not including meat (I did huevos and veggie.) My friends and I had all been to Juno before, and when booking a reservation, we completely disagreed with the 3.8 stars from yelp-- we thought it was a great place. After yesterday's experience, I thought that 3.8 was generous. Manager Chris grumpily told us reservations were not taken and that if we were "in front of his eyes" he would seat us. After ordering a passion fruit margarita pitcher, we asked if this was the correct order to which Chris responded yeah it's guava passion fruit. There was no indication of guava on the menu. Our chips were stale. Guac still very good. Food served cold-- so much so that my steak burrito had unmelted cheese inside the burrito. Although I loved the ambiance, my party strongly disliked how manager spoke to guests and how food tasted. My friend who ordered the flautas is now showing symptoms of food poisoning. The Health Department needs to pay a visit! What happened? I remember coming to Juno in July of 2021 when it was brand new. The plantains were crispy, the tacos were exquisite and the esquites were creamy. The sun beamed on us as music played in the background. We went to Juno last night for dinner because most places were booked either because it was Friday or for Restaurant Week. They put a roof over the space since it's mid January. Our hostess was so flustered picking a table, counting the menus and needed to check with 3 other people how and where to seat us, despite the restaurant only being 1/3 seated. We ate maybe 10% of our food. Do not get the seafood. The seafood in general at Juno smelled AWFUL, I think it's not only frozen but outdated! It was so hard to sit with the food in front of us, we just wanted the check but that took forever to come. The cod tacos were filled well but smelled absolutely disgusting. The shrimp quesadillas smelled like vomit. I'm sorry, I should be grateful for food but seafood shouldn't smell this bad, especially after being cooked and tossed with spices. The tostada salad lacked flavor and was comprised mostly of lettuce. Juno's quality has gone down so poorly. I was so disappointed last night as I recommended this spot to people and hyped it up. Juno has good bites, but this time around I was a little let down by some of the things we ordered. I got the taco salad, and the bowl it comes in is totally not conducive to eating. It's so small and hard to manage with the toppings. Also, the esquites doesn't come with chips? Who is going to eat that without chips? Unless that's the way it's traditionally eaten, then I guess that's fine. The overall ambiance is very nice with pretty greens and nice staff, though it should be mentioned that there doesn't seem to be any real indoor seating -- just outdoor with heaters. I was sad to discover that I had some hot and cold spots in my nachos as far as the chicken's temperature goes. Suadero - 4/5 - these tacos were very good the salsa verde on the side gave it a nice boost. This taco consisted of brisket pieces, onions, and cilantro! Birria - 4/5 - the birria tacos were very good as well. If you never had a birria taco before, I recommend this location's take on it. Ultimately, this is an overall good spot to go to. At first when I pulled up in front of the establishment I thought how easily it was to miss that this place existed. Anyway, I found parking and carried on and walked into what seemed like a secret hideaway with vast outdoor seating. I attended a group brunch with about 40 people and we opted for the unlimited drink/food options that lasted ~2 hours. The food and drinks took extremely long to arrive with each round and we realized it was because they had one waitress for the entire outdoor portion of the restaurant. The margaritas were fabulous but the tacos left a lot to be desired. The unlimited options, were chicken that tasted soggy and lack of flavor, beef, or pork. The latter two never made it to me although I requested it. BUT in looking at other folks plates, at other tables who did not do the unlimited meals their food looked delicious! Juno is a bit of a mixed bag for me. The staff was all incredibly kind and the restaurant itself is beautiful with flowers and decorations everywhere. The atmosphere really is something. However the food itself is just ok. The shrimp tacos were okay but the tortillas were small and ripped almost immediately so I had to use a fork and knife to eat my tacos. My friend got the salad which has good flavor but should've been more heavily dressed and could've done without the bell pepper chunks. The margs (strawberry) were delicious but my friend also got a vodka soda which she barely drank as it was just way too strong. If you're looking for a knock out meal with incredible food, this may not be the spot but if you're looking for vibes it's a certainly a contender. read more

The brunch that I needed in my life. If you are a fan of tacos and margaritas then you will love this place. We came here on a sunny Saturday in Philly and made reservations for 12 PM. Once we checked in, we got seated immediately. I'd suggest coming early because it started getting very packed as the hour went by. Our waitress let us know about the brunch special, as well as the add-ons for things like additional time or mimosas instead of margs. If add these things your price will go up more than the brunch cost so just be sure and ask about the items before including them in your bill. For drinks I tried the regular margarita and added a blood orange margarita for one round for $2. I wish they allowed for different flavors of margaritas for free for each round but since they don't I recommend trying at least one flavored one. The margs were good but the flavored ones definitely beat the regular option. I devoured the tacos! I tried the chicken and carnitas tacos. I love that they are street style tacos and since it's bottomless you can get as many as you want. I thought the nachos could've been a little better. Overall, this is a solid brunch spot! Been wanting to try juno since I saw it on Instagram a couple years ago. We got al pastor tacos, carnitas tacos, carnitas burrito, chimichanga, nachos, chorizo empanadas, and churros. Personally the Al pastor was average. The meat had some very inedible chewy pieces and one massive piece of fat was also really gross to find in my mouth. Spit out immediately. But I will say they load you up on food here. So that was a big plus. Tons of meat in the items. Nachos were really good so we're the churros. Everyone seemed to like what they got. The empanada was spicy. It didn't taste spectacular to me. Service was spotty here. Table was insanely wobbly. We never got water refills. Had to keep asking. Felt it was hard to get staff over to help us at times. Wished they would've been a bit more attentive. But they were fine. Fatty chewy meat and not super attentive service is reason for 4 stars. My friend and i came here on a Friday evening and to our surprise we were able to get a table w/o rsvp.
