DO NOT GO HERE! its not the same food. What a shame! This use to be the place for great wings and pizza, now it's the worse! We had friends from out of town and I was talking Juras pizza and wings up so much they wanted to try it. We ordered a large pizza and 36 wings. The service and food was horrible. The employees are rude, lazy and do not care about the business. The pizza was disgusting. They gave us to small plastic containers with less then half way filled ranch. When I asked for more they gave me two more with less then half way filled ranch. And as they gave them to me I heard the cook say, I partially filled them. I've been a returning customer to Jura's for well over 20 years. Back before they moved they kept the place cleaner, however the new location is worse than anything I would ever expect from a restaurant. You walk into the place, tables are filthy, floor has food and garbage all over, the seats...omg don't get me started on them!! I went to sit and it WAS WET!! They look like piss stains all over them. Plastic picnic tables were sticky and dingy. Restrooms were also filthy with the trash bins overflowing. They did come around to half-ass wipe the table, yet it didn't do anything. It's one thing if the place was busy or packed but it was 9pm and there was only us and another table there. The sad thing is if the dining area is this unkept I'd really hate to see the kitchen. I think even Kitchen Nightmares would run and hide from this place. I think even the Health Inspector would shut it down if they weren't too afraid to walk in there themselves! Jura clean it up! Pizza and wings are great don't let it go downhill! What happened? This was the best pizza in the valley! Now, at the new location, gross! All I did was order a pizza for pickup. The cashier/ordering stand is right next to the bathrooms. The kitchen is a hike away. One person taking all the orders for the restaurant, phone orders, and physically walking back to the kitchen to get the to go orders. Took me over 10 minutes to get my pizza, and it was ready before I walked in. THEN, the pizza itself was a large. However, only the middle10" had any toppings on them. 2" of the exterior of the pie all the way around had nothing on it (no exageration - I took a pic - I'll post it...). Ugliest pizza I have ever seen. If I would have opened the box in the restaurant, I would have demanded my money back. That bad. $32. No thanks. I usually go here at least once a year... and man was I disappointed at all levels... The place is turning into a dump literally. I went into the men's to wash my hands and they ran out of the liquid soap or don't have any in stock but they didn't even have any paper towels. The ice machine wasn't working and the wings and pizza came out not as good as I had before. I don't see myself going back ever. I never post my experience but because of my overall review, I honestly couldn't help it but I hope this helps the owner(s). Jura's puts LOADS of the toppings you choose to have on your pizza, which is great. However the pizza here tends to be doughy. The prices for their pizza is quite high, which is why...if you choose to dine here I highly recommend their WINGS! They are the best in town by far! read more

The food here is fine...albeit a tad pricey. The service, however, is atrocious. It was busy when I went but that's no excuse for a bartender and person working the counter to be short, unhelpful, and downright rude. when my food finally came, it was missing toppings and the lady who took the order refused to admit any fault...insisting that she knew what i ordered better than I did and insisting that I did not ask for what I asked for. they refused to fix it, offer any other compensation of any form, and even said "if you don't like it you can leave." My son choose Juras for his family birthday party. I called in advance and asked if it was wheel chair accessible, they said yes. My son goes in to get more information and they asked if we could use a room that included the use of stairs. What part of we have a wheel chair did you not understand ?. It was a Friday night. yes it was busy. My other children had placed their orders. Either after waiting over 1 1/2 hours the order was wrong or never showed up. A family member called their order in advance. After a long wait, no order. They where given a Coupon. The police showed up. From what we heard there was a argument between the female owners. Poor conduct on behalf of the owners. We assisted a family member out of the building using the wheel chair ramp. As we exit security follows us and remarks as though we are making a fast get away, (Skip on the Bill).. While using this ramp we discover there is a part without any light. Where is Juras concern for customer safety? All exits should have enough lighting. Or is the cost of a light bulb just to expensive? Yes Juras has great wings and that is it. Our Pizza had no sauce and I don't think much cheese. Horrible. We picked up the bill for all the soda's $60.00 the fries and wings $100.00. Not including all the pizzas and beer paid for.With crappy service they have the nerve to charge us $16.00 in tips. Tips for what "POOR SERVICE?". The new location is terrible. The food just as bad. And as far as customer service the entire staff needs to be retrained. Example, how to get orders right, how to get food out in a faster time. there is no doubt we will never go back. Best pizza I've had by far. This is one of the few places I hit up regularly when I come home to visit family. The crust is thin and flaky, just the way I like it. The sauce is the perfect sweet and tangy mixture, the cheese is perfectly melty and they offer hefty toppings. My dad always gets double linguicia which is piled with meat and very tasty. My family has been coming here for many years and know the owner...but if you are new to the area, dont be surprised if the owner comes off kind of harsh/blunt....that's just his personality. They also have the best wings. They are spicy yet still have a great flavor which I have learned is a rare combination to come by. They have also newly remodeled the restaurant to include an additional dining room and bar area. I haven't been here on a busy weekend night but I've been told by fellow Turlockians that it is a great place to get a cheap drink and socialize. read more

My family has been coming to Jura's for 2 or 3 years now. We absolutely loved their wings the first time we went there. Now? The wing sauce is still the best, both the hot sauce and the ranch, but the wings have severely declined in quality. They are overcooked, dry and have very little meat on the bones. I have always loved their pizza because of the quality and abundance of the toppings, but the crust is not my favorite. The "new" location is much larger, but smells like a sewer and has gotten worse over the period of time they have been here. There was little or no remodel when they moved here, and they seriously should have considered a little sprucing up before they moved in. The bathrooms are disgusting, the stall walls and doors are falling apart, and I am not sure they clean the bathrooms on any sort of regular basis. I will continue to patronize the establishment because of the football environment, several large screens, several smaller screens so that no matter where one sits, they can see all of the games that are being played at any given time. In the future, I will probably order wings, small pizza and drinks, just so we can sit and watch the game. By the way, I do feel that for the quality of the food, the prices are way too high! I pay 14.00 for 18 wings and fries, and 18.00 for a med pizza are more in line with a high quality pizza and meal, not this dive. read more
