For the most part, these are some very good tacos. The mahi mahi taco was super yummy..Fish inside cooked perfectly, and it's a hefty taco - one of the better fiish tacos I've had in a while. Shrimp taco was pretty good too. Another I liked was the sweet pastor pork. Asada was the only let down, cut too large and not authentic. Salsa bar has a lot of good stuff to add. Space is clean, order at the counter. Prices aren't too bad either. We were happy with our first visit and looking forward to a second. read more

They are a little bit more expensive than some taco places but they are also much bigger taco's and taste much better then most places. ok they are much tastier than any place I've gotten taco's. The tacos were okay, not the best. Definitely Americanized Mexican food. The salsa bar had good toppings, but the salsa was so thin it was basically vinegar sauce. The menu is also pretty confusing. It was $32 for 2 combos. We wouldn't be back but we're glad we tried it. read more

I purchased the trex taco. $15 for one taco is not worth it. In the picture it looks like a good portion however it was very small. They are stingy with the chip portions and the salsa portions. Would not purchase again. read more

I stopped in on a week night and was fairly impressed with the quality of food. I had a raptor taco and asada fries. The tacos had a decent flavor and well made and cooked well. The sauces were really good, and made for a great pairing with my meal. The tacos were decent overall and a pretty good option in the valley The service was friendly and the meal came out very quickly. The restaurant was themed with dinosaurs and welcoming. This is one of the most adorable new taco places around town. The food only took about 15 minutes to be ready after ordering. The meat was juicy, the pineapple on the Dino fries was delicious, and the Dino decor was fun with out being tacky. My only suggestions is to take into consideration that the shop isn't very big so if you have a large group it won't be an easy fit (10+people). The raptor taco only had a slim slice of Anaheim pepper. It would have been nice if it had a few more slices. read more

The food is just plain nasty & expensive. Went here for the first time and it'll be the last. Ordered 2 of their combo #1's which came out to around $40. The Al pastor didn't have much flavor & the carne asada wasn't even Carne asada. It was just steak cut into HUGE pieces and hard to swallow. The chips were stale and salsa had no flavor. Ordered via Grubhub because I couldn't leave the house and wanted to try this restaurant out. The food was delivered on time but I don't plan to order delivery from here again. The restaurant did not include the kids drinks with the quesadilla order and my megalon order was missing chips and pico. The food is big portions (there are two quesadillas for each kids order). The carne asada and Al pastor tasted ok, not great. I did like the horchata but disappointed the kids meals were missing their drink order and my meal did not come with chips and pico as expected The food delivery was $42 total. I have been disappointed three times in a row here - my last order to go, I ordered a keto asada taco. It's supposed to be melted crispy cheese as a shell with carne asada. When I got home, it was a regular flour tortilla with giant chunks of meat. What did I spend $13+ for? I keep trying them since they're nearby but their food just isn't good. So this is the second time I visited this location. Our first visit-rude customer service. Girl at the counter had an attitude and it was pretty busy. Decided to put that aside. Food was subpar. Definitely not authentic "street tacos". They had kids running in and out like it was a day care and selling toys outside. Our visit today-holy cow! When we approached the entrance, a man was cleaning out his vehicle that works there. He had his vacuum plugged in through the restaurant and was throwing out his trash on the floor where we could see. A nasty toothbrush and dirty tissues. He even shoved us when we exited the building to yell something across the room to the kitchen staff. They're all related and they care about themselves and not the customer. Definitely don't recommend when a burrito alone was $17. read more

Finally Jurassic tacos is OPEN!!! Honestly I ordered pretty much everything. Got the Megalo Combo #1 with their Jurassic quesadilla and carne asada tacos, the burrosario and carne asada fries. I really recommend upgrading to the NY steak because the meat is so buttery, tender and juicy. The service is so quick and friendly. They also have a salsa and toppings bar which is awesome because it adds that much freshness to the food. Next time I am going to try their fish & shrimp tacos! read more

I have loved Jurassic Tacos for years. Until today it was my go-to favorite place for my favorite burrito. Almost every Sunday my husband would pick me up my favorite burrito from here. I loved how it had both the carne asada and fries in it. Today, I was sadden by the change. Not only did I get half the size I have normally gotten over the last few years, there were no more fries in my burrito. My husband said the place changed in the last few weeks since he's been there. He said it looked like the menu changed, and the people that normally serve him food were no longer there. I have no idea what happened in the last month, but I am devastated. Not only that, there were beans in the burrito when normally it has been mostly carne asada and fries. What happened? Why change what was good? read more

Food truck review in West Jordan. Terrible. I might be white, but I understand Spanish. Trashed me for asking about corn items on menu vs flour. I'll never eat anything from them. Window guy was so disrespectful. This took place at the food truck last month on Thursday in West Jordan. They're coming to my location again today. I wish others a better experience. The manager reached out on the review and wanted to rectify the situation... but never followed up on anything. Looking through all of the reviews it seems that rude customer service and subpar food are items that keep coming up. Before this week I'd only ever had their food truck, but I finally stopped by their restaurant location this week. First the food. My friend and I ordered the "Carnotaurus". He said it was wonderful, and I have to agree. One taco was all either of us needed because they are LARGE, and so good! There were also sauces and toppings to add on at the little bar, and I got some of the cilantro ranch stuff which paired nicely with the taco. The service: A+. The lady taking our orders was so sweet, and she even ran to the back to get more cilantro ranch because the bottle was out when I got there. We got our orders quickly, and were not disappointed. The location: Decent parking available and a very modern atmosphere inside. There's a few small tables as well as one large table in a center for a big party of people. The dino theme is cute and the punny names are fun! The bathroom was VERY clean.
