Costing several thousands of dollars more than twice as much as I paid for my kids braces. At the end I was told I needed to sign a form 6 months ago that I received his consultation or else he sign for me, today I ended the consult before he tried it again. It felt like an insult to me. I will not be returning to his office.

I never feel rushed or pressured, and I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. It's rare to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and so genuinely compassionate. After the exam, I was told I had two cracked fillings and several small cavities, and that all of the work could be completed that same day. During the procedures, I experienced severe, intense pain when drilling began. The pain occurred repeatedly as work moved from one area of my mouth to another. Additional Novocain was administered only after I reacted to the pain, and drilling then continued. The pain was significant enough that I had a verbal outburst, which is not something I typically do, but it reflects how intense the experience was for me in the moment. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office. I left this review on another site, and rather than engaging with my experience, the office chose to defame me by saying that my review was based on discrimination. I was very disappointed when I saw that. My sole intent was to share my experience at that office with that staff. That is all. I will not allow them to silence me. So, I post that exact review here. I also had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Alejandra, she was so sweet & very knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like is the wait times but the staff really tries hard to avoid that.

tldr: great dentistry with nice staff! very transparent with all questions I asked!…read more I went here for a general checkup on my teeth and to see if I can get a new pair of retainers. I had made an appointment with Dr. Vivian Villasenor and she was the nicest dentist I've ever met! She listened to all my concerns and told me the possible reason why I was feeling some pain in one of my molars. I ended up needing a root canal and crown which was a bit costly, but the treatment coordinator Alia explained the billing process and everything I was being charged for. I didn't feel forced to do any treatment I didn't want and I appreciated that! For the crown, I unfortunately had to get numbing injections, but Dr. Vivian was so careful to keep the needle out of my view!!! As someone terrified of needles, I could not appreciate that enough. I had also gone to the ortho side of this dentistry and had a consultation with Dr. Jin Hee Kwak. She gave me a few options for retainers as well as even trying Invisalign to straighten a tooth, and she didn't object when I just got a retainer. My root canal was done by a small team and Dr. Moji Bagheri. I didn't feel any pain other than the initial injections and they ensured I was comfortable the whole time (even cracking jokes). I can't complain!! Overall, I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. They're pretty transparent and have no trouble answering any questions! I also like the use of MyChart, and being able to see the treatments.
