I hated the numbing injections in my hands, but the alternative was ripping it out without numbness and I sure didn't want that. The nurse was very patient as I asked for a break as it was a lot. They did imaging and even called me later to inform me scans looked good so I could go home and rest. Wait time wasn't bad at all for an urgent care. About 20 min., and the staff was very kind. Thanks for removing my nail and taking care of me! Grateful for this team

X rays on the premises. I was rear ended in a car accident. I was rocked. My back, neck and right shoulder were jacked up. I went to a hospital ER in the area and it was slammed. So I went on our good ol' Yelp and found this wonderful urgent care. Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. There were complimentary mini water bottles and some snacks for the patients. Great medical establishment.

I had explained to the doctor that my back had been injured for over 2 weeks so he prescribed 5mg of Flexeril for 10 days. After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

My first visit I went right @ 2:00 there was 3 ppl outside waiting in line for them to open. My second visit I went about 6 I was out of there by 6:45 maybe 7:00 not sure. But it wasn't a long wait at all. It's clean and everyone was friendly! My initial visit was great I was greeted both times the doctor was friendly fast and efficient. The nurse and doctor was very friendly & patient with my toddler as she was scary lol and not wanting to be touched. I've been complaining to two diff doctors I believe I had a sinus infection and they did nothing! The Receptionists were professionally friendly, welcoming, and playfully comforting as they checked me in and put on a fun and inspiring Movie for myself and the other patients to enjoy while waiting to be called in. I love how the Receptionists are so kind and interactive with the kids and fully present when it comes to laughing with me too when I use humor to get through the annoying uphills of my day ;0) My Provider Folley Igbinosun was very efficient, thorough, and highly organized when it comes to his Communication Finesse too and I appreciate him for prescribing me Ibruprofen in addition to the Amoxicillin to help ease the pain and inflammation while the infection was being treated. The Assistant to helped take my vitals was very friendly and inspiring too! Has to be in the top worst urgent care experiences so far. At 10am I made an online appointment for…read more1:45pm. I checked in for an appointment 10 minutes earlier and my estimated wait time was 27-42 minutes even though I had an appointment. They send you a text message before your assigned appointment explains that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. But when you arrive they want your payment upfront. Should waive payment if they are over 10 minutes from your assigned appointment. However, their monitor is very inaccurate and misleading as it informs you in real-time what approximate wait time is. The problem is that is was way off. I was not called into the office until 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then it took another 19 minutes for the physician to see me in the exam room. Dr was friendly and I diagnosed and exited the room after 2 minutes after being seen. A couple observations were made from this experience. 1. You are better off getting a better wait time but reporting in person and returning. 2. Just go to ER. I did not see the benefit for making an online appointment. Total waste of time! This is so sad because the VA contracts with this establishment and after this experience I am writing to the VA to inform that they should not renew and future contracts if this is how they treat veterans! I literally could have waited less by driving to the VA hospital ER and getting a better treatment.

This urgent care is charging what their supervisor stated, 'market price', but we don't know where they got this information. Arrived and checked-in, waiting for the call for 30 minutes. After being called to the room, waiting there for another 15 minutes. Then a physician assistant came in for 5 minutes. And they billed for 45-60 minutes visit. I would like to gather some opinions, what's the market price for Urgent Care? Is little star falling in the category of emergency room if they charge this rate? Are they paying higher to the physician assistant/nurse than a doctor? Is it legal to not disclose there's a new patient fee when patient wants to take a visit?
