I was not in the mood to make dinner after a long day and decided to stop in to this little gem. This was my first time here and decided to try more than one item. I started with some cauliflower bites, buffalo wings, and a caesar salad. Then finished the night with a combo pizza. Way too much food but thank you for the to-go boxes. Also thank you for the great customer service. I will definitely return for more. The dessert menu looked delicious but I was too full to even attempt it. Their BBQ cauliflower wings, their stuffed tots, and cheese bread are amazing! We would come back just for those appetizers alone. We had a pepperoni pizza and it was nothing special. So save your money there and skip. Better off with a dominos pepperoni for half the price. Their left ac unit by the hall near the restroom was on and splashing water out onto us. So I would avoid sitting there during warmer months. Out front they had lemon trees that looked sad and neglected with shriveled lemons on it which is a missed opportunity for them to incorporate fresh grown lemons into their establishment. I brought my plastic in the original bottle, water bottle with me in and the lady says "you can't have that in here it's against health code" as she's sitting us. It took every ounce of me not to laugh in her face. She should have just said we prefer you to buy our water bottles instead. Not lie about it being "health code". PSA: Here to inform you it is not against ANY California health code to bring in your own water bottle in its original container. An establishment claiming that is lying to its customers. All establishments have rules they can make about no outside drinks as it does affect their profit. But it is in no way a violation of health code in the state of California. read more

Always looking for restaurants with home cooking. This place is NOT it. Nothing is made from scratch everything is brought in from food distributor Sysco/Cisco. including cookies, desserts, pizza dough etc. **This is per the owner who verified they buy from Sysco not locally** Nothing is home made just heated up sadly. Restaurants all have a chance to connect & support other area bakeries and restaurant. Sadly this owner chose not to get their products locally instead went to food giant Sysco. Sysco food is unhealthy filled with preservatives and disease causing additives. Be careful. Their salad was pretty good. Service needs help & proper training. Nice location with plenty of parking. This is a must-eat restaurant. From the moment we entered this clean and cute place, we were met with a warm hello and a quick seat. We were just in for a quick snack and ordered the fried pickles. Yum, yum, YUM!! They were cut French-fry style with really light breading. The owners also make their own ranch dressing that was perfect with the fried pickles. Very friendly and welcoming when you came in and the establishment itself was nice with open seating. The fried pickles are so delicious I could eat them every day of my life. In particular, a nice selection of 16" pizzas at a very decent price. We had the Hawaiian which was good but the pineapple lacked flavor, always a risk with canned fruit. Try fresh and raise price a little? Only real negative was the "bro country" playing a bit too loud throughout the inside. Yuk. I am a local in Morongo Valley. I placed an order to be picked up and the person who took the order seemed very disinterested. we ordered two pizzas, the Konrad with no peppers and an alfredo pizza with pepperoni. When my husband got home, the Konrad pizza had peppers on it and the pepperoni pizza had NO sauce. We have been trying to call for the last 40 minutes and no response. A great menu for a rather small place, and really good beer on tap and in the cooler. The Italian Hoagie (sorry, I'm from PA and I don't know what a "Grinder" is ) was excellent with high quality meats and great roll. Chicken Alfredo pizza was very tasty and the crust was cooked just right. I'm sure the folks in Morongo are super happy to have this place, but take my advice, if you commute through Morongo, stop in or order take out on your way home. You won't be disappointed. read more
