So we asked the waitress if we could have a few more minutes and then she proceeded to ignore us about 15 mins. We were not asked if we wanted any water, but other tables seemed to have water. My boyfriend ordered the hamburger. On the menu it's just listed as a hamburger. There's no mention on the menu of what's actually on any of the burgers. He has to ask because he's lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese. For some reason, the hamburger came with cheese, even though there was a cheeseburger on the menu, so I don't quite understand this. He was not asked how we would like the burger cooked either. He also ordered an orange juice. The menu did say small or large, but he didn't see that and she did not ask him and of course he was served a large orange juice, which was quite pricey. He also wanted some pickles on his burger, which was fair enough, but they charged a dollar for a few pickles. Just pickle slices not whole pickles. I ordered eggs and country potatoes and toast. The country potatoes were OK, but there was no peppers and onions in them, which I think is always nice. The breakfast was a little greasy. The coffee was OK. I had one refill. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and the food and we will not be back. It was night and day from the last visit when it was so lovely so not sure what's happened.

While spending $80 on gas arms 7:30pm on New Years Eve, I walked in and asked to use the restroom. The employee working told me the floors were drying and he couldn't let me. I explained I'd just driven 2 hours and really needed to go, I was filling my tank, I'm a customer. He said that the floors were wet. I said, I don't mind, I just really needed to use the restroom. He told me, I might slip and fall... I'm an able-bodied grown adult. It's not as though the restrooms were out of order. He seemed to just want to say no for some reason. I'll be consciously choosing to fill up across the street from now on. It costs nothing to be kind to your customers.

There was never a point that the water was even cool, never comfortable to stay in very long. Biggest shock was that this place does not provide HAND SOAP. What do you mean you do not provide the most basic toiletries? My final complaint was the front desk concierge. He made several suggestive comments to my friend and I, at one point making a very lewd hand gesture while staring directly at me.
