Nahomi is the worst sales rep. Only cares about making their sale. Told her to cancel my policy to go forward with new policy she offered that we would make payment the next day. My old policy was on auto pay & can not cancel on my end only through broker. She did not cancel my policy because she was worried I would not come back for the sale losing her out on money. Now I'm left paying the old insurance renewal plus the new policy downpayment & have to wait 4 weeks for a refund. All because she failed to listen to the client to cancel my policy in time. She guaranteed I would be fine. Now I'm left paying more than needed at one time. Her excuse first was that I would be left without coverage but i still had days of coverage of the month already paid, where 1 day wouldn't make a difference. Once I brought that up her excuse was because if she canceled I could disappear and not hear from me anymore. So basically was worried she wouldn't get her new pay cut from me. If I left without coverage that's my issue not hers. I clearly told her to cancel my policy & she chose not to. Yes I will be refunded within a month. But coming out of the holidays everyone is tight on money. That extra $400 that was going to go towards taking my daughter on a nice family outing this weekend has to be postponed & have to disappoint my daughter and look like a liar to her. All over Nahomi needing to guarantee she was going to get a new sale. Hope her $115 broker cut was worth it. read more

The worst car insurance I wouldn't even put 1 star it be 0. They will take advantage of you just to get more money for them! They won't even help u if they know it's cheaper to do your payment online instead of going threw them. I normally pay 180 for my car insurance but it was the day of my payment and I was wondering why it was 205 since I wasn't late. I called to ask why and they said they would call me back they never did I called them 2 and so the next day I called them and I was directed to fernando he supposedly pulled up my account and said I was late and I told him we'll I called no one called me yesterday I shouldn't get the late fee because that wasn't my fault he said all he could do was take off 30$ off my payment so I thought oh cool not to bad bit he said my payment was 275 and I was like wow why he said there was a fee of 100 for being late and 25 for I the card was declined... so I paid it but when I looked back on my online account even if I was 2 days late I still paid 205. I called back and he said I signed the contract and it says the fees and I told him to send me a break down of the receipt and he also sent me the contract of where it says about the fee. He could have said hey so you don't get a fee of 70 for me doing the transaction just pay it on line nope he took advantage of me and he got paid. Don't use this company they scam u and won't tell you it's better to pay online and cheaper if you go threw them they will charge you there broker fee and other fees. read more

Zero start would be great but had to select one in order to write this review. If you want a good advice, get away from them. I've been a customer for a while and is so disappointing that they charged me $300 just to add 1 car to my policy when the actual insurance only charges about 46 dollars as they confirmed. So, after 4 months, I received a letter from collection stating that I owed $46 to the insurance because of an endorsement I made in my policy. so, since they are my brokers, I asked them (Sarai and others) to help me fix this problem but never received any help. Then I asked to speak with management who never wanted to talk to me because she was always pretty busy, so I was going back and forth explaining my issue with every single customer agent available AND still got not help. I finally decided to contact my insurance and they explained to me that when the broker made the changes, the payment for that change was never submitted. So, I called this broker again and told them about this and they told me that I was the one who had to submit this payment, which I would have paid it only if they had told me. However, the lady (Sarai Guzman) who added my car to my policy did not bother to mention this at all, at the time I added my car, she was more worried about getting the $300 for them nothing else. They just care about how much they can take out of your pocket; THEY do not care about their customers at all. Will be changing my broker as soon as my policy ends. They need to be more honest towards their customers. read more

Just got off the phone with Juan an agent when the original agent was supposed too transfer me too a manager due too a payment issue , very unprofessional and bad customer service I could've had him transfer me too an actual supervisor/ manager after he mentioned that next time he would transfer me too a manager when the whole time I thought he was a manager . Wasted most my lunch break on the phone going back and forth, next time won't be a bad review it will be a change in my insurance provider . read more

Do not get any type of insurance here. I have the hardest time getting a hold of anyone from the commercial department. The only reason we got insurance here was because a friend of the family worked there. After she left, it's been nothing but downhill. Takes them a month to respond. Wont even call me back or let me know that they're working on anything. If you can get insurance anywhere else, please do so. You'll save yourself the headache in the long run. Luckily I only have to deal with them because of work but once I'm able to switch our insurances from this company I am going to do so ASAP! read more

Went in today to do my registration renewal for my girlfriends car. I googled registration services and this come up. I was not aware that they offered registration services. Went in and I was helped out by the awesome kind girl. She gave me my registration within 10 minutes. Glad I didn't have to go to the DMV. You don't need to have insurance to come here I will be coming back. Highly recommend coming to just auto for your tags instead of being at the DMV for two hours. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They took $130 from me to add a car to my policy and "keep my policy up to date", then my policy canceled a week later. So they kept the $ n never paid my Insurance company and never updated my policy for my address change. Therefore I never received any paperwork. When I called to complain they said the girl who helped me know longer worked there so theres nothing they can do. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The company itself will take advantage of you and your money, and they are not competitive in their rates. I found this out the hard way. Had them for years and have a spotless driving record. I had an 06' Yukon on it and when i bought another car i called them and gave them the new car information. So it cost me $270 and figured my policy would start from there. Yeah, not so much. $70 went to the Insurance company they had me with and $200 went to them to add the vehicle. And, it was only for 2 weeks and had to shell out another $180 for my monthly payment. I called and escalated it as far as i could, and was told there was nothing they could do. They said that Just Auto Insurance charges anywhere from $50-$200 to add another vehicle to your policy. So after 5 years of on time payments, no tickets, no accidents they charge me $200 to add 1 additional vehicle onto my policy. And as it turns out, several insurance companies such as Mercury and Liberty Mutual are about $50 a month cheaper with more coverage. Well this tells me that Just Auto Insurance has no loyalty! read more

I had insurance were just auto the representative card in regards to my payment we set up a payment date for the 20th when I went to pay my insurance on the 20th it was telling me my policy was canceled and the representative have a nerve to tell me I should've played it on the 19th when that was our previous arrangement. Then they are going to try to charge me almost $400 to start a new policy and the service was very bad. Attempted to update my address with Sarai. Sent her proof that it was updated let her request. It was never done and called back multiple times leaving messages with Elizabeth and never got a call back. They said my insurance would drop $98 later that I over paid, it is now done. I spoke to Edith who said she was a supervisor said there was nothing that could be done to reimburse me for her agent dropping the ball. Edith made different excuses for the rep as to why it was not done. I've been using Just Auto with the same insurance carrier for the last 11 years but I never had to update info or had to actually speak to a Rep at Just Auto so I didn't have a problem with them. Worst place. Spoke to Jose yesterday was suppose to place me on hold which he did then hanged up on me. Then I called back and was automatically put on hold again. So I recalled and Manuel answered had questions about my policy and he didn't have answers to my answer why it went up higher. Then he said he would call me the next day around 10. Which he has not. I have now changed places. Worst place ever. Do not go. Their prices are ridiculous as well. Please do not go you waste your time there. After my brief experience with this company I am convinced the 5 star review is fake. It all started on 8-17-18 when I entered my personal information on their website I was given a number to call that connected me to their Ontario office 1-800-3828 which I promptly called at 12:34 PM the girl who answered said she did not have access to the information I entered online (e-mail was down) and that I had to give her all the info. again. So, I spend another 30 minutes giving her all my personal information she said she would call me back with a quote but of course she never calls back... Day 2: 3:37 pm I call back wondering what happened to my quote she said we don't have any records of you then said that maybe I called a different branch (Lie) but I remember her voice from the first time ( I didn't call her out on it) at this point I was well aware that I was calling the Ontario branch because she told me two times on the 1st day that I called..then she said "we will need all your information again" I told her without raising my voice that this was unacceptable and that she needed to find my information she assured me that she would find it and promptly call me right back but of course she never called back. I am not sure if the employee was just being lazy or just wanted to steal my personal information but I tried calling back and was hung up on multiple times even though I was never rude to her or raised my voice even. Now I have to worry that I may become a victim of Identity theft Sigh... My advise to you is to stay far away from this company. read more
