Just Boba is a pretty convenient spot to grab some boba, especially since they're open until pretty late! The drinks are pretty solid, nothing super extraordinary, but still refreshing and consistent and it is my go-to when I don't feel like going too far from campus. I usually go for the Lychee Peachy at 25% sugar. Sometimes the sweetness can be a bit inconsistent though. Sometimes a bit too sweet for my liking, other times just right. The interior of the shop is pretty small, with a small sit down bar, but it's definitely more of a grab-and-go kind of place. When you walk in, there's three self-ordering kiosks on the right side, which makes ordering easy, but I noticed that one of them tends to have technical difficulties. There's also the option of ordering on Snackpass though, and you do get a 10-15% discount if you make a party with your friends! The service is pretty quick, and I never felt like I was waiting too long for my drinks. One complaint I do have unfortunately is on hot days the A/C doesn't seem to run very well, which can make it a little uncomfortable inside. Otherwise, it's a reliable, convenient spot for a quick boba fix!
Another good boba spot! They have very good flavor drinks. I love their taro milk tea, it tastes like candy! Fast, delicious, nice atmosphere, friendly stuff, always clean + has a restroom. Definitely worth trying!!
So came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They not only serve boba drinks but have food too! I ordered the chicken filet spicy combo. The chicken was crispy and tender with a good amount of heat. It's served with rice, potato salad and cold cabbage side, which was nice since the chicken was spicy. The restaurant is a bit small with counter seating. There is a kiosk in which you order your items. Service was pretty fast and employees were very nice. I'll definitely come back and try other items. Happy Nom Nom!

First time trying out Just Boba Tea House on a Sunday evening with the family after dinner and dessert. It was a nice stroll at night in Brentwood stopping by this milk tea boba shop. The young lady and young man working at the counter were great and greeted all the customers that came in. You can order at the counter with them or the two kiosks across the in person order counter. Placed my order in person. Wait was 27 minutes to be exact for the Thai Milk Tea and Strawberry Boba Milk Tea. I specifically ordered no boba on the Thai Milk Tea yet my milk tea had boba in them. The place was busy and packed. Customers were coming in non stop and the wait got longer and longer. We will try and stop by Just Boba Tea House again to try other drinks and milk teas on their menu and also give them another try. Hopefully our next visit the wait won't be too long.
Tasty drink. Boba cooked perfectly...soft & chewy and not hard. I like how you can create drink the way you like it...less sugar and ice. Highly recommend
There is a sit-down bar and tables but this spot is really small. But it seems to work as no one really stays too long. It's all self serve ordering through kiosks. Due to food allergies its not exactly convenient. But I suppose you could just flag someone. It does take awhile as it seems its pretty popular. Be prepared, even on an early Sunday evening, it took us over 20 min. I ordered the Strawberry Boba Milk Tea and a Thai Tea w/no boba. But they added boba lol. It was good. Not sure if its worth the long wait though.
Stopped in as they had a combo classics milk tea with Boba and popcorn chicken for $12. Classic milk tea had a nice black tea flavor, not super strong and it was milky, creamy. The boba was very soft with a great chew but were very very sweet. Given how sweet they were, I would go a down a level or two in sweetness. The popcorn chicken here is done really well and the portion size is fairly big. Had great texture with the rice or tapioca flour that you expect. Not a hard crunch but soft crunch with a slight bounce to the chew. Nice amount of heat. Fried basil compliments it well. I will definitely be stopping by again.
Went to Just Boba over the past weekend. Ordered a sea salt foam peach tea or something along those lines. Was alerted via text that my drink was ready. Went to collect my drink and nothing....... Stood at the counter waiting and no one addressed me at all. A staff member brought a peach tea to the counter and I assumed that it was mine. The gentleman asked if I was Dan..... ummmm no I am not. Well.. I wanted to stop for a refreshing drink on my way back home. I walk in first, asking for a simple request of a sample, followed by a rude reply of no with a judgy look, I proceed to make a simple request in my request center from the order I took FROM A SCREEN, asking for no peach, with rude tone I'm asked what I mean when they then simply made it how they thought it would be made... a awkward vibe stands in the shop as I wait for my order, my friends grab there order no probelms or questions, when it comes my turn I'm harassed about my conformation code when we are one of three in the shop and was just asked about my order...? As a boba shop worker I would not treat my customers with this disrespect and would like to see improvement, thank you.

Their other drinks are good, like the classic fresh fruit tea was yummy. However their strawberrry matcha is so dull colored, almost brown. Real matcha from other places is bright and flavorful. This one tasted like strawberry syrup and milk. I got it with oat milk and lychee jelly with 50% sweet because I love the taste of matcha. It doesn't taste like oat milk and the jelly is good. It's just that their matcha quality is bad and tastes like nothing. read more

Such a banger boba shop with so many drink options! Drinks are a large size and they have student-friendly prices - I love this place. The setup is very efficient - several kiosks for self-ordering, a register, and I think even online ordering. Drinks come out really quickly even when it's busy. read more

After a nice dinner, something sweet sounded delightful. Boba was around the corner and so we went, I got the Oreo one and was giddy about savoring the delectable taste of this treat, however, when I got it; not only was it warm , it was straight up milk. I was very displeased :( read more

Although I haven't tried their boba just yet, their Nutella Mochi Tayaki was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect crunch, doughy mochi insides, and a nice flavor of Nutella at the core. After you order, your order number and name show up on screen, showing you the amount of time your order will be ready in, which is nice to know. The inside was also really clean with a nice seating arrangement off to the side. read more
My coworker and I tried Just Boba Tea in Westwood on Thursday, 4/24/25. We were greeted warmly by the gentleman at the counter. They have kiosk where you place your order. I ordered the mango with cheese foam and the sesame balls. Though the sesame balls took a bit of time to be ready, they were delicious! I loved how crispy they were and they were small in size so they were easy to eat. They were hot and fresh. My mango drink was also good. It didn't look like the picture but it was refreshing. I enjoyed everything I ordered. They are to go type of a restaurant. Ambiance is clean and welcoming. They do have plenty of drinks options from milk tea to frosties and they also have food which is great. The prices are comparable to other boba places. I love the convenience as it is super close to my work. They are located on Gayley close to In N Out by UCLA hospital. Definitely worth a try! I will definitely be back again! read more

Wasn't a fan. first of all you have to place the orders on machines yourself. No customer service and they automatically try to charge you a $1 tip unless you press other and change it to $0, but they don't make it easy. Most people will probably just leave it because there is no option for 0.00 tip. My sons drink the orange passion fruit was pure sugar, I got that one 75% sweet because I wanted it sweet but this was over the top sweet - It was ridiculous! I can't imagine what I would have received had it been 100%. On my pineapple one I was not able to adjust the sweetness, but it was fine. Although the boba was way too hard and clumpy multiple pieces stuck to each other I wasn't able to get most of them through the straw. They were both undercooked and left to sit out too long. And for a place that's called Just Boba you'd think the boba would be included in the cost of the drink, But no it's extra and they don't even give a decent amount. Food: 4/5 Drinks can be sweet but I like all the options they have! (Especially the Strawberry Creme brulee one) Their food also isn't bad and they often have deals with a drink and popcorn chicken! Overall a solid place to stop by. Service: 4/5 You self order and they text you when it's done. Drinks can take a while sometimes. Ambiance: 4/5 Cute space! Just Boba is a great place for quick grab-and-go drinks and snacks with good prices! I was craving popcorn chicken so I decided to try Just Boba since it is fairly close to me. It's in westwood so it is street parking. It's a small store located near the In-N-Out. To place an order, you use the touch screens to select what you want and to pay--easy and efficient, pretty standard as most boba shop uses these systems now. I ordered the popcorn chicken ad requested extra basil since I love pairing the chicken with basil and they reallt delivered!! They gave a generous amount of basil and the you get a good amount of chicken for the price. It was super tasted and had a good balance of flavor! I also got the strawberry yogurt boba and it was good as well. The boba is a little soft but overall still tasted really yummy. The service was fast and there are some bar seats but I'd say its more of a grab and go type of boba shop! read more

Cute boba shop located right next to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and UCLA! My cousin attends UCLA and she brought me here on a Saturday mid-afternoon. You can order via two self service kiosk or on the front counter. I ordered their Classic Boba Milk Tea (Boba Included) with 75% sweetness and it was yummy! My only complaint is... it was too sweet! I have a huge sweet tooth but this felt like 125% sweetness level at other boba shops... next time I'll get 50% and I think it'll be perfect! Otherwise, it's so far my favorite boba shop in Westwood... do give this place a try and see what you think of it yourself! I like it more than boba time, sharetea and other places in the area. Just Boba is one of the more recent additions to Westwood Village for boba, and while it definitely isn't my favorite boba shop by any means, I'm glad I gave it a try. I didn't like either their milk teas or fruit teas, but their fruit-based crème brûlée milk frostie drinks are well-made and delicious. Every other drink I tried was watered down, and bitter/unimpressive in flavor, despite me keeping my drinks at 75 or 100%. They also have a $10.95 popcorn chicken + boba deal, which is really good considering how expensive boba shops are now. Service is pretty efficient and fast- you order on a tablet in store or on Snackpass (which you can get reward points for), and the drinks are usually ready within 3-5 minutes. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in a hurry and craving a quick dessert after eating at one of the local fast food restaurants nearby! read more

So-so boba spot in Westwood with a good selection of drinks, but the drink I ordered was a little too sweet and the boba could've been cooked more through. Got the classic milk tea with 75% sweetness but it tasted like it was full sweet. Good to try but not really worth coming back to. read more
The boba was softer/stickier than I'd like, but the drinks weren't bad. They're each $5.50-6 without boba, and they have a combo deal when you buy popcorn chicken to get both for around $13. We got the matcha strawberry and jasmine milk tea. read more
after having dinner nearby at a hot pot place, we decided to have some boba for dessert and found Just Boba. there is a bunch of competition in this area (4 boba places within a block radius) but i think i made the right choice. when you walk in, there are 2 kiosk machines that you can order from right by the entrance. i went with my go to drink of taro milk tea 100% sugar less ice. i usually order this when i visit new boba places to set the standard of how they are overall in general. the taro has a legit ube taste instead of the powdery artificial flavor like some of the lesser quality spots. i give my drink a solid 5/5 and i consider myself a boba connoisseur. the shop is very small in the westwood area and parking will be scarce. i'd recommend ordering your drink on their website for pick up to save some time. if you decide to walk in, there are about 6 seats against the wall in a bar seating style. they had the AC blasting at 61 degrees so i had to leave early since it was freezing. read more

Cute boba shop but wouldn't bother visiting again. Ambiance: Tight, colorful, and beautiful. Love the theme, I would definitely remove the middle table to leave extra room for customers to wait on drinks. Its hard to get up from the chairs facing the booth seat because of it and difficult moving around other customers. They have two self-order kiosks. NO RESTROOMS! (For those curious) Drinks: Oreo Chocolate Milk Frostie- The oreo crumbs are very overpowering I couldnt make up what chocolate product they used for the base. The boba was so clumpy and stuck together it was constantly getting stuck in the middle of my straw. Crème Brûlée Boba Milk Frostie- It tasted like plain it didnt have much of a creme brulee flavor, it was simply milk tasting. Service: The owner is great, hes very friendly and acknowledges customers. The other young employees dont. They seem frustrated to be there and dont call out orders loud enough and call it out ONCE then leave.. what if we dont hear and are occupied with other stuff ? Then we wait as our drinks melt ? Nonetheless I do admire how carefully they prepare drinks. read more
