Great spot for boba tea with a wide variety of drinks and toppings to choose from. The service is attentive, and fast, and the shop is clean and well maintained. I especially love the self-order kiosks, which make the process quick and easy. You can customize everything from your sugar level to toppings and add-ons, making it easy to get your drink exactly the way you like it.

Parking was a bit hard to find but I did go on a Friday night. There are parking structures nearby and some street parkkng but those get taken quickly. You can order ahead or on the kiosk. We ordered there and the order came out faster than the estimated time we got. Aside from the many drink options they also had food. The staff was friendly and the drinks were so tasty and refreshing. We got the Taro Milk Tea with Lychee, Brown Sugar with fresh milk boba Tea, Strawberry milk tea. P.S. they charge an extra $1 for no ice and the smallest size was 24oz.

Salty Thai Bliss 泰式咸法酪 (Boba Included)

Solid boba shop in Sawtelle. Slightly above some standard chains. I ordered the Salty Thai Bliss and it was enjoyable. I prefer creamier drinks so this was right up my alley. The Thai tea flavor was good and I liked the milky flavor of the cream. Mixed together it was tasty. The boba pearls were also a great consistency, soft but not too soft. They weren't too sweetened, but that's okay since the drink itself was already sweet. I also liked how there wasn't too much ice in it. Just the perfect amount to avoid the drink becoming too watery. This was on the pricier side, but the large size made up for it. Overall, I was surprised that this was pretty good. The store is just a small room with no chairs or tables. You order on a tablet and the bobarista will call your order out. They also have food options. The service was interesting, I couldn't tell if the bobarista was being rude to me or that's how she genuinely is. She asked the entire room what's your order and didn't lookup so I was confused. I asked her if she was asking me and she replied 'yeah' in a way that wasn't friendly, so I was taken aback. Overall, an okay experience here. I would put this spot in rotation with other boba spots in the area.

The Baseline: For bubble tea cafes the drinks must have the proper temperature for the drink, suitably firm tapioca pearls, and the drink must be quality. Food: I ordered a large White Peach Tea with boba and it was a large, tall drink. Had a good amount of sugar but I would opt to go lower on your sugar count. Service: I felt sorry for the employee the day I went because she was handling every aspect of the drink prep to the customers. She was a work horse. Ambiance: The cafe is a little cluttered with storage near the front. The order kiosk is easy enough to use and is easy to customize. No bathroom available.

Brown Sugar Fresh Milk With Boba

This location is on Sawtelle next to the somisomi. Small shop, no seating, kiosk ordering (super quick and efficient). I ordered the brown sugar milk with boba and it came out super quick. The boba is so soft and chewy. This brown sugar is very unique, tastes almost salty. Not my favorite but not bad. I would probably skip this and get another drink next time

Reliably delicious. Benches in the shade. I wish they had a bathroom, but, besides that, I love this tea place.

The waffle here is not chewy but still good because it came out warm. The ordering is convenient with the kiosks but unfortunately there's no indoor seating so you have to go to the outdoor seats on the street.

No cash accepted; kiosk only, fast service. Salty Thai tea has boba included. Highly recommend. Parking is easy to find behind the store.

Tried this place out and the black milk teas were pretty good!!! I took off one star bc the crystal boba was a tad small and hard. Service was fast. It's located in a very small space so don't expect to sit down and chit chat with your friends. Will come back to give them another shot. Check them out!

Came for some peachy boba, and it didn't disappoint. The giant picture of the green grape boba bamboozled my daughter, though. It was tasty, but looks absolutely nothing like the picture

Very sweet but good flavors. Nice cups and pretty colors for a refreshing treat to satisfy your sweet cravings.

I got Hokkaido Milk Tea with cheese foam and crystal boba. Boba drink was good and tasty just as I ordered it. Will order again from this place.

    Mega Thai Tea
    Winn H.

Tip: The Mega size comes with a handle, but make sure it can fit in the cup holder (if driving out) before committing! Otherwise, you'll need to have a friend / carrier hold it if you want to enjoy it to avoid risking any spills on the drive home. - - - - - - Noble Tea's been on my sights for a while, but there wasn't an opportunity to try it until recently! I had their Thai Tea (25% sweet) with crystal boba, aloe vera, and egg pudding - why? I have no idea; the temptations of foregone free toppings and the avoidance of more calorie heavy options were difficult. I enjoyed ordering the mega because it also means that I have a drink for the next day. Since I didn't get boba, I didn't have to risk it getting hard in the fridge. The 25% sweet option was good, but still a tad too sweet or me. Next time I return, I may get no sugar. I will admit, though, these toppings did not mix well with Thai Tea (what was I thinking?) but for the best bang for your buck, I admit Noble Tea is probably the best option around Sawtelle / Westwood!

    My favorite combo! Huge!

I ordered the Pistachio Matcha with Oat Milk + Jasmine Silk Boba at 50% sweetness. The pistachio flavor was dominant on this, and the creaminess goes well with the tea flavored boba. This actually tasted like a dessert drink to me, but it was still refreshing. It was not overly sweet, but I'd probably request even less sweetener next time. The jasmine silk boba has a fun, softer than Jello kind of texture. The staff seem friendly, though there isn't much interaction with them if you use their kiosk to place your order. The space is clean and has some benches for you to sit and wait for your order, but I don't recall seeing any tables so it's definitely a to-go kinda spot. Lots of boba shops have come and gone from the immediate area, and I miss them quite a bit...! OOO definitely has a certain aesthetic, AND a pretty high quality bar. I don't think I've ever waited for tea to brew quite like I did when I was here - it's certainly a shock to the system to wait for a boba drink for 15+ minutes, given how fast they're usually available! - but it's delicious, and worth the wait. There's an extra element of care involved that really helps the drinks shine. Besides that, the staff was all super nice and appreciative of folks' patience, so that was a welcome element of the wait. I'll definitely be back to try a bunch of different drinks!

Also, sometimes in the afternoon, the milk teas aren't available (when it's too late to brew more tea). The matcha here is creamy and earthy yet sweet. Most other matcha places in West LA have watery matcha, so I'm glad the matcha here is better. They use lactose-free milk by default. The shop is small and there is no seating inside. There are just two large tables outside, so you'll likely need to sit around strangers. Service is good, but a bit slow because of how small the store is. Keep an eye out for good deals!! So I finally got to try Le Phant on my 3rd visit attempt, and discovered that they reduced their menu by half.....which was really disappointing to see after waiting in line to order at the kiosk. Nothing posted at the door about the reduced menu. Found out later by looking online to see that one of the owners was on mat leave. Very small interior. Every time I visit, I always make sure to visit once, if not twice. Super affordable boba, cute cafe with lots of cute merch, AND they have food and snacks. How can you beat that? When we were in the area looking for boba, I saw that there was a Ume Tea nearby (there's only 2 in SoCal), so my friend and I decided to stop by after our visit to the Milpitas location. There's a decent amount of parking in the plaza, but it can get quite busy given the area and the amount of businesses, but you can always do street parking and walk over. It was quite busy for a Sunday afternoon as there were lots of pick up orders and others ordering form the kiosks (they have 3 if you count the tablet on the counter) and waiting for their orders. It's a narrower location with no public restrooms (at least if there was, it'd be behind the employees only door, but I didn't ask). There's some merch on the wall, but not much of it sadly and 1 small statue for photo ops. There's seating, but since the shop is narrow, they're more like benches with small tables. Here is where, I think my bias comes out a bit, the merch here was some left over collaboration merch and some bags and cups I think, but NorCal had several different kinds of plushies, a perfume block, other air fresheners, stickers, plushies, etc. They NorCal locations also had way more for their food/snack menu like fried baby octopus (my favorite), bento boxes and much more (also in terms of how many different types of drinks that they have). It might be because NorCal is the California originator or because each franchise owner has different choices in what they have, but it wasn't as mind blowing. I get it though with raising costs and the limitations of space that they have. I got a passionfruit mango green tea with lychee jelly, 50% sweet (I'd go lower next time since it was pretty sweet) and less ice. Pretty refreshing for a hot summer day. Friend got a purple sticky rice milk tea, 70% sweet. Not bad, and didn't skimp out on the purple rice. Flavor is middle level milk tea. Not bad, hits the spot if you need it, but not mind blowing. I don't think I'll go out of my way to go to this location again, but I might try the other one. My friend and I were having a conversation about this, but maybe Ume Tea didn't enter the 626 BOBA WARS as with how limited they are compared to NorCal, the competition would be much too fierce, but it's so obvious how much the community and locals love them here.
