My mom is a fairly new patient here and she has received extremely good care from everyone at this location.

Dr. Manzaneres is not a communicator as indicated by other reviewers. He led me to believe that I had 6 cavities, when in reality I only have previous fillings that need repair due to my dry mouth. He did not explain why I needed so much work, even when questioned he offered nothing. His 1st words to me were somewhat of an insult in indicating that I had had a lot of work done like I had not been to a dentist and taking care of my teeth over the past 6 decades, when in fact I have been going to a dentist at least twice a year for at least the last 25 years. It is not just him however, the wording in the initial paperwork is rather terse in that it threatens to discharge you if you fail to give your entire medical history. I dental assistant had great difficulty placing the device to take x-rays and had to keep repositioning it just to get a single x-ray. When you take the whole mouth, that is way more than one should actually have to have. She also kept blaming the equipment. The hygenist never introduced herself to me. While she was describing each tooth with a number to the dental assistant who was recording it seemed like they were just talking to each other in their lab at school rather than just treat me like a human being. If you want to have an interactive relationship with your dentist this is not the one to see. read more

I had a change in insurance so I visited just clean smiles for my 6 month cleaning, and to fix a tooth/filling that I had broken the week before. Keep in mind, I had regular cleanings every six months for over 5 years with my last dentist. They took a series of very painful x-rays. I have never had pain from X-rays before. I have no idea what the deal was with this hygienist. This "new" dentist told me I had "lots" of cavities that needed to be filled. He told me that I had cavities under all my fillings so they had to be removed and replaced. Before he would do any work though, he wanted to schedule me for a cleaning (which I thought I was getting with this appointment that I scheduled). When I pressed Mr. Dentist to tell me how many cavities I had, he would not give me a straight answer. He said to schedule my cleaning and, from there, they would look at getting a treatment plan in place. They looked at the schedule and... surprise! They just had a cancellation, so they could see me for my cleaning in 2 hours. I go in for my cleaning (2 appointments in one day to achieve what I originally went in for? Grr!) and everything goes relatively smoothly. The only complaint there is they did not ask if I wanted the fluoride treatment, they made it seem like it was mandatory. Mr. Dentist comes in with a treatment plan. He says he's going to start on the bottom left of my mouth, removing and replacing fillings, so to schedule that appointment as soon as possible. I ask him, again, how many cavities I have, and he again, refuses to answer. I schedule the appointment and go home, very concerned and feeling scammed. My boyfriend has a dentist friend, so we have that dental office request the x-rays (they refused to give me my own x-rats which, I understand, is against the law.) This dentist friend advises that 70% of the images are not of diagnostic quality. You can't see hardly anything! I book a second opinion appointment with another dentist that accepts my insurance (dentist friend doesn't... darn!) New dentist does pain free x-rays and exam. He determines that I have one small cavity on the bottom right, and my filling fell out in the bottom left (which is why I had booked with the other dentist in the first place along with the cleaning). So I need 2 fillings. 1 cavity, 2 fillings. Do not. I repeat. DO. NOT. Go to Just Clean Smiles. They are in the money making and scamming business. Trust your instincts. Get a second opinion. Don't be a pushover and let this dentist put you through unnecessary and painful medical procedures. This is your body, your health, and your money. Take care. read more

Absolutely Horrible!!! I went for a crown and I was told I needed work done on my other teeth, however they did not hurt or were sensitive to hot or cold. Dr Manzanares damaged my teeth and kept grinding them to the point he took of the fillings he had put on. His hygienist did such a good job cleaning my teeth that I had bone loss. I had to have a root canal done on a molar that before I went to Dr. Manzanares did not need anything. I found this out because he kicked out my husband from his practice because he did not want to get an x-ray. Thank goodness we found a new dentist that fixed my teeth and my husbands. At least I would expect an apology from Dr. Manzanares he needs to either go back to school or stop messing people up to keep charging the insurance. I doubt he will pay me back for the root canal he created on my molar. read more

Great place to get your teeth worked on and cleaned. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and environment. Never had any problems.

Dr. Stewart and his assistant Angelica are both so amazing they always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Stewart explains as he is working what he is doing and lets me know what to expect. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. read more

Service was good, I had my teeth cleaned there and a cavity filled. My husband had his teeth cleaned, and had several extractions. The dentists, hygienists, and assistance were great. What I have an issue with is billing. We were told everything would be covered by our insurance, but that was not the case. $200 bill and when I called to set up a payment arrangement (because we not prepared to pay in full due to being told it would be covered), I was told I needed to pay it in full. I expressed my frustration with the being told one thing at the time of service and now having a bill, but that did not seem to matter. I was prepared to pay $50/month, but was told that I will receive a monthly billing charge of $5. Ridiculous. You would think that in this type of situation they would be willing to work with a customer they misinformed, but they just want their money. Not happy and will not ever return to this facility because of this experience. read more
