I am discussed to say the least and heartbroken at the same time, because this was the one time since my boy's birth that he looked forward to his haircut. It is fair to say that he is now traumatized thanks to the owner's greedy choices. I wish that I could cut your ear and neck up to see if you would consciously make the same greedy choice again at the expense of a little 4 year old child. A 4 year old cuts is better with a set of safety scissors and elmer's glue than this turd of a barber. Did not listen to my requests whatsoever, cut my hair way too short, did not blend it any sections, left entire sections of hair uneven and uncut. Zero stars. My wife had to fix my hair afterwards.
