Nothing but a "sorry, but no returns". Even though I expressed that it wasn't a return because I didn't like it Or it was damaged. I'm returning it because she lied about counting it and never opened it to clearly see it wasn't the right set or she didn't know what she was looking at and just thought dominos. My advice, don't trust "oh I personally counted myself". Open it, inspect it, count it. Because they won't make good on a sale that they even guarantee. I know it's a thrift store and you take chances, but it's just bad business to say you did something and in actuality didn't do it properly or at all. I didn't need an apology on their mistake.
