Free standing sneaker and athletic clothing store in the Oakwood Plaza which was dead empty today which may not be good for business but I appreciate the quick service by the employee after passing the alert security guard next to the front door. Most of the big brand athletic companies were clearly displayed in large letters for optimum visibility from anywhere in the store. Basically, every sneaker brand was present except Under Armour which was strange and limited my selection since they carry wide sizes. The employee directed me to the Fila high top to try on although my toes were squished together due to non-wide sneakers. I also browsed the clearance section at the front of the store but no wide sneakers there either. The window advertisement was two pairs of selected sneakers for $109.99, not sure if this is a permanant deal or just for the holidays. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would I bought a pair of jeans for my husband and some other things on Friday 9/2 spending $150 at this store, he wore the jeans Saturday to my sons football game 9/3 all he did was go to step up on the bleachers and they ripped. So we came Sunday to try to exchange them and she said we can't. I'm very disappointed in this store they have bad quality clothes DO NOT SHOP HERE they treat you like crap and try to blame it on you the lady at the front said it was my fault they ripped! Decided to check this store out after seeing it open sometime last year in Oakwood Plaza. The store is clean and they have a big selection and an array of styles to choose from. Limited staff on the floor but the young man that assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. They have specials like a 2 pairs for 99 deal, but this is not a discount shoe store. They carry all the regular name brands you would find in Foot Locker, Champs Etc. I also saw that they have clothing, bags, hats etc. I will likely return in the future, I was pleased with my purchases. read more

This location has been a revolving door over the years as a sports store. Very large space to fill inside. Private parking lot out front. What brought us in today was we needed a needle to inflate an excercise ball that I have. So hubby and I walked in and found what we needed quickly. Not many customers inside but today is the 4th of July so probably alot of people are at the beach or barbecuing. We walked around but didn't really need anything else. They have both men's and ladies sports apparel and footwear. No sports equipment is sold here. The salesperson at the register says they opened at the end of May. Also it is part of a chain in Florida. Seemed pleasant enough would come back if the need arises in the future. read more

They also get nearly all of the Jordan releases as well. Amazing customer service from Darren and Ashad. Freddy the manager has been very helpful as well, even making sure they are able to bring a shoe size I wanted from their Ft. Lauderdale store just the next day for me because they did not have mine in store at the time. Overall a fantastic local and family run business. read more

I don't know what these people are talking about with the store not being any good. My son is a size 13 foot and it is hella difficult to find a pair of shoes for a kid that size and who plays basketball. Because every kid who does what he does is looking for the very same thing. We looked around and looked around and then he bought something that he didn't like somewhere else. He wasn't wearing it cuz he wasn't in love with it. So he got a little bit of money and he said let's try this place we called they said they have some Thirteen's. we got there the salesman had four options for him and my son chose the Kylie's whatever they are. We were in and out 10 minutes no sweat. I parked the car and when I came in and he said okay it's time to go. I loved it. YIPPEE! They have the cutest Vans, they have the suede ones and all that little cutesy s***. Whoever had a bad experience, I hope they try it again. Maybe the moon was full that day. But they sell t shirts for 150-200 dollars that are selling at Nordstrom, saks, and Bloomingdale's for 60-80$. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've come here twice for sneaker releases. The first time the employees were very nice and were helpful, but the manager or owner of the store was rude and did not seem to give off the customer service that the employees were exuding. This second experience was terrible, upsetting , and unnerving. We came for the lucky green release and waited in the hot sun for 40 minutes to finally get into the store. They were allowing groups of people out but not letting others in for a while, which was why it was taking so long. When all the customers were walking out, they had multiple bags in hand, meaning they had purchased multiple pairs. Finally when we got to the counter to purchase our pairs, the manager or owner was ringing up my friend's pair and he was putting in his card to purchase and I asked him for the size I was going to purchase. He immediately said no you guys are together so you can only purchase one pair of shoes. I said I'm a separate person and I am going to buy my own pair. He refused and said he would just cancel the sale. My friend was mad said okay then cancel the sale and that we would never come back here again. To which the manager replied, "Good I hope you never come back here again." I'm sorry but that is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at ANY store before. The fact that the employees were around and heard this conversation and are shown that as an example of "customer service" is a disgrace. Went here for a FCFS Jordan release with a friend and when we got to the counter after 30 minutes of waiting in the sun they told us we can only purchase 1 shoe for the both of us. Do not by shoes there. They do not give refunds. Only shore credit of exchanges. They should tell the customer that before purchasing.
