Well... Apparently, Eddie continued to look while I was on my way. When he saw me walk through the door with the worn-out old belt, he met me within about 15 feet of the front door with the OEM belt I was looking for. He had never seen me before, but was looking out for me. This is the best customer service I've received from any retailer in quite some time.
