Great experience, great food, and zero pressure. Just learning, cooking, and eating. Hard to beat that. Our instructor, Chef Michael, was fantastic. Knowledgeable without being preachy, confident without being arrogant, and genuinely fun to learn from. He explained the "why" behind what we were doing, not just the steps, which made the whole class more engaging and useful. We learned how to make lobster risotto that was rich, creamy, and surprisingly approachable. He also walked us through a fresh salad with a maple vinaigrette that was simple but elevated, and we finished with a perfectly cooked New York strip topped with a herb compound butter that brought everything together. The class was relaxed, interactive, and delicious from start to finish. You cook real food, learn techniques you can actually use at home, and then sit down and enjoy what you made. No rushing, no stress, just a really good experience. Highly recommend this class, whether you're a confident home cook or someone who just wants to learn a few new skills. We will absolutely be back. The Italian cooking class is next on my list, and I'm already looking forward to it.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)

Juan was very easy to work with on my 1950's condo kitchen refresh. We communicated via text and he…read moreresponded promptly. Juan provided numerous product pictures and samples, but I eventually went with a slab from a stone store. On install day, the crew arrived on time. To keep our remodel on budget, we wanted to "salvage" the existing backsplash. We were able to do this, as the crew took the time to carefully remove the existing counter. The new counter install went smoothly. The undermount sink that Juan provided was of good quality...because it was a little deeper than the existing sink an onsite adjustment was needed. The sink had to "set" for 24 hours, so the next day Juan sent a crew to attach the faucet and the disposal. Project is now complete and I would definitely use Juan again!
