I have not had any issues with it but it was recommended. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. They explained the process of the first and second visits. The first red flag happened when Dr. Patel recommended a specific cleaning that included a rinse/spray. When I told him I just wanted the basic cleaning covered by my insurance, he dismissed my preference. He stated he didn't know anything about my insurance coverage and refused to perform the basic cleaning. I later learned that his recommended cleaning came with an out-of-pocket expense of at least $100. The second red flag came when he displayed my X-rays on the big screen. He went over every tooth and recommended replacing old silver fillings with cosmetic white ones, along with several other costly procedures.
