I order from this place all the time and regret giving them chances after chances when they constantly get my delivery orders wrong. Not once but THREE times. They do not know how to follow directions at all and know nothing about customer relations. First time I asked for hot sauce on the side which they've forgot. Second time around I asked for salmon with my salad and got chicken instead. I had to wait 30 minutes AGAIN for it to be redelivered. Lastly, I ordered the Signature Salad with hot sauce on the side. They added the hot sauce and didn't include the dressing that is normally put on the Signature Salad. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and tried to blame us for not ordering correctly when we clearly stated our order and even asked for the order to be repeated to us on the phone. To make it even worse they tried to charge an additional 50 cents on the bill. Not only are they horrible on deliveries but they are also extremely rude in the restaurant itself. The staff are predominantly Spanish speaking and assumed my Asian girlfriend spoke Spanish. Upon them finding out they frowned and whispered amongst themselves. Afterwards they told her to leave the table for no reason. I'm not one to quickly pull the race card here but it was so obvious that it was the case and sealed in our decisions to NEVER go back ever again. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I use to live in this neighborhood for the longest time and I recently moved. All I miss is this place. Seriously. This is the only healthy place and surprisingly IT IS SO GOOD. Everything. You get exactly your highest expectation and a little more. My boyfriend and I would eat here often and let me tell you, he's is so not a health-freak like I am. My man loves his meat and goodies but he loves this place! Recommendations? Everything. But definitely try the banana oat smoothie and the veggie burger. And for dessert (because in this place, you will want a dessert, guilt-free or not) get the nutella crepe (fyi: I don't like nutella but I LOVE this). It's not very easy to find healthy food in this neighborhood, so it's great to have this place here. I came in with a crepe craving, but their make-your-own salad tempted me with the reasonable price and good offerings. When the salad arrived, it was gorgeous, and was a lovely medley of fresh spinach, cheese, peanuts, blueberries, and avocado. The waitstaff were very friendly and welcoming. Something a little different if you are tired of the diners, typical Colombian restaurants and pizzerias and Thai spots. I order here atleast twice a week. I either order the turkey burger with fries, or cheeseburger with fries/salad. The burgers are juicy, and sadly, since I am a fan of food, I want to order two, but then I dont because that would be too much punishment for my body lol. Everyone who works here is so friendly that it's almost like it's not New York City. My go-to is the baked salmon with rice and a salad and it's delicious. BEWARE !!!! Prices on menu are not what they charge! In the last 3 weeks 4 different people I know have been charged more than what's on the menu. Yaina, the rude young lady who was working there said the new menu was being printed but had not been received! She said " hurry up make up your mind cause we busy! ya wan it?" Food is pretty decent though but not for the price that's not on the menu.The wraps are excellent and the salmon is very good .Their salad was on the wilted, tired side, and the broccoli and carrots were prettty much almost raw. I have been waiting for this since I moved here in 1994. I hope they get smart and drop menus at every business and apartment complex in the area and emphasize their delivery service. I want them to survive, so I have a healthy choice when I order out, rather than the calorie adding Chinese, Italian, and Latin American choices available right now.
