They also offer hot food items like soups, quesadillas, paninis, and wraps. This fast casual spot has a really lovely interior with clean modern vibes. I ordered the "Your Way, Your Bowl" option, which starts at $10.95. I got mine with mixed greens, sweet corn, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, goat cheese (+$1.75), marinated salmon (+$5.95), and tzatziki (+$1.95). The bowl was pretty tasty -- the ingredients felt fresh, vibrant, and clean. One thing to note: my total came to $18.06 with tax and tip after the 30% soft opening discount ($6.18 off). Without the discount, the bowl would have been about $24, which feels a bit steep for the neighborhood -- but I could be wrong. While I appreciate that there's finally another healthy food spot in town. I'm not happy that I just paid $18.95 for this bowl. They barely put any dressing on it. Without the dressing, nothing is seasoned and therefore a lack of flavor here. The chicken was grilled well done how I like it, but there's some really sharp pieces when you bite into it. I hope they will make some improvements on these things. Also, why does healthy food have to be so expensive? These prices are a little excessive. read more

Second time ordering from there. The first time around I got the Protein Bowl with Chicken for $16 bucks and it was pretty big even for me. I had the rest later with some more added chicken. Today I ordered the Omega Power Bowl which was $18/ Salmon. The Steak Panini $14 & acai bowl $12. Everything was delicious, lots of flavor and really clean & healthy food. They also have fresh juices which are really good too. Overall you get a lot for your buck and the service is excellent. I was walking around today and I stumbled upon Olia's grand opening. I was pleasantly surprised! It has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, the staff was super helpful and kind. I did a build your own, and the freshness of all the ingredients was fantastic. Like I was shocked at how crispy the cucumbers were. Figured I'd give this place a try seeing as how there's no sweet green or Dig in anywhere remotely close to where I live in Astoria. The food wasn't bad, it wasn't great either. Id be willing to try something else next time and hopefully it'll be better. Portion size is good and the staff seemed friendly and eager to help with my order. Customized my own bowl, all the ingredients used were fresh and tasty. The dressing and dips are made in house. I got the spicy crush, Olia blush and green goddess; all three were exceptional. The staff and owner were kind, they provided us with samples of their dips and gave us red grapes and cherry tomatoes on the house. The place is clean and the vibes in there are chill.
