Great wraps and I like that you can create your own. My favorite is the Thai Chicken Crunch in a wrap. The only issue with this place is consistency. Unless you get the same person, the same order will be different. Some days I get a loose wrap that falls apart the moment I start eating, sometimes less chicken, more chicken, etc. read more

On Friday, July 17, several of my coworkers and I ordered lunch from Just Salad through Uber Eats, and unfortunately every order was incorrect. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and paid extra to customize it with corn, roasted fajita vegetables, beets, crunchy tortilla strips, crumbled feta cheese, sliced cucumbers, pico de gallo, shaved Parmesan, Tillamook cheddar cheese, my dressing mixed into the salad, and two extra dressings on the side. The salad I received contained only beets, corn, and croutons (which I didn't even order). Nearly all of the ingredients I paid extra for were missing. Dressing was spilled into the bag, causing the bowls under it to become messy. My salad did not have any dressing mixed in and there was one dressing on the side. The total came to about $26 for one salad, which makes the experience even more disappointing. My coworkers also received orders that were missing ingredients or prepared incorrectly, so this clearly wasn't an isolated mistake. Everyone understands that an occasional error can happen, but when multiple orders in the same group are wrong, it points to a lack of quality control. Paying premium prices should come with the expectation that customers receive what they ordered. I hope Just Salad takes more care in checking orders before they leave the restaurant, especially for delivery orders where customers can't verify them until it's too late. read more

I have been ordering my salads from Just Salad since they opened the first location. They have been my go to for all these years. I was disappointed in their Spring 2026 salad choices and from what I have seen of their Summer 2026 choices I may have to order elsewhere. One change I would recommend for their create your own salad is to allow adding as many add ins as when you are at the store. I also wish they could bring back options they have discontinued, for example, mixed greens, grilled portobello mushrooms, shrimp, turkey and steak. read more

More times than not the orders are incorrect - like the wrong dressing is used or the dressing is mixed in even if we note on the side. I got a warm bowl from here which has chicken, lentils, sweet potatoes and brown rice. The bowl was healthy; something which I really need and they have plentiful to offer. The bowl tasted fresh, but the chicken could be dry. It took me a while to chew. I really like the black lentils with my brown rice, find it has a nice mouth texture. The service can be a hit or a miss depending who serves you. Sometimes they're neat and sometimes my bowl is a mess. The interior is nice and bright with a menu that is displayed above. I came here a few days ago, and I was so hungry I fell for the Pick 2 Combo (with smoothie). My colleague also did this but opted for a different smoothie. Long story short, we both regretted it and totally wasted our money and half of our meal because both were truly inedible. I've never had such a bad smoothie in my life. It tasted like everything (too much going on) and nothing (I could not pinpoint a flavor) at all, as it was too sweet and not tasty at all. Had this place delivered today and tried the autumn Cesar salad and the earth bowl but with ginger miso dressing. The dressings weren't very good and the pre dressed salads were a little over dressed but overall we're good portions. They come with a measly half slice of bread that you should definitely skip.
