They add on a delivery free (it's not FREE DELIVERY like most places)First of all it's not a free delivery like most places) AND a service fee. Their food is expensive enough without gouging you with these additional fees. This day and age we live in has greed in the Forefront. It's really shameful. IT'S ENOUGH ALREADY! if i could give a 0 star, i would have. of all the just salad locations, harlem 125th is the worst. their staff constantly misses important order notes, frequently uses less-than-fresh ingredients and ALWAYS delivers half-sized portions when ordering full-sized salads. ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by ordering more than once on different days of the week, but it is always the same sub-par experience with this staff and store. when a chicken caesar salad costs $14, it should at least fill the bowl it comes in or match the portion sizes of the same salad offered at other locations. get your money's worth by ordering from a different location. read more

When I want to have a lighter meal, this is the place I want to go to as they have fresh ingredients, tasty and healthy options, and a variety of unique and flavorful sauces. Right now they have a special going on five dollars for any menu item from the 19th to the 21st so I just got spicy chicken Caesar wrap with spicy buffalo ranch 10 out of 10 recommend definitely looking forward to trying some different things on the menu as time goes on do you check it out. My family routinely enjoys just salad, but customer service seems to have hit a new low with this company. They seem to hate families. They have a policy that if my family isn't present, I can't order from their children's menu for my 10 yr old. That seems to make sense?! The response from the workers is that if you don't like the policy, just leave. To the owners of Just Salad, it's hard raising a family and it's expensive. Having policies like this, which then forces me to pay more for extra food that my child can't possibly finish, is ass backwards and lacks any sort of understanding of one of your regular demographics that routinely comes to your restaurant. Okay. I was really excited to have a salad place in Harlem. I love some of the other places downtown that have popped up. But this place needs some work. 1. Most of the menu salads are heavy on kale and cabbage. Not great for a lot of folks. 2. Only one substitution. I was allergic to avocado AND almonds. Only could replace 1 item. 3. Most items are crunchy crunchy crunchy. Anyone with sensitive dental work skip this place entirely. I'm glad to have it, but I would like a make your own option. read more

I'm so sad. I am an avid fan of just salad and order the Buffalo chicken salad almost weekly. Today it came and it was 80% lettuce, no chicken, very little cheese and other fixings. It would've been a sub par salad if I wasn't an already pretty big fan (and didn't know the delish salad I was missing). I reached out to grub hub and they couldn't help.
