It's cash only so if you're in a group make sure everyone has cash since they do not do separate checks. I've friend several pies while in the detroit area, pizza papalis is a fave, but I don't always have time for that drive. And that's a huge deep dish Chicago style pie. I recently visited Petey's Pizzeria for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance was like a cool retro vibe with the arcade games. The owner was there and assisted me, he was personable, patient, helpful, and friendly I couldn't ask for better customer service he was awesome. The menu offered a wide variety of options, which made it perfect for my family of vegetarians and pescatarians. I ordered a cheese pizza, veggie pizza, and a Greek pizza that I customized and added shrimp. The crust was really good but the flavored crust options took it to next level. The pizza sauce was delicious I do wish it had a little more but that's my fault I usually always ask for heavy sauce but it slipped my mind. It was the perfect amount of cheese and the toppings were fresh and a nice generous portion. The ranch, OMG the ranch I'm salivating thinking about it just try it! Even the shrimp was juicy and delicious, every bite of every pizza was an amazing combination of textures and flavors. Overall, Petey's Pizzeria exceeded my expectations. This place is amazing!! I needed to feed 60 employees, we ordered calzones, salads and the cinnamon bites. Each employee had their own calzone that was made to order. I feel that Steve and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Our employees are still talking about how delicious the food was. Be very careful, the cinnamon bites are addicting!!!! We will definitely be back for more. read more

Petey's is the best pizza I've actually ever had. I'm a big fella so I have encountered a few pizzas in my time so the bar is pretty high. The service is always excellent and I haven't met an item on their menu that I haven't liked. If you are passing by, do yourself a favor and stop in.
