I heard something strange coming from my main valve, water, area, and lo and behold... The bonnet Had ruptured and was leaking water...Oh boy! So... after calling, just Sprinklers for a little assistance... Since no one else was open... They pointed me towards a supplier in Albuquerque to go buy the correct replacement part. After returning with the correct replacement part... I soon discovered that the broken bonnet had lodged itself in the female side of my plumbing, and I was terrified to go after it to pull it out... For fear of ruining the existing plumbing assembly. That said, I called just Sprinklers back, and I was handed over to the very knowledgeable young lady... Who walked me through on how to remove the broken bonnet without damaging my existing plumbing assembly. 30 seconds later, I was screwing in the new bonnet into the assembly and everything was back up and running. What a great learning experience this was. Keep in mind they could've just sent somebody out and build me a couple of hundred bucks to do this themselves... But they took the initiative to walk me through this correctly over the phone... Do you think I'm gonna call them down the road for help?? Absolutely... 100%... Now this was customer service. I wish I could remember the young ladies name but boy she was helpful and knowledgeable and confident... It's so nice dealing with someone like that when you need help... Thank you... Every job has been completed with professional courtesy, great clean-up, and the crew asking as they worked if there was anything else I needed. The office staff is friendly and helpful, too. What a pleasure doing business with them! And IMPORTANTLY--they are FULLY insured and happy to provide proof. (Many other businesses claim they are "licensed, insured and bonded" which really means nothing.) I called the number that was not answered so I went to the website and sent an email. The following day they called back and when I requested they come by and give the estimate I was told at this time they only offer aeration services in a package that included aeration, fertilizer, power raking and a one time mow for $900. I was told that was the starting price and it might be higher depending on square footage. It was pretty clear the girl I was talking to didn't really want to be on the phone and was very short in her responses. I feel really bad for the guy who was out in the field working his butt off. I met with Terry for a bid to fill in my existing pond and build a new, smaller one nearby. He was super responsive at first -- even came to give the estimate on a Sunday, seemed excited about the project. Told me how much he loves his work, works 6 days a week, maintains 500 ponds, and gave me a reasonable bid. I called a few days later to accept his bid and we agreed on a date two weeks later that he would do the work. Terry and his assistant showed up on time on the scheduled date. We reviewed the job as previously discussed and everything seemed fine. Terry and his helper started the work, placing the pond fish in a bucket and draining the whole pond. I also went back to work in my home studio, then noticed about an hour later that Terry and his helper were gone. Assumed they went on a materials run. However, hours later, they were still gone. I texted Terry and left numerous voice messages but he didn't respond. Never heard from him again. So... Terry actually came to my house, dumped the fish in a bucket, drained the pond, and walked off the job. Totally ghosted me for unknown reason. I guess he decided he didn't want the job after all (?) but didn't have the courtesy, courage, or respect to tell me that in person, instead scampering away when I wasn't looking. Thank God I hadn't given him any money in advance -- a huge waste of my time but could have been a lot worse. I've never in my life had an experience like this -- the most unprofessional, discourteous, cowardly contractor ever (and I've worked with many over the 25 yrs I've been doing home and yard renovation). Perfection Ponds is perfectly scam. Don't waste your time or money, this guy's a con.

He repaired about 20 feet of drip sprinklers and buried them in less than thirty minutes. Mike was prompt, on time, told me what he was doing. I will use them again. Before I could publish this, I did have Sprinkler Expert out. I had a leak in an old sprinkler system. Mike arranged for a couple of guys to come out. They fixed the leak and installed new manifold. It was quick. The price was less that any other quote I received.

Rushed the job and spread the dead weeds all over the yard. Picked up some sticks to make it look like they were working. I asked for front and back yard clean up as well as bushes trimmed along the sidewalk in my quote description. They charged us $50 extra on an initial $450 quote, claiming they weren't aware of the extra work for the bushes- which was also completed minimally. We asked them to remove goat-heads from an upper part of our yard which has been untouchable because of them. They proceeded to SWEEP THE GOAT-HEADS INTO THE GRASS WHERE MY DOGS USED TO RUN FREELY. They can't run around in the yard anymore without getting hurt because it's infested with the goat-heads that the people at Oso's Yards & More deliberately sprinkled around every square inch of the backyard. And now the goat-heads are all over our house floor for us to step on because it's inevitable. For over $500, we would've done the work ourselves just to avoid the goat-heads alone. We highly recommend against using their services, especially if you're in a pinch and/or have a goat-head issue. Their lazy service left our home in much worse condition than it was in before and we get to be reminded of the $540 loss that came with it everytime one of us or one of our dogs is hurt from stepping on goat-heads.
