When spring arrived, 5 of the 10-12 plants did not grow and are currently dead with no visible foliage. The other plants have done very well. We have contacted LeeCo through calls, texts, emails and handwritten letters. One time they said they would get back with us the following week since this was their busy season. Our first request was in May and to date no one has called or contacted us in any way. Even if they would have replanted for us after their busy season, we would have waited. Communication is such a key part of customer service for clients who have spent a few thousand dollars with your company. They have chosen to ignore every form of polite contact with their customer.

In the last six or more months I go for over a month without my and my neighbors Units getting cleaned. I just today wrote a letter to the management company and Board because it has been over a month since my and my neighbors Units have been cleaned. The grass is covered with debris. The rocks and under the bushes are covered with leaves that have been there since last fall. They came and pruned some bushes in front of my neighbors condo in January and left cuttings all over the rocks and under the bushes which we have had to look at for over a month. Nobody from that company is paying any attention to what the workers are doing or in my case - not doing.
