I've been here a couple times and the wait time is over what they said it would be. But this recent time I was quoted an hour and thirty minutes for a patch on tread area and it still ended up taking 3 hours. My tire also didn't get fixed. Tires weren't bald, and tried to upsell me. Massive waste of time I get upselling and recommending services when needed. But not committing to an advertised service is dishonest. Most likely not be going back at least to that location. Additionally, second time they used the excuse that people were at lunch. Maybe their lunch hours are at 3pm but I doubt it. read more

Let me start off by saying that Tony, the manager, was great. He handled things professionally and in a timely manner. However, it's one of the lower level associates, Jonathan, who is a nightmare to deal with. First time I walked in he was on the phone for about 10 minutes and didn't once look up to even acknowledge me. Once I finally spoke with Tony and was able to set up my appointment the next morning, we got on track. When I called the next day to see if my car was ready, which according to Tony was close to that projected time, Jonathan answered the phone. He asked me what car it was - I told him - and he said "another 1-1.5 hours" to which I said how can that be, Tony said it would be ready around now and you've had my car for over 1.5 hours. I asked to speak with Tony and he scoffed. Tony then got on the phone and told me it would be ready shortly, which was correct. When I arrived, of course Jonathan was there to check me out. He asked what car it was, I told him (he then realized who I was), and he basically said "Tony said to tell you the car needs to be aligned". I didn't really understand, b/c they'd just finished the job, and asked what he meant, and with an attitude he just repeated himself. I asked to speak with Tony and he said he was out and couldn't be reached. I then said Tony offered to deduct my two uber expenses from the bill and that I was literally about to email the second invoice (these totaled about $30 btw, well under the allowed budget) and he said I'd have to wait for Tony to return bc he didn't approve this. I said let's call him and he said he didn't have his number. So I'm like, I don't really appreciate your attitude, and he immediately said he didn't like mine! The nerve of this guy was really something. Maybe his dog just died or he'd been broken up with, but regardless it was completely unprofessional, uncalled for behavior and he ruined the entire experience for me. He finally did call Tony b/c it was an absurd notion to say he doesn't have his number, and Tony approved everything and I got out the door. Needless to say, you don't want to deal with Jonathan and as much as I'd love to recommend this place bc Tony was great, I'd recommend steering clear of Jonathan. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but his attitude and incompetence was a very poor reflection of the business. read more

The only reason I went to this location, was to get a tire replacement. Although, Tony, store manager and staff were friendly, I DID NOT give permission to inspect or touch other parts of my vehicle. They claimed 4 parts needed to be replaced and the cost would be $1900. I knew right away that they were just trying to deceive me. I was "next in line" waited 40 minutes and she said it was still a 30 minute wait. Had to walk out, best decision made. 2) I called ahead of time to see how much it would cost to patch up my tire. Amazing service for a drop in visit due to a low back rear tire pressure sign that came on an hour earlier while leaving work. Thank goodness I made just in time before 6 before they closed. Since ur was raining I didn't even have to get out of the car for them to check my tire. The guy just asked me to pull up a bit closer and he plugged in the tire pump and within minutes after pumping it up with air the air pressure sign disappeared and I was cleared to go. We ordered tires online to have them installed here through Goodyear. Overall it was a decent deal and the service was relatively quick. They did upsell me to just change all 4 tires but their main mechanic was sick They have a small office where you can wait and watch movies with coffee and tea and water. The staff was friendly but a bit slow and didn't try to oversell too much Overall I would recommend them, I think they're honest in terms of a mechanic but definitely get a quote first read more

Drove over a nail and brought my tire in for a patch. Asked for a brake pad inspection at the same time. It took a bit longer than expected (was crazy busy for a Sunday evening), and because of this I was not charged for any of it. Even so, after hours they walked me through what they saw on the brake pads and how long I could continue to safely drive on them. I genuinely felt like quality service mattered more than a quick buck, and for that reason I'll be coming back here the next time I need a tire service on in a few months when I need new brake pads. read more

When I took my car here to replace all 4 tires, they took 4+ hours which was absolutely insane. They claimed they did an alignment, but left it worse than it was before they touched it. This time, I had a hole in my tire and needed a patch, and since I had my warranty I took it back here to get a free patch. They took 2+ hours just to patch a single tire, and the patch being free still didn't make it worth the wait at all. I could have done it myself if I knew it would take that long. TL;DR - This shop is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and will RIP. YOU. OFF. Do NOT bring your car here. Go to BURBANK TIRE SPOT! I gave this Just Tires location $240 and 2 weeks of my time to install tire sensors that never worked. No opinions, Just facts: 1) Tuesday: Went in for 1 new tire and 2 new tire sensors. The gentleman at the front desk quoted me almost $300 for the tire alone. If you aren't aware, that is a ridiculous price for a new tire so I questioned it. Suddenly the price was $150 for the same tire. The work was completed in a few hours. 2) Picking up the car, same day: Tire looks good but Sensors are not on. I am advised by Tony J. at the front desk it needs to be driven for 20 minutes over 20 miles per hour for the sensors to kick in. No problem. 3) Tuesday, 1 week later: Sensors are still not on after having being driven all over the city for a week. I bring the car back in. The older gentleman at the front desk tells me he worked on my car using Youtube and Youtube gave him the 20 mins/20mph advice. Tony J then suggests that I bring the car to the dealer who will "not help me and just try to rip me off." So I suggest he helps me instead. Tony J. seems put out and orders brand new OEM sensors and tells me he'll call me when they arrive. 4) Friday, same week: Haven't received a call so I call just in case I can get this fixed before the weekend. Tony (not Jancinto) confirms the sensors came in and I can come in today to get them installed. 30 mins. later I arrive to the shop. Tony J says they are, in fact, NOT there and he will call me when they come in. 5) Wednesday, 2 weeks later: Still no call. I take my car to BURBANK TIRE SPOT and ask if they can put new sensors in. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with 2 brand new working sensors. read more

Got a quote at a nearby place that sells Discount Tires in Burbank. The guy there tried to tell me all 4 tires had to be replaced because they were all "ready to blow." Their online price was $55 but he said the lowest possible for one tire alone was $170. Went to Just Tires. Dealt with Tony. Told him I needed only one tire. He had his crew install one tire for $109 all in. Tony was honest, kind, quick and didn't try to bs upsell. Customer earned today. Tony was/is a stand up guy. read more

Place is full of liars and bad work. Customer service is terrible and it's full of people who don't care about their job or customers for a single second. They lie about warranties just to sell you tire packages and when you call em on it they act like they didn't know and say sorry but it's just BS. Was sold tires and told rotation and flats are included. Tried to use that today and apparently they just flat lied about that because it's not included unless you purchase the extended warranty for flats. Hope this place closes it's crooked and the employees are dishonest. Should've known when the tires were installed and lost all of our hubcaps then had to fight with them to replace it due to shabby work and no attention to detail. I used to have good luck with this location, but the last time I went, they forgot to screw on the protective plate underneath my car and it fell off while driving. It was dangerous and I had to pay 100 dollars for screws from my car manufacturer to get it re-attached. This was late last year. Another mechanic more recently this year noticed that oil had been spilled and needed to be cleaned up inside the car. If you look at my reviews, most of them are positive. I'm not a negative person and I don't like leaving negative reviews. There's nothing fun to me about leaving bad reviews. The Just Tires at different locations have also been better (I most recommend the one in Sherman Oaks, they are great and they fixed my car for free after the disaster at this location). With that said, this experience at this location is of course 1/5 stars (0/5 if possible), but I'm still giving 2/5 since in the past with different employees I had much nicer outcomes. I'm sure in a year or two they will have a different staff. Still, I would avoid this location right now at all costs. It's honestly the worst service I've ever had from a business since it put me in danger and cost me extra money. TLDR: Avoid this location at all costs, use a local mechanic instead or the Just Tires in Sherman Oaks on Ventura! read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Took it to Just Tires. The place was very clean, safe and not crowded. The front desk had plastic barriers, there were two large bottles of hand sanitizer, and the pens were split into 2 baskets - sanitized and unsanitized, after you used it- which would ensure you weren't using a pen someone else had touched. Everyone was wearing a mask and distancing. They found a large 4 inch construction nail in my tire and patched it up in no time at all. It was only $28 + change. Thank you!!! read more

My man has been bringing his vehicles here for years, so he thought it would be a good idea to bring my Prius in for two new tires a couple weeks ago, but was unfortunately mistaken. First and foremost, they didn't even bother to do the free inspection, so I have no idea if my fluids are low, if I need new brake pads or if there's any other issues that need to be addressed prior to a trip to Mexico this week. Secondly, he specifically asked for the new tires be placed on the front and to take the two best tires out of the four I currently had and place them on the rear of the vehicle, but instead they just placed the two new tires on and left the oldest and most worn tires on the back. Finally, when he called to explain the issues, which this man never calls to complain about anything, there was zero effort to rectify the situation. Not even an offer to bring the car in for the inspection or a refund/discount since I will certainly need 2 more tires sooner than expected because they were too lazy to remove the back tires and put on the best possible tires in the best possible condition. read more

This always seems to be a very busy store and for the most part this location is great for service and pleasant, professional staff. They'll always inform you of what could be changed, fixed, etc. but they're not high pressure which is appreciated. Not the speediest service which is my only minor inconvenience, but the quality is good, so I'll usually take a walk and go eat while I'm burning time. read more

This location is busy! I went to go get my tire checked and it took an hour, next day I went to go get my tire replaced and that took over an hour (this was on a Monday and Tuesday). Lana and I believe Brandon? Helped me out! Both were super polite, kind, attentive and knowledgeable! Great customer service skills! 4 stars and not 5 is because the 2nd day I came I didn't wait there like I did the day before, I left and they said they would call me once my car was done. An hour and a half passed and no call so I called myself and the first time they answered and hung up on me lol and the second and third time no one answered, I decided to just go and behold my car was sitting in the parking lot spaces waiting to be picked up. I have been coming to this Just Tires for years. Guys are very professional, fairly cordial, as they are usually very busy. But there is one guy with a scraggly ponytail named Mark, who is rude every single time. Not sure why but he is a royal arse. I noticed my hood was lifted when we were there to check a tire and I wanted to know why, so I walked over to see what was happening and he yelled at me to go inside. He has done this every single time we have been here. Jobs are hard to come by, they should have better customer service, especially when customers are paying a mint for tires. I've been taking my 1999 Avalon here since I've owned it and also my second car, an old Mercedes. I'm very pleased with the service and products (tires) I've received through the years. I've dealt with nails and other issues and the roadside hazard insurance has never let me down, even in remote San Bernardino county when I had a flat on highway 15. They referred me to a different place in Barstow (there were no branches there at the time) and my warranty was honored. Alignments and oil changes through the years have gone without a hitch. I am writing this from the lobby awaiting a tire rotation. I am overhearing the manager deal with customers and she's especially nice and accommodating and efficient! Most of the complaints are about time. It takes a while to get new tires installed folks, esp. on the weekends! read more
