More like "Just Criminals." A few months ago I went in for one tire. They tried to convince me I needed 4 new tires, even though I had gotten 2 new ones within the past year. Upon telling them this, they reconsidered and decided that I only needed two tires -- but that I also DESPERATELY needed new brake pads. I said no and went on my way, and today went to an actual mechanic for the brake pads. They looked at me like I was an idiot and asked who told me I needed them, because mine still had a good 2k miles to them. This mechanic also quoted me a price over 2x cheaper than Just Tires....i don't know if Raj was taking advantage of me for being a young woman or if he does this to every customer, but I am SO not coming back. read more

Went to a service station to put air in my tire only to learn that the tire had a hole / slow leak; took the car to Just Tires in Reseda and met Tigran Karapetyan...he found that there was a large staple in the tire causing the slow leak...I thought the tire would need to be replaced...Tigran was able to repair the tire and did so at no charge...if you need your tire(s) repaired, this is the place to go. Couldn't be happier about my trip to Just Tires. I called them at 6 PM, I had noticed a leak in one tire and needed them to evaluate it. When I got there, I was disappointed to hear that they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 90 minutes, I had a son at home and didn't have that long. Tigran overheard that conversation and jumped right in, took the wheel off and patched it within 15 minutes. My tires are special order tires that you can drive if they are flat so they didn't have those in stock, but he got me a price and explained how long I could go with the patch. And, to top it off, he refused to take payment! I'll definitely be back to have the new tire installed. Class act all around. read more

We had a tire blow out on the freeway and at that time we learned that there was no spare tire in the trunk. So, we had the car towed to just tires and Tigran was great, instead of upselling us on 2 tires he put 1 tire on the spare rim and recommended we take the other tire back to the place we bought the tires only 2 years earlier and get them to check the warranty. I had to wait for over an hour and a half although I have made an appointment and was promised that replacing two tires and the alignment will take half an hour. After replacing the tires my car was driven out and I had to wait forty five minutes until someone got it inside for the alignment. I was standing there seeing every car that arrived after me getting the service. Hint, if you're not hispanic do not bother with this place. The stuff was completely unresponsive. Took my car in yesterday and 1st, the guy started arguing with me if I have run flat tires - I told him I didn't at least 3xs that I didn't but he insisted I did and they couldn't work on my car. 2nd, I clearly left my phone number and asked to leave my vehicle and have them call me when ready - they took my number down incorrectly and I had to keep calling to follow up. 3rd the tech told me they couldn't find a leak or puncture, that they dunked my tire n a water bath and didn't find anything. If that were true I wouldn't have gotten a flat later that same day. Don't waste your time here, I went to America's Tires today and they found some metal pieces in my tire and plugged and patched it within 35mins. Eff you just tires!!! read more

On 2/16 I needed an oil change on my Toyota, and gave them a call on a Friday afternoon, and arrived at their facility 15 minutes later. The employees were very friendly and polite, and the facility was very clean. I browsed the dollar store nearby, then the gas station across the street and my car was ready to go. This location has just horrible service. I waited 10 hours to have my breaks put on and get an oil change. They were just so unprofessional and did not update me at all when I asked how long they expected it to take. I had a line of credit to Just Tires and have gone to other locations with no problems but after my last experience I will never go back there again. I would not recommend this location! read more

Wow, just wow. I came here on 11/20/16 for an alignment check. The person helping me, Mel, told me if I did it, and the alignment was bad, would I go through with the alignment? My response was yes, of course. The results came out to be, that the right rear tire was off, including the left front, but the left front couldn't be adjusted. I asked what I should do? Mel told me to take it to a body shop because it must have been struck recently or I might need a part to be replaced first then, since I got an alignment now, I can get another alignment within six months after they fix whatever they fix. Sounded fair. First off, I haven't been in an accident in over 10 years. So I asked a friend who owns a body shop and he said that no body shop does alignment, everyone sublets their work out to alignment shops. And from looking at the car, all the alignment shop needed to do was adjust the camber/crash bolts on the car no need to replace anything! My friend stated that the shop might just be lazy and that purchasing a camber kit would be no more than $30. I went back today, 11/22/16 and the worker there(forgot his name) said that they couldn't adjust it. I told them how about a camber kit? Then immediately he said that the camber kit with alignment would be $130 and usually everywhere else it's $175! He said he called around and that no kits were available for my vehicle. I asked if he asked for aftermarket and he said he called NAPA and that was aftermarket and rolled his eyes and shook his head, as if I knew who he called over the phone and was listening to the conversation. I asked him if I got the kit and brought it back, would they do it, and he said that I had to pay labor to install the kit and an alignment on top of that even though Mel the other day said I can do it as long as it was within six months! I have to pay double labor AND buy kits for them, after doing EVERYTHING they already said? hell no. So I took my car to an alignment shop LA alignment and tires on chatsworth and my man Luis checked it out for me and he told me that by reading the spec sheet he can easily fix my predicament and it wouldn't even require a kit, just a minor adjustment of the bolts! He even threw in a tire rotation, because since the inside of my left front tires were being worn by negative camber he suggested that I move the tires around to prolong their life. So for adjusting the bolts, a 4 wheel alignment, and a tire rotation, it was all $80! I will never, ever go to just tires ever again. Never mind that it is within 5 min walking distance from my house, and that I've been a patron for many years ranging from alignments, oil changes, and so fourth. I realize they can't be trusted. But okay, I found a gem in LA Alignment! I should have asked around first on who to go to, but now I know. Never again Just Tires, shame on you! read more

Stopped by for the first time today for an oil change and I could not believe how fast they got me in and out! At the dealership I have to schedule an appointment in advance and STILL have to leave my car for a couple hours. Here at just tires I walked in on a busy day and their crew got me in and out in less than an hour. And rest assured it wasn't like one of those jiffy lubes, they do a free 32-point inspection while your car is there. Thank you Miguel, and your crew for such a speedy and professional job. I blew out my tire, which sucks on all levels, but I'm so glad I came here. Recently my girlfriend and I took a trip to San Bernardino for our first Hard Summer festival (btw it was epic AF!) and we had to pull over for a flat tire, at the worst possible timing! But anyway, I knew I couldn't ride my spare tire for too long, so I decided to use my line of credit from Goodyear, to replace my shredded one. Got a nail on one of my tires and came here 6:45pm. They were happy to have it fix. It was fast and simple no drama at all. I even gave the gentleman that fixed my tire a tip for the trouble. I had gone to Firestone at 6:30pm on Plummer & Tampa they simply told me to leave the car here and pick it up tomorrow... Terrible customer service. Misleading website. Worse customer service afterwards. My wife scheduled an appointment online, specifically for a check engine light issue in addition to an oil change. She selected "Check engine light" and put in our zip code. Reseda "Just Tires" popped up (http://www.goodyearautoservice.com/checkout/appointment.jsp). There even is an expired coupon from this year that shows that they have done "Check Engine Lights". I go in the morning ahead of my schedule, tell them what we need done. The manager says that they don't do that. I show him the coupon on the website that its specifically for this store. He rolls his eyes at me and says that its Goodyear's fault. Fine, that happens, but don't freaking roll your eyes at me. I ask to use the complimentary shuttle service since they didn't give an estimated time, "How far is it?" I tell him its 10 minutes away. He says wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later I get picked up to go. I understand you get busy, but seriously, you don't even apologize once? I get a call about an hour later saying my car is ready, but a pick up service isn't available for an hour because they are so busy. No problem, I understand that. Just send someone as soon as you can. I wait 90 minutes. Nothing. I call them. "Yeah, he'll be there in 10-20 minutes". 40 minutes later, I call them back "I sent him out 10 minutes ago, he should be there soon". Nothing. I call them back in 20 minutes. "Yeah, he said he waited for you for 15 minutes but you didn't show up" No shit, give me a call first, I'm not going to wait for a service you said would pick me up over an hour ago on a whim. Judging by other posts, my experience is an outlier, not the norm. Will I come back here? I don't know, but Goodyear / Just Tires websites are misleading customers by saying they do check engine lights. read more

I have been here 3 times now, each in the morning without an appointment. In every case their service has been friendly and prompt. I've even brought my car in early for a "free" six-month alignment check and they said, "No problem. Of course we'll take care of it." Free wifi in the waiting room which can get lots of sun by late morning and become uncomfortably hot. Not too spacious either so may wish to eat some tacos next door or get a ride. I needed to change two tires. They checked all my tires and they told me I should change all of them. Bought four tires from them for $400. They told me they'll align the wheels for $50 additional. My money wasn't enough that time so the guy told me I can come back in a later date and he'll give me the alignment for the same price which is $50. When I came back a week later, he told me he didn't tell me that and the lowest price he could give me is $69. WHAT A RIP OFF. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS TIRE SHOP EVER AGAIN. This review is long but worth the time if you have a luxury car! This place is amazing, they charged 50 percent less than Competition Tires so I drove 30 minutes to them to have a wheel replaced and to balance 4 wheels on my Lexus RX. It took only 30 minutes or less and they did a very professional job without scratching my 20"wheels and have all of the necessary equipment for reinstalling a run flat tire carefully, which a lot of places won't mess with. Shout out to Miguel. Awesome service! So, I came in to replace a tire (which popped because...Van Nuys...) and they did an amazing job. Quick, prompt, and polite customer service; which is all that anyone can really ask for. About an hour after I replaced the tire, I started to notice some funny noises and movements coming from that same tire. I came back in to ask about it, and the guy there (Miguel) went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that everything was alright. He immediately dropped everything and took a look at my car.
