Just got home after a Google search on "cheap oil change". Just Tires was running a special on a liquid dinosaur swap, so I went in. Made the deal for $5 off an upgraded synthetic oil change. $57 out the door, I was told. They looked at my brakes and I was informed (and shown) that they were getting thin. The cost for the rears only, would be $261 with ceramic shoes. Thanks, but I'll check with my mechanic to check the deal. They also showed me the dirty air and cabin filters, and I agreed to change them out. Parts cost was $29.12 for the air filter, and $19.95 for the cabin filter, PLUS $26 ($13 each) for installation. I checked with AutoZone and Pep Boys, and the filters averaged about $10 and $12 each... I asked if next time I could buy the filters and bring them in for installation, and Arin said that they would just charge the $26 installation fee... Whereas I don't feel completely ripped off (Arin did give me a $20 discount overall after I mentioned the high parts markup), I do feel that we all need to be more aware that costs may not end up as what they may initially appear, and bring in your own filters! :) By the way, tires are very high priced, and don't include installation... read more

These guys are the typical deceitful bastards who work in the automotive repair industry. I had an alignment done on my car, and had the suspension coil pressing against one of the front tires, causing it to burnout at 35mph and beyond. I had it brought back demanding either my money back or the job redone only to have them try to sell me overpriced tires, claiming my tires were oversized (which they weren't. My stock tire size is 55 whereas I had 45s installed at the time) when I called them out for their fraudulent behavior the manager gets angry and defensive (IE, guilty and he knew it). They only care to sell you product and do not care or know how to do a job properly. If you value your vehicle or your money, don't take it to them. read more

I've used other private mechanics shops, Jiffy Lube, and even other Just Tires locations however this location definitely stands out. After Miguel helped figure out what was wrong with my brakes 2 years ago, I don't let anyone else touch my car; He even patched a whole in my tire for free once and saved me some $$ on a new tire! My brakes started squeaking, so I took my truck to this place. They replaced my brake pads and charged me $550. When I took it home, the squeaking was still there. I took it back so that they could do their job right. They ended up fixing it, but then they had the audacity to charge me again. They wanted me to pay for their mistakes and the incompetence of their technician. Complete bullshit, never getting services here ever again, I recommend you do the same. read more

I used to use a different location slightly closer to home, but service there went way down hill in the last year or so. I decided to try Reseda to see if things were better. The employee on the phone was courteous and honest about wait times, I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, service took only as long as projected, and nobody tried to up sell me on any services i didn't need. This is the way an auto shop should run. The guys here were great and I will return to this place over my old one for sure! read more

I came here to get my tire plugged. The most I have ever waited anywhere else is 15 minutes for it to get done. I had the worst experience at this shop. After waiting for 25 minutes to be helped, when I was the only customer there, it took another 30 minutes for them to tell me that the tire was non repairable. It should not have taken 1 hour for me to be told I could not be helped. The employees were all joking around with each other and having fun, while making it seem like they were "busy." Out of 3 employees and 2 mechanics, it took 1 full hour for them to check my tire. The mechanic had no idea what he was doing. Employees did not care to see what was taking so long. I was extremely annoyed, and on top of it they charged me. I'll skip the nuisance and go to a real tire shop next time. Better prices and less wait. This place seemed like a joke when I went there. I had a flat tire on my BMW and I was looking for the closest tire shop to me since I needed this fixed as soon as possible ! They checked my tires out and it turned out I needed 4 tires and one had the nail on it , I never replaced them or knew much about tires. They explained the tire was worn past its life and they showed me and I can clearly tell someone wasn't right with them. so they gave me a great deal on a set of tires that fit my budget ,I decided to purchase them and the job was done really quick in less than 45 min! Now I can drive to school and work and not have to worry about any tire problems. They were very friendly along with very good service and from now on if I ever have any problems with tires then I will be back here or if I have any questions I know they will help me. I took my car in here to get an alignment. They called me up and told me that my brakes are at 5% in the front and 15% in the back and I needed new tires. I actually thought it was nice of them to tell me this without doing the alignment so I didn't waste my money but I guess that they assumed that I was going to do the job with them. The tires actually look like they were OK for another 5000 miles but when I pulled them off to put on the new brakes that I just bought, The front brakes were actually at about 50% in the back brakes turned out to be about 80%. I've only owned the car for 18 months and it's a 2016 so this guys are shady and I won't be back.... read more

If I can give this place a 0 I would !!! I called and asked how much to fix a nail in a tire is and the guy says 20$ flat fee. I take my car and he sees that it is a corvette he wants to charge $75 and say it is because it is hard to put air in the tire. Their is no difference in how you put air in a corvette or Honda Civic! They all have a plug that you stick the air compressor and fill up air. The guy is a fraud! Makes up his own prices as he wants read more

Took my car in to replace a flat tire, then one of the guys that helped me told me that my car was in need of all 4 tires that they were in really bad shape he stated they were like 6 years old and the funny thing is my car is not even 6 years old lol he kept pushing. The good thing I was smart enough to only fix the flat tire which cost me $170 including labor. In normal times, I would be very happy. The price for the tires is good, and the sales person was friendly and helpful. It is taking a little while, but I think that would be the case. However, I am extremely unhappy with their health precautions with respect to their mechanics. Two of them came into the waiting area without masks, and one had a brief conversation with a customer without a mask. The mechanic who drive my car into the garage was driving my car without a mask or gloves. I feel quite anxious about getting back into my car now and will probably have to drive around for a while with the windows rolled down. I would still come here again...I would wait outside and insist they wear a mask. read more
