I bought a set of tires here and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Their staff spent time with me going over options, explaining pros and cons and helping me with my final decision. Two weeks ago I took my X3 to Weber to repair a hole caused by a screw puncture in the thread. I've worked on my own cars for over 27 years but I don't have equipment/tools at home for tire related work except for plugs in an emergency. And I prefer to patch over plug. In all candor, I don't like to take my vehicle in to shops for repairs because I can do the work faster at home and nobody cares more and is more meticulous about your vehicle than yourself. Minimal wait time, proper repair, reasonable price, and customer service are the 4 criteria important to me like most people. I had been to Weber three times in the last three years and their service has been consistent. (One time, Weber, wouldn't repair the tire because the puncture was too close to the sidewall.) Tire patch in about an hour (1:10 actual time), reasonable price ($40.45) and very customer friendly service advisors. (Note price is for a patch not a plug.) The only recommendation I have for Weber is that the repaired tire pressure be checked for accuracy against factory specifications. The patched tire was overinflated by 5 psi even after cooling off from driving. The vehicle's monitor and a manual reading with a digital tire pressure gauge confirmed the overinflation. The first time Weber repaired a tire for me, the tire pressure was perfect so I will consider this time an oversight. Overall I would give 4.5 stars but Weber's customer service and friendliness by phone and in the shop takes my review to 5 stars. Weber meets or exceeds my 4 aforementioned criteria so I will continue to come back when I need tire services. read more

Don't come here looking for customer service! Don't come here, period. I brought in my car to get a puncture fixed. As any other normal person would do, I backed my car into one of the garages to offload my tire from my trunk as I can't have offloaded it anywhere else due to back problems. As I was driving out of the garage to park my car in the lot, I drove over one of the tires that was poorly stored at the lot. The tire was sitting solo outside the tires cage (i guess thats what it called) and not stored safely according to OSHA's regulations. And since there was no tires on top of it, it is very hard to notice. I expressed my concern to the general manager, Randy, and showed him the damage done to my car in hopes of settling on a solution. Randy wasn't cooperative at all. First, he claims It was my fault for even backing into the garage and that I should have offloaded my tire somewhere else. Then, he tries to play it off by saying that I'm too young to be knowing all these safety issues. Now back to my punctured tire, when I showed the gentleman at the front desk my punctured tire he instantly said it's not fixable due to the fact that I drove on the flat tire. Mind you, I only drove on it almost a hundred feet till i noticed I had a flat tire and there was little to no damage to the tire interior. He didn't even bother to put the tire on the machine and check before claiming it is not repairable. It wasn't until one of the actually nice guys there that took off the rim, checked the interior of the tire, and FIXED IT. The tire was back in good condition, not my front bumper tho. All talks failed with Randy in trying to come to a settlement. I went ahead and filed a consumer complaint against Weber Tire Company and will wait for Randy's reply to the complaint. Was originally going to give them 5 stars. They were informative, the customer reps were pleasant, and they did fast work. I came in looking for a new tire because a pothole took the life of one. I opted to get 4 new tires instead. They told me it had to be ordered and picked up, which would take them till the end of the day for them to complete the job. By the end of the day, the job was complete. I got a phone call, I came by, and paid/picked up my car. Here's where the problem is. I just washed my car/wheels today, and noticed that they stripped the paint on the wheel. There are large parts of the paint missing where I assumed the old balancing weights were. There are scratches on the inner barrel of the wheel, which looks like someone used a screwdriver to pull the old balancing weights off. I'm adding pictures as reference. If you have an ounce of pride in your car, I wouldn't bring them here. read more

This place was great! Tire shopping is not exactly someone a girl likes to do. I am a tomboy by nature and I still hate buying tires. I hate spending money on anything that is necessary. I would have much rather taken my money I needed for 4 new tires and gone on vacation or to do something fun. But without tires, you can't get to work and if you can't get to work, you lose your job and if you lose your job, There goes the fun vacation. All my tire research was done over the phone and on the internet. I wanted a good tire at a reasonable price. The tires were ordered a few days before, they told me just come on in anytime, they do not take appointments. I rolled my eyes on the phone when I heard this. Because what my brain heard was, "come on in Saturday morning and spend the day with us and oh bring snacks it's gonna be a looooong day" I drove up at a 10:30am on a Saturday morning, they took my car immediately and I went and had an early lunch at Anita's with a friend and when I came back my car was done and I was on the road and I was Happy, happy, happy. 2 weeks later I noticed that i was losing air in one of my tires. Of course everyone I mentioned this to said this bitter cold winter was stealing the air in my tires. Happy to accept this answer from friends and co-workers. I went on with life. It did not take me long to realize it was the same tire that Mr. cold miser was stealing air from. Hmmmm! So now it has been over a month since buying the tires and I had to go back. Yuck!! After carefully inspecting the tire I realized that my valve stem was loose, Yhep! Houston we have a problem. I was relieved to find out these guys opened on at 7am. That meant I didn't have to sacrifice my Saturday to the UN-FUN worlds. When I walked in after exchanging good mornings, I told the guy behind the counter that I had a faulty Valve stem. He looked at the guy next to him with those eyes men give each other when a woman diagnoses anything that has to do with a car. Which is the real reason I took a star away. Save that look for your girlfriends guys! keep in out of the workplace. Needless to say they took the car back immediately and had me back on the road. The technician did come out to waiting room and announce "Hey you were right, it was the valve stem" While I appreciated the validation that I am not a moron, I could have gone without the surprised look. Once again I was back on the road, made it to work on time and have had no issues since and not charge and no one tried to wriggle out of the warranty they just did good business. Don't go here looking for customer service. I walked into the shop to inquire about buying some new tires. The guy asks me what size I need. I tell him i'm not sure but give him the make and model of the car. He tells me I need to tell him the tire size and brand I want and they can order them for me they don't keep tires in stock. Doesn't offer to take a look at the car or look up what the tire size would be and offer suggestions on tires that would work for me. Needless to say I left. $900 tire sale out the door. I went to another shop down the street and the guy took a look at my car, went in his computer and provided me a few options and discussed the pros and cons of different options. A few days ago, I made the mistake of NOT bringing my car to Weber first. Three other shops told me they couldn't fix a plug-gone-bad on a fairly new tire--not repairable. So I called Weber and asked them to order me a new one because they had the brand that I needed. Today, I went to Weber to replace the damaged tire (they were seeing it for the first time). Even though they had already ordered a new tire at my request, they insisted that the damaged tire could be fixed. They could have easily just replaced it and charged me the $180.
