I was two hours from home and heard a noise from my front tire. I stopped in and Frank , the manager, looked at my tire. He heard a leak and saw a bolt in the tire. I explained I was from out of state and asked if they could help me. Frank approached his mechanic Joe. Joe agreed to prioritize my car and took my car immediately And got my car in for a plug and patch within 5 minutes. The shop was clean and all staff was very professional. They worked with a sense of urgency to fix my tire and get me on my way. They were wonderful in my time of crisis. Would highly recommend!!!! They saved the day read more

I went out tuesday and the passenger rear tire was flat. I usually go to a place in Falls Church but I needed the tire fixed ASAP. I found BWT, close to home and hours that were ok. Flat in the trunk I head over after work. Brian is inside and he takes the tire and my info. He quotes $29 for repair which is very reasonable. I expected much more. The next day I head over to retrieve the tire and am helped by Nacho behind the desk inside. I am lucky as the nail they took out was as long as my index finger and was 1/2" away from the sidewall meaning new tire. Glad of that. He carries the tire out to my car and I'm off. This is a little shop with a few employees. I'm glad to support this shop vs the big NTB/Mr Tire/ huge tire shops . Mom and pop will always work for me. These people are hard working and honest. I have come here a few times over the past few years and find the people who work here are very nice, helpful and from my experience they dont try to upselling you like most places from my experience. I had a bad tire about a month ago, I bought another tire from them earlier this year. They did not have this tire in stock, they called around, found it, had it later that day. It was so nice to drive my car there, drop it off and in less than 30 minute have the tire changed and them not trying to sell me anything else. They talk about how honest they are and from my experience I feel comfortable about their honestly, sadly you can't say that about many places. I need to get brakes done on my car and going to call them and take my car there to get the brakes done. This is new new go-to place for car repairs. They have limited hours that you need to work around, but when you have a great shop, that goes great work, at a fair price and honest, It's worth going here. read more

Today I needed one of my tires patched, and had a shop near my home tell me this morning they "couldn't patch it" (which I knew was a lie) and instead tried to sell me some insanely overpriced tire claiming it was a "deal" (again, another lie easily discovered by a quick google search). Then a coworker mentioned I should take my tire to BWT as they're near our work and provide awesome service! I checked the other reviews here on Yelp and thought it was definitely worth a try. I dropped off my tire that was in need of a patch, and a short time later received a call saying it was ready to go! If you have a more extensive or complex problem, they will give you options, accurate time estimates (when your vehicle needs specific replacement parts ordered or labor) and fair prices. True story: BWT replaced my brake system for less than half of the dealership's price. The money I saved helped me pay for a summer vacation! Dealing with Nacho is always pleasant and educational. I probably could find a cheaper price for a tire or an oil change, but it'd be hard to find other shops where you can spend 15 minutes underneath your car with a competent, easy-to-understand mechanic discussing the finer points of leaf springs or axle seals. read more

The reviews are pretty accurate. I recently took my 2008 BMW 550i and had them check it for a road noise and a vibration on the front tires. They told me I needed to replace the front tires. They replaced the front tires ($550.00) and the noise went away. They said the vibration could be a slightly bent rim on the front. They repaired the rim and charge $125.00. The vibration was less but it was still there. Nacho and Billy were very professional and very courteous. They were very honest and I would definitely take my car back in the future. read more

12/2016 - Took our 4Runner to another shop for an oil change and was presented with $2400 suggested services. Took it to BWT who eliminated the 'over sell', too care of brakes, plugs and other items for a fair price. If you want an honest, fairly priced repair or tires, go to BWT. After many years of service, there has never been a disappointment. They clearly try to help their customers understand what's needed and only what's needed. Last Fall we had two new tires put on the front of our car and the installation and service was great, cost about $500, although the hours and availability of tires on site was limited... we bought mid-quality Michelin's and had to wait 2 days for them to come in. We always try to patronize local small business and Weber is a bit more expensive than the big tire dealers, so we figured lets give these guys a try, why not. Well... Not so great? Aside from the wait for an extra couple of days, we were never offered any sort of tire damage protection which is routinely offered by the bigger companies. We normally purchase this coverage and apparently Weber does not have it, nor was it offered. So 5 months after we bought the new tires, my spouse banged into a curb and sliced one of the tires. We contacted Weber who offered no discount or help at all. No brainer, we bought from NTB, had the new tire on the car in 20 minutes and, yes we bought the damage protection. Sorry Weber, but you need to offer at least what the guys up the street are offering to be competitive. read more

Last week hit a Vienna pothole ...errr new home construction road cut that was not filled. Not a hard hit -- but noticed in car tire gauge go red and showed 21 lbs. Put air in and saw small knot on sidewall leaking air -- called BWT, got price - refilled with air and drove to BWT about 4:15 in pm -- with only 14 lbs air left! Just want to say thank you to BWT for the fairness and professionalism they have shown me in handling a problem with a recent repair. I was in for a brake repair a month or 2 ago and after the repair I felt shakiness when braking. I didn't get myself back over there very quickly knowing I'd have to leave my car. I called concerned before an upcoming long drive and they totally did the right thing. They fit me in for a quick test drive and then worked me into the schedule. They ended up replacing the rotors (which were warped so those qualified for parts replacement at no cost to them) and then they covered the labor costs. I've had other times when a repair needed a redo and the business is not always so gracious. Thank you Billy Weber Tires. Billy knows that honesty is a way of life, and he lives it. They are absolutely NOT going to recommend services that you don't need, as some shops do to boost revenue. Then again, they seem to keep pretty busy there, so I don't think they need any more business. Honesty is important, but it's nothing without competency and fair rates, and BWT offers those in spades, too. There are only three repair shops of any kind (not just automobiles) in Northern Virginia which I trust 100%, and BWT is one of them. Highest recommendation. read more

Indeed, the first thing you notice when you walk into their waiting area are the numerous accolades they have also gotten from local publications as a well-regarded shop. It looks like that reputation was well-earned, as I am glad to report that my experience was top-notch. Now, admittedly, all I had done was a plug to fix a leaky tire, so not much of a sample size to work with. But they took my appointment this morning, had me in and out within 35 minutes during my lunch break, were no-nonsense but courteous, and the price was right on the money. When it comes to my mechanics, I like to patronize local shops instead of the chains and establish on-going relationships.
