Just Tires ended up being the best option after doing fairly extensive research and calling around to a number of shops in the area. I got a good deal online, scheduled an appointment, and dropped off my car and picked up when promised. It helped that I knew what I was looking but the staff was helpful, though, they did feel a bit understaffed. Getting in and out was easy and was even given the rebate paperwork all completed when I walked needing just a stamp. I'd happily bring my car back here for new tires or any tire service. read more

My car out of alignment . so I went there for alignment with my coupon ,they check it they trying to nickel and dimed me, they said that I need to replace outer tie rod inner tie rod will cost me almost $900.00. ending going to the Toyota dealer , Per Toyota dealer only need alignment. that cost me $100.00 . Despite being named "Just Tires", they also do oil changes. I consistently come here for my tire rotation and oil change needs. If you buy tires here (which I did 3 years ago) then you will get complimentary tire rotations as long as you have the tires. So every 5,000 miles or so I come in for an oil change and rotation and walk out with both services done for under $30. Standard oil change are $24.95 and then get more expensive for synthetic oil. Every staff member here that I've ever interacted with has been exceptionally helpful and friendly and they always call me when my car is done. Highly recommended if you need new tires. read more

They just want the sale. I knew I had some tire tread left before dropping under 2/32, and they had the audacity to tell me that I would fail inspection if I had them replaced now. Granted their prices are decent, but I just don't like the fact that as an auto place, they didn't tell me something that 4 other places told me, that I had at least a good 5-10k miles left on my tires. read more

This is an ok spot but the name is miss leading--they are not just tires. They seem to be fair on price. They will look for other things to do on your car when you bring it in--which some people might like. In all they seem honest enough but not super thrifty. read more

Front desk guys is a tool. Waited almost 3 hours to get my jeep oil change and tires balanced. About an 1 and 30 minutes before my car was taken in because they waited for someone that had an appointment and was late!!! 1st time here and will never come back. Poor management from the guy at the front desk. Also when he tells you a few minutes, he really means 20 minutes. Will never come back to this place again. Would rather drive further for good customer service rather then drive shorter distance. read more

Had the same experience as a few other folks. Called in and tried to make an appointment for tire rotation and wheel re-alignment and re-balancing. I asked for same-day availability, and was told they they were all booked-up for that day (that was okay), so I made an appointment for later that week, and was told that it would be 60-90 minutes and I'd be out the door. Upon arriving for my appointment on the day-of, I waited for 90 minutes...and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Not being looked at. I asked Cory at the front desk what was going on with my car during that 90-minute period, and after some prompting and him muttering to himself he said they "may be able to look at it in the next half hour". Basically the guy at the front desk had the dynamic combination of not caring and having zero ability to communicate effectively with a customer. I've been a customer here for several years and have been coming back because they're near my house and because I paid for some deal where you get 3 years of tire rotation and wheel re-alignments. This will be my last time here. I have had multiple negative interactions with Cory and only one positive interaction with another guy who's a mechanic, but in general, the guys at the front desk will be who you're talking to, so I would definitely recommend finding someplace else for ad hoc and routine wheel / tire repairs and service. To the owners--you should probably help Cory understand how to provide better customer service, or find someone who is better at this. Also--look into what you can do to provide more-accurate wait times. If it's going to be 4 hours, tell me that and I'll plan accordingly. Don't tell me 60-90 minutes and leave me waiting for 4 hours. read more

The worst customer service that I have experienced in years. The guy at the front desk can't absolutely care less. I had an appointment to put on two new tires. After 45 minutes I asked them how long I need to wait. Answer "I dunno". After an hour, same answer. Fortunately, a second guy came to the front desk and said they can be done in 20 minutes. They finished in 20 minutes, but they said that they couldn't check the wheel alignment since I didn't want it since I was in a rush. Whatever. Never again. read more

The new guy at the counter misquoted me on the price to repair my valve stem, but the manager made everything right by giving me a sizeable discount off the regular price. I like the fact that you can compare/choose your tires and make your appointment online. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to replace the tires and do an oil change, which is pretty standard. The employees were polite. However, nowhere online or in the shop did they explain to me that an alignment is extra or how much it cost. I don't like getting a bill that's higher than what I was quoted. The whole reason I chose Just Tires as opposed to my Mazda dealership is because they were cheaper. But once you add in the alignment, it was pretty much the same price. Oh well. Overall, the experience was ok. read more

I have always had a great experience at the Vienna JustTires. I used them 15 years ago and was quite satisfied, but I then switched to the Fairfax JustTires because it's a little more convenient for me. I recently had some issues with tire noise that the Fairfax store just couldn't resolve. These guys fixed me up in about two hours. Both Freddy and Neil were of great help at the front desk. Hit a nail and had to take my car here. They tried to sell me 4 new tires (no) and told me my serpentine belt was going to break any second and it would cost $4,000. I declined and got a second opinion from the Midas in Chantilly. They took a look at it and said there was nothing wrong. Sent me home with no charge. Highly recommend the Midas. Came here for a simple oil change - had an appointment and it still took almost two hours. Yes, Jiffy Lube is more expensive - however at Jiffy Lube - it takes 20 minutes and I am out of there. Also - waiting room is inadequate / dirty. If I am going to have to sit somewhere for close to two hours - it would be appreciated if it was more clean. Will not come back. read more

Just tires is going for the upsell, even if you don't need it. Really. Went in for a quick balancing of rear-tire and got a great story about needing to replace struts and wheels and tires. Overall cost was going to be over $500. Went for a second opinion elsewhere: All I needed was to replace 1 tire and balance wheels, total cost $87. Just tires? Came back because of a couple of ruined tires (thanks Fairfax County road works!!). Customer service is excellent and the tires are reasonably priced. Only Costco has better deals on tires but they don't do other service so this is really convenient. I'll be back when these wear out. read more

Clean and friendly. The tire warning light on my Prius was on and The Toyota dealer couldn't figure it out--twice! just Tires found the problem and fixed it, quickly. They could have tried selling me a matching tire for the one they replaced, but didn't...said the remaining tread was still good enough I didn't need to do that. read more

My biggest complaint is how long it takes to have work done. I dropped my car off the night before and called late the next afternoon and they still hadn't even looked at it. When I finally went to pick it up I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. One lady stormed up and complained she had been waiting for over an hour and her car was still sitting there--she even had an appointment. I believe the work was good, but their service and customer relations were reprehensible. read more

Very friendly service but it took an hour to have my oil changed without there being any cars ahead of me. I have never had an oil change take more than 30 minutes. Ever. And I know I only had 4% of my oil left. So it's lot like they could make an argument about it took a long time to drain. Not worth the 5 dollars off. Definitely going elsewhere next time. On 7/2, I replaced four tires with Goodyear Assurance Comfortred's for my 2005 Lexus ES330 and received excellent service from this store. I made an online appointment and they were ready for me at my appointed time. In addition, they matched a lower price I found on the internet at a competing local vendor. The sales associate, Corey, completed all of my rebate paperwork and provided me with a pre-addressed envelope so that it was all ready to send in for a $160 rebate. Finally, the technicians, Sithu and Zachary, did an superb and timely job in mounting and balancing my tires and aligning my wheels. I will definitely return to this shop. read more

He has a wonderful customer service attitude and a very get it done mentality. I was extremely impressed with him and his guys at Just Tires. They did a fantastic job on my Sienna a few weeks ago. They did it late in the day and faster and cheaper than I was quoted (and much cheaper than the dealership or the other repair shop I called)...how often can you say that with car repairs! They used to be great. I bought all my tires there from the time they first opened until last year when they ripped me off by refusing to honor the road hazard warranty which I had paid extra for when I bought the tires. Now, after nineteen years of being a loyal customer, I have to go elsewhere to buy my tires. I have six cars and that adds up to a lot of tires. Good price on an excellent set of tires. Initially stopped by this store when my tire acquired a bolt through the tread. Puncture couldn't be repaired but they charged small money to mount my full-sized spare. A week later I replaced the whole set after checking brands and prices through Consumer Reports. Store provided the lowest quote and had the tires I wanted in stock. Work was done properly and the car was ready when promised. Walk in to ask for an oil change, given appointment for 2 hours later. Return for scheduled appointment, and proceed to sit and wait 2 hours for the oil change to be completed. "It's a 29 point service so it takes a while." I'm told when I ask how much longer they will take. Of course, I did get the obligatory up-sell offer to replace my rear brake pads and resurface the brake rotors (only 18,500 miles on the car). I don't know how Jiffy Lube can get you in and out in less than an hour - even without an appointment - but Jiffy-Lube and their oil change (with multi-point check) will get my business from here on...just wish they could do tire rotations too. read more

I scheduled an appointment online to have 2 new tires put on my jeep. I showed up for the appointment and the man at the front desk told me that I had to get 4 new tires or it would ruin my transmission. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I told him that I have had 2 tires put on before and that they should inform their customers of these things before they come in for an appointment. He said oh the internet won't tell you that. I had a good experience with these guys several years ago when purchasing tires, and just had a terrific experience with a punctured tire repair - they told me it would be a while since it's Saturday and busy, so I left the tire with them and left. They called in under the time promised, repaired the hole for half the price that Merchant's had quoted, and balanced my tires when replacing the repair for free. They even put the spare back on my car (and it's a Fiat and a complete pain in the, uh, neck, to put it back). Merchant's has previously left the spare in my trunk. Friendly all day to boot. About six months ago I brought in a completely flat tire. They filled it up but couldn't find a hole, so they didn't charge me anything for it. Last week the same tire mysteriously went flat again after being fine since the last time they filled it. I tried to find the leak but couldn't, so I took it in again. This time they replaced the valve and again didn't charge me. In either instance I think it would have been fair for them to charge me for the time they spent on my tire, so I was pleasantly surprised.
