Zero stars The food was ok, not great, not terrible. The bartender was also the waiter. Saturday at 6 p.m, there were 6 women sitting at the bar, zero patrons at the tables. I asked for the check and showed a Clipp (similar to Groupon) certificate. Chris (bartender/waiter) explained the "house rule" that he would only deduct $15 from the bill. I pointed out the certificate specified the certificate had no credit/no refund and had to be used in entirety. The bill was $33.83, and I was told to pay $18.83. I gave him $5. He got very loud and said I was a scumbag and that he was calling the police. After telling him that I agreed to calling the police, he started yelling, calling us f***ing scumbags, get the he'll out, don't come back repeatedly until we were outside. Ummmmm . . . gotta tell you, not impressed. Is this place closed now? Have gone to location twice recently and it is not open during advertised business hours. No signs on door for hours or otherwise. Tried calling and get voicemail only during so called business hours. I looked through the windows and it looks like no activity is going on recently. Went in and was sat in the bar area with 2 kids and when we asked about happy hour they looked at us like we were from another planet and then said we can't have the specials or happy hour because we were not AT the bar. We were the ONLY customers there Their taps was not even set up or working. I had called ahead to ask id kid friendly and they said they had kids menu but when we got there told a different story. It was awful and the parking situation is not fun, you have to park behind but walk up a one way only road where cars are not able to see if anyone is walking and very narrow. Can't say that this place doesn't hit the spot. I'm out in the area for about a week, and I've been here 2 times for dinner already, and already planning my third visit. If you leave here and say that you weren't satisfied, then that simply means you didn't try hard enough. With 125 wing flavors, there is definitely something for everyone. My first night I got Butter Parmesan Garlic wings....and yes they were as delicious as they sound the flavor was not overbearing, and the wings are crispy and hot when they come out. Perfect wing condition My other flavor choice was just regular hot wings, and those did not disappoint either. One of my friends got a burger and it looked amazing. As I live right across from the place, I was pretty excited when I saw that they had finally opened after weeks of watching them redo the inside and get set up for business. The wait was worth it. Outside of Just Wing It, you'll find the entryway between two large plants and opposite of the large, white menu that details their 125 wing flavors. Don't be fooled by the name of this place, it isn't just a place for wings. You enter the establishment by heading through the outside door and taking the wooden door on your left. Inside, Just Wing It has a distinct feel of your typical wing and bar food spot, but sports an island motiff with thatched grass roof edging around the tops of the walls, wood tables and floor, and the menu design. Tables are well spaced out and seat anywhere for 2-6 people. The chairs are fairly basic chairs, but after sitting in one for over an hour as I reconsidered my life while suffering through homicide wings, I would say that they are quite comfortable. The cashier was quite friendly and so was the waitress/greeter that showed me their wing and non-wing food menu. The menu is pretty large and has food ranging from wraps, to subs, to burgers. It carries what you would expect from a bar and grill type of restaurant with the addition of the huge wing selection. Were I not on a low-carb diet, I would have probably grabbed a sub or burger to go. Just Wing It hosts several special with $1.25 Tacos running each day, 49 cent wings on Mondays, $5.99 Taco Salad or $6.99 for 3 tacos, an order of fries, and a soda on Tuesdays, BOGO 1/2 off Burgers on Wednesday, and 49 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. Had I been aware, I definitely would have popped in on Monday for cheap wings. The wings that I ordered, a dozen homicide wings, were quite meaty and came out of the back well cooked and hot. The sauce was very tasty and wasn't just your typical hot for hot sake. I could taste the flavor of the peppers used in it well before the burn hit my mouth and made me reconsider my life and all the bad choices I had made up until then. I would definitely recommend them for intense heat aficionados, or maybe even the fire wings which require a waiver. I was quite happy with my experience overall and while I don't often go out for wings by myself, I'll be visiting Just Wing It again in the future for any of those nights when I do. I know that I'm just some stranger on the internet, but I would recommend checking it out if you live in the area or if you are passing by. Edit- Be prepared for horrendously long waits for food for no real reason, as well as food to not come out at the same time. My husband, in-laws and myself have waited for this location to open up for months now. We came here yesterday and after previously looking at the menu, I have to say I was a little excited to try this place. The restaurant itself looked like it had been thrown together in literally days, the buffet and check out area were still raw wood with cloths draped over them. We walked in without knowing what to do, there was no one in sight, so we just grabbed a table. A woman came out of the kitchen and told us we had to order at the front and pay her. Okay, no problem. You then get to pick your drink, beware there are literally 6-7 drink choices, all bottles, and also 1-2 of them are known brands. The water bottles were purchased at Wal-Mart, with Member's Mark being their brand and all. We asked for cups to share, they didn't have any, only straws. No silverware on the table or plates. There was also a lunch buffet when we came. Salad, wraps and plain wings with the sauces being in ready to pour containers. Not my cup of tea so I ordered mild parm wings and a side salad off the menu. While we were waiting for our food, I was relieved that I didn't get the buffet for $8.99, because not only did nothing appeal to me, but another customer chose it, and repeatedly took the same plate up to the buffet. The plates were not for everyone, they stayed on the cashier's table, out of the customers reach. For the reason alone, I will not be back. The food itself was okay. The salad was nothing special, although I wasn't expecting much, it is after all, just a salad. The wings were mild, although I would call them medium, with one side covered in parmesan cheese. They were also super wet and the bowl they came in had a big puddle of grease. My father in law had a chicken cheesesteak sub and commented on how good the actual roll was. The actual meal total was around $45, which is a little high for lunch, plus we shared drinks. There was no waiter service which is a down-fall for me. I skip fast food restaurants for the very same reason (besides its greasy). The food was just mediocre, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor. They did manage to have more then a dozen tv's in the place, but to me that doesn't make a good restaurant. I stopped in on Black Friday for lunch. My intent was to partake in the lunch buffet I had heard about but after viewing the selections I'm glad I had a back up plan. Ordering off the menu, I opted for wings (of course): a dozen Hot Cayenne (which I had had on a prior visit) and five Homicide. The Homicide sauce was, not surprisingly, hot as hell, yet tolerable at least to my taste. As I mentioned in my past review of the Lebanon location, the owners of this business really "get" wings because their frying method leaves them crispy which is the way they should be done. I also had cheese fries. The fries were hand-cut with some skin remaining and were fantastic. Service was competent. I quipped to my waitress that it would be awesome if they were BYOB. She replied that, actually, they are. It must be relatively recent because it isn't noted on their menus. read more

Stopped by the other day to check out the new bar, and try out the Pitcher & Wings deal. Wings were A.m.a.z.i.n.g! Had the medium teriyaki & garlic parmesan ranch, nice and crispy but juicy too. And the beer I had didn't disappoint either. Lancaster brewing company Baked Pumpkin is one of my favorite fall beers. We ordered the 49 cent bone-in wings on a Thursday over the phone and weren't told the price until after it was already rung up and paid for by credit card in the store. We ended up paying regular price and not 49 cents each. The billboard in Annville where I saw the special does not state Mondays are bone-in and Thursdays are boneless wings for 49 cents. The place has really gone downhill, maybe because they are trying to appeal to people from another generation. This review is in reference to their late night service. I went in around 10:30 on a Friday night to get take out. Service was slow and when I did receive my order, it was not correct. I ordered old bay cheese fries and got old bay fries without cheese. The fries were also super soggy and several were hardly even cooked. The buffalo chicken tenders were good, but do not come with ranch/blue cheese or celery which is usually typical.
